Loved the location. Needs some love on the carpet. Kitchen is not stocked, barely enough flatware for 5. No sauce pans. The kitchen its self has been remodeled. Outside is wonderful.

There is no AC so it was uncomfortable for 1 of those days as we were having record breaking temperatures. The cabin was clean and the surroundings were very quite and peaceful. The hot tub was nice and ready to go when we arrived. The rooms in the loft upstairs were comfortable but recommended for kids as the stairs are a bit steep going up and down and the bathroom is more fashioned for short people. There is also no doors dividing the two rooms upstairs, its open space. Over all we had a very nice stay. There are some fans in the cabin but I recommend avoiding this location during the peak of summer.

The most unfortunate part was related to the kitchen and ease of use. The microwave was unusable from the get go so we just worked around it. The selection of cooking pots and mixing bowls was also a problem but once again, we figured it out. There is a coffee pot for coffee but I was hoping for a Keurig since I am the only one who drinks coffee. The inside is beautifully remodeled and comfortable. The outside patio areas could use a little love and TLC. The hot tub was the highlight for us, great remote location to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We loved Idyllwild and can picture many more stays in the city for the future.

Close enough to the main village area and the property had plenty of parking for our two vehicles. The heater and fireplace worked great at keeping the cabin warm even with the snow outside. Beds were comfortable and tons of room to lounge around.

I give the whole experience 5 stars. From the staff at the rental office to the accommodations , it was effortless. The location was so close to downtown and extremely easy to find. The price was well worth it. Super clean , super comfy . The Jacuzzi was the final straw on an amazing experience. I would completely recommend the house and the rental company. Communication was outstanding. If ur looking for a relaxing weekend that is cost efficient look no further. Book it you won't regret it!!!
