We enjoyed our stay. The house is in a perfect location. Walking distance to most everything.

This property was perfect for a large group. We had 7 couples and they all had their own bedroom and bathroom. The feature they liked the best was the temperature control in each space! We had a slight numb initially at check in but that was resolved very quickly! Great management and there for your every need. Space and location was perfect!

This was a perfect place for our family of 12 adults and two infants. It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, The kitchen was stocked well enough for us to cook in every morning, plenty of towels, and the backyard was a great hangout place and the pool was heated perfectly. We rented golf carts, but it was easily walkable being on Devaul Street around so many shops and restaurants. Would definitely return

We went for our ten year wedding anniversary.. had a group of 6 couples. Wow what a great house! It’s right on Duval but if you are here to party or bar hop, you will for sure need to rent a golf cart since It’s on the quiet end of Duval. It’s quick walk to the southernmost point which was great. The bathrooms for every bedroom was fantastic. We spent a lot of time in the pool even though since we went in August it wasn’t too refreshing. Really enjoyed our stay. They were able to check us in early which was very appreciated. We will be back!

Best house, best location, best experience! All 14 of us felt like we had our own space whenever we needed to get away and it’s amazing to have on suite bathrooms for every bedroom. We will be back!

Great family reunion

Perfect house for large group - 10am check-out is aggressive
The property was wonderful - exactly as shown in photos and we had a great time. My complaint is the 10am check out. The property manager comes into the house at 10am "on the dot" to begin check out. Daylight savings time just so happened to occur on our weekend, plus several guests were from Chicago (central time). We were given no grace by Greg as he asked all 14 of us abruptly to exit the house and move ourselves and our luggage to the porch. Aside from the check-out experience being stressful and putting a damper on the weekend as a whole, all other amenities were wonderful.

Loved the front porch and people watching. Pool was clean and relaxing. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would 100% stay here again.

Great location (quieter end of Duval Street), close to all the fun and fantastic accommodations!!! Great for a large group of friends or for an extended family.

The property and host (Greg) were awesome.
Perfect property for my family and dogs. The property was very clean, well stocked and convenient to everything. I would definitely go again. The concierge Greg will fulfill all requests immediately. He is like Roy Kent from Ted Lasso (he's here he's there he's every......where). We never took a walk that we didn't see him.

Excellent family headquarters for holiday week
Three families, three generations, fourteen of us, ages 15 to 80 plus. Some fished every day, others tried scuba and snorkeling, others lounged at pool and walked the town. All meals at house (Covid and all). Service exemplary (eg, TV broke and they replaced it same day). We used one car to shop for food and ferry people to charters, otherwise walked all week (even to beaches), excellent location. Celebrated New Years Eve on front porch. Really wonderful location for us to connect.

Incredible Property
This property was just what we needed for a extended getaway with high school frinds. the location is ideal for a group like this because everything is within walking distance and everyone was able to do things on their own conveniently. The layout of the hous was perfect. the bedrooms were big with their own bathrooms for each couple. The balconies were large and perfect for morning coffee and afternoon sitting. the pool was perfect for lounging around, and the open floorplan with large kitchen/dining/living made for perfect visiting in the AC.
The place was perfect. we had 7 couples and the house was ideal.

Tons of bedrooms! We had enough room for 12 guys! Pool was great and you couldn’t beat the location. Super clean and some cool treats were waiting on us. Highly recommend!

Amazing house
This is the perfect house if you’re traveling to Key West with a big group! The house was exactly as described, very clean, spacious, and in a great location. Our property contacts were also extremely helpful by answering any questions I had, helping us with our pre delivered packages and luggage, and offered so many great suggestions for dining and activities in the area during our stay. I would highly recommend this property for a big group.

Amazing House!
We rented this house for a bachelorette party over Memorial Day weekend and it was unbelievable! The property manager is very welcoming and helpful. The house is beautiful and perfect for large groups!

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our group. Every room had its own bathroom. The pool was smaller than we expected but was wonderful. Enjoyed the front porch and watching the people walk by. The unexpected quest (iguanas and roosters) were an interesting addition. Something I never experienced before. The house was very clean and the kitchen fully stocked with everything needed. Would definitely book it again.

September Vacation
Every year several of us friends get together for a week long vacation. This property was perfect. Every bedroom had its own bathroom. We loved hanging out by the pool and in the living room/kitchen area. Vacation was amazing!!

Great house!
The house was perfect for our extended family! Great location at the southern end of Duvall. Comfortably well appointed! The kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the lounge areas outside. We didn’t want to leave our house!

Loved! This house was perfect for 14 girl bachelorette party
We had such a great time at this house. Right on Duval! With 14 girls all trying to get ready... we hardly new each other were there. Will book this house again for sure. Monique was awesome and such a great help.
