This property is in a fantastic location and is so open and airy. We had 8 people and never had anyone waiting to use the bathroom and we never felt crowded. AND we never ran out of hot water during shower time. It has everything you could need in the kitchen, plenty of towels, and lots of beach activity stuff. The property manager was super easy to work with and check-in/out was a breeze. We had a fantastic trip and we would absolutely stay here again.

The location of the property was perfect…a short walk to Hideaways and Queen’s Bath. The amenities allowed for us to bike ride to watch sunsets, the beach towels and umbrellas were key to staying out of the sun! We used the beach inflatable donut and boogie board to float in the ocean! The entire house was spotless and came with everything a well-stocked kitchen such as a regular coffee maker and pod coffeemaker plus a gadget for boiling water for tea. A plus was that the bedrooms were all completely separated from each other, so all couples had ample privacy along with their own bathrooms. The master was especially wonderful with two separate shower heads! The outdoor lanai was enjoyed for breakfasts and dinners. We cooked up steak and chicken on the bbq. Situated right on the golf course with a peekaboo ocean view (if you stepped onto the grass a few feet) was really relaxing. We rented kayaks down the road and had an amazing trip to a waterfall. This was the perfect rental for our family of six!

Cannot say enough great things about our stay at this property. The home was impeccably clean and stocked with everything you needed to cook meals at home, go to beach with a large group, and truly relax in paradise. The location is perfect for exploring all that Kauai’s North Shore has to offer. Loved having bikes to explore nearby gems like Queens Bath, Hideaways Beach, and the new 1 Hotel. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating as well. Looking forward to coming back as soon as we can.

The home was large enough for our group of eight adults but would be appropriate for small children as well. The master bedroom Tempur Pedic bed was very comfortable for my husband who always complains about bed comfort when sleeping away from home. Our adult children also gave the beds in their rooms a high comfort rating. Two bedrooms and one bathroom are nicely spaced away from main living area for those needing a quiet place for small children. All bedrooms are large and supplied with a quiet air conditioning unit that you set to your liking. Note: Make phone calls to property management company the day before arriving to Kauai to ask questions. My experience was difficulty getting a person to speak with after arrival (arrived on a Friday). A beautiful location and a wonderful time!

Reviewer Comments: Cute house with two of the bedrooms located back behind the laundry room. you are able to shut the door and give those guest some privacy or some parents who want to stay up late a little space. This property was on the second hole of the golf course and had a beautiful view. It was also walkable to Hideaway beach (our favorite beach)and a great open air restaurant called Happy Talk which as a bonus had outdoor music and was showing the basketball game we wanted to watch. Everything provided for the beach and bikes available for use.

The views from the home are the most relaxing I have encountered. The green space, with the trees in the background, gave me such peace. This is a very quiet community and I will be back. The home is immaculate, very well maintained and exceeded my expectations. One of the features I enjoyed was the bedroom layout. My son and his wife had a beautiful bedroom with a bedroom next door for their daughter. The master bedroom had separation from the other bedrooms due to the wonderful layout. The fourth bedroom was also private and separated from the other three bedrooms. I would like to comment on the customer service but everything was perfect and required no customer service. I would recommend this property to anyone. You don't even need to golf to rent this beauty - just enjoy the view. Our stay on the island included Backcountry Adventures Tubing, Kauai AVT tour, Holo Holo Charters, Island Helicopters, Makai Golfing, Harley motorcycle rentals, Wailua Kayak, and Anaina Hou Fire Show.

We were able to comfortably spread out with 7 adults and 1 baby. We made use of the well-appointed kitchen, the living room and the beautiful back patio. Clean and well-stocked with everything needed to enjoy a trip to the beach. Walking to the beach from the house involves quite a steep trek down and back up so be aware if mobility is an issue. Please note what attractions you plan to visit as the house is quite a distance from the south shore (where many snorkeling trips leave quite early in the morning). The house was set up so that each of the three families that were staying there had their own space yet had ample room for the group to gather together as an extended family for meals and social activities. The house was clean and well furnished and had everything we needed. My family of five stayed at this wonderful property in adorable Princeville on the golf course. We renewed our vows on the fairway in the back of house with beautiful views. Has everything you need AC , bikes ,snorkel gear,beach chairs… Great kitchen. Only thing missing was a pasta bowl!!!

We have rented several times from VRBO and this house was the best in many ways. First, it was better than depicted in the listing in terms of the overall house (quality of kitchen, location, bedrooms, cleanliness, space, etc.). Second, Princeville was our favorite spot in Hawaii in terms of proximity to beaches, great food and outdoor spaces in general.
