La Ubicación iba a un evento de natación y estaba muy cerca la alberca

Los climas se congelaban y se apagaban solos en la sala no tenia clima ni abanicos de techo eran muy incomodo estar en esa zona del departamento. En Mazatlán no pueden fallar los climas hace mucho calor, le falta mantenimiento al depa. En el baño nos encontramos un cucaracho chiquito en la noche cuando prendimos la luz salió eso no esta bien.

Que hubieran tenido un réfri o un comedor

El trato de la gente que atiende súper bien y los espacios de los departamentos

Que faltaban trastes y cosas en la cocina

the location was very close to the malecón and a kiosko to buy everything you might need. communication was good with the property owner and the place was large.

no glasses in the apartment for drinking. from the pictures it looked like we would be staying in a loft apartment and was not what we arrived to. The bottom bunk bed board was broken and no offer to fix after reporting this, so was uncomfortable stay for the person in this bed. Also a swim suit left from previous person under a bed and apartment needed a general clean.

Location was very central and very close to my in Laws. Very spacious apartment. It was pet friendly so we took our small dog. Beach is like 3 blocks away.

it was Christmas vacation, but I had to still work up to Christmas day. So I decided to find a property that had Wi-fi,. I must have looked a a dozen apartments & Hotels. The plan was i was to work from like 8am to 12pm during the week. We had planned to do all our shopping, visiting family after noonish every day till Christmas came round. Anyway from day 1 there was NO internet at our apartment. When we contacted the owner, she let us know that someone had cut the internet line outside but that she was working on getting it fixed. So like on Christmas Eve she did get it fixed but by then I had missed around 4 days of work. At my job I am the Sales and Marketing Manager and in order to get permission to take a Christmas vacation I had agreed to work remotely up to the 24th from our apartment in Mazatlán. I do realize that the Wi-Fi was not directly the owners fault, and she was very pleasant to work with, But I was promised ' Wi-Fi and did not get it. A result of the lack of Wi-Fi once I returned to my office I explained the events that occurred in Mazatlán. But the owner of my company docked me $1200 dollars from my salary. I really don't blame him for losing such a large part of my salary. Actually I blame myself for not confirming before booking that the properties Wi-fi was working properly. By renting this property for the week we were there I ended up paying close to $2000 dollars (money paid for rent plus the $1200 dollars I was docked off my check. Now if that wasn't enough already. On one of the evening we had no water in the apartment til the following day. It just stopped coming, which meant no showers, no washing dishes or our hands. It can only get better from here I think.

Great location! Not to mention our host Karen she was awesome! Overall an amazing stay definitely will be back!
