Sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced

We like the location, easy access to everything and my kids loves the pool. Also, having a kitchenette in the room is bonus points😍

The sofa bed was not comfortable at all.The towel hook behind the washroom door needed to be change in to something that can hold towel because the towel won't stay it keeps falling.

I enjoyed being right in the village

We did not get clean towels daily or garbage picked up No one came to the room to see to those needs except the last day. We stayed 4 nights

Great village setting. Walking distance to all restaurants and shops. Live music at night! Activity fun pass. Pool area was decent. Great pool hours!

Hotel room was very dated. Expected a more modern room for the price. No fitted bedsheet on beds. Bottom sheet didn’t even reach the bottom of the bed where feet reach. Room was smelly when we arrived. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles way too small. Should have pump in showers. Lobby was dated and needed a lot of repairs - broken floor in main entrance. Scrapes and scuffs on most walls. Disappointing to pay extra taxes at the restaurants.

The staff that worked in the surrounding restaurants were friendly

It was very run down not clean extremely over crowded and the staff at the front desk were rude and unhelpful. We asked to have our room cleaned with fresh towels they told us we needed to give 24 hours notice. So we asked for just fresh towels and they told us even that wasn’t possible without 24 hours notice. Ridiculous service for the price.

how you just walked out and tour in the village. I love that there is the kitchenette. It was pretty great actually 😊

i honestly can’t say anything bad about this stay.
