The villa was just as advertised. It was super clean, and proximity to the pool was amazing for us with small children. It had everything and more that anyone would need for a great vacation. We didn’t need to contact the owner, but that just means check in process was smooth and we had no issues!!

We had a great time and really loved our stay! The pool is right next to the house and we floated by the public docks. I will warn that the lower level pull out couch is a bit broken, so the bed isn't very comfortable - everyone else in the house said their bed was super comfy! The house is cute and has great space to hang out inside and outside for a group of 7!

Everything was very clean including the furniture, blankets, sheets, and towels.
The memory foam beds were so comfortable and water pressure was amazing!
Love how the dock is just out the door. The only imperfection was the coffee maker wasn’t draining quite right.

I wanted to see the leaves this fall and this was the perfect location to do that. This treehouse is right on the water with an incredible view of the tree-lined shore. What a joy to wake up to such beauty everyday!
This is THE cleanest property I've ever stayed in. I've stayed in a lot of VRBO's and this is by far the best. The property manager/owner communication was outstanding. I hope to have this location as my "go-to" at the Lake of the Ozarks.

We had a wonderful stay. It is the perfect treehouse (as my children called it). The property is very well kept, and the house stocked with many necessities. I really appreciated having the pool toys and floaties available. We plan on visiting again! John was great when we had difficulty understanding the lock system when we checked in at 12:30am. This is a great get away!

Very much enjoyed where I stayed. The only thing I can say is the stairs are so all the way down to the Lake and to the pool and looks closer than it is in the pictures. I got to spend time with my family that live in the area. For barbecue, we had so much fun. It was very peaceful there lots of hills, but that's the area. Only complaint I have as the toilet seat was broken. As sat on it and almost fell to the floor other than that, we had a fantastic, terrific time.

The house was in a perfect location with everything you could’ve asked for. The public boat slips were under construction and John even let us use the private ones. Overall it was a great stay!

We had a group of 8 friends and we had such a great time staying in this home. It’s hard to tell by the photos, but it’s very spacious! With the pull out couches and room dividers, it functions as a 4 bedroom! The lake access is really nice and close by, and the 3 pools are so nice. My friends and I spent most of our time on the premises since there was so much to do and the place was nice to be in. The place also had plenty of condiments, towels, everything we need for a comfortable stay. John was a great and accommodating host who always responded promptly and was very hospitable. Lovely ideally located house
We went with all 4 kids. Fun layout, right near pool and a dock that we used for a rental boat. Wildly convenient location close to everything. Fast internet; recently remodeled amenities. The owners were very supportive. We would definitely go back.

Our family Really enjoyed this house. I loved how private it was! The Docks were wide and easy to pull boat up to. This cove was beautiful! The house was very clean and had practically everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful cabin!
We were so impressed with how well this property was taken care of! It was so clean, everything we could think of was provided and of nice quality, and the space is set up with so much flexibility for several people to stay but have enough space. It felt like we were staying in a tree house, the windows and views were awesome. We were there in March, so before the busy season, and would love to return to this cabin and enjoy time out on the lake. John was very quick to respond and answer questions. We would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful cottage in Ozarks
What a wonderful cottage and location and super easy check-in! Great location within the ozarks and a wonderful view. The cottage was very spacious inside, clean, lots of windows, very well stocked with tons of things. As a couple we didn't use the downstairs but it has plenty of room for a family vacation. Easy parking and close access to many Ozark amenities and restaurants and stores. Highly recommended!!!

Thanksgiving Weekend
The property is nicer than the Vrbo pictures give credit to. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable - very important. We had 6 adults, 2 small children and 2 dogs. The three full baths were perfect for our group, plenty of towels available. There was a cupboard full of games and DVDs. There was enough space at the table to enjoy our Thanksgiving meal. We used the deck a lot and enjoyed the indoor pool. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks to the hosts for providing such a wonderful place.

Our stay was more than we expected! The place was well maintained, as advertised, and had all the amenities you can think of and then some. There is a pool in walking distance, and so is the lake. John was very friendly and helpful and so was his wife Tracie.

Nice place. You can create an additional closed off bedroom in the basement using the room divider, which was a nice surprise. So it functions like a 3 bedroom even though it’s technically a 2BR. Plenty of cooking supplies. Clean and comfortable.
