Our flight was 6hrs late but Jackie was most understanding and helpful. The apartment was in a huge complex with great facilities. The apartment was spacious enough for a few nights. It was very clean with some extras like nibbles, coffee etc included

The only thing was that it backed onto Warehouse Stationery so no privacy on the deck. We were woken by a truck reversing into the delivery bay at 6.30 on the Monday morning followed by the bay door being opened. It wasn't a big issue as we had to get ready to leave.

Cleanliness and position, facilities Jackie seems to have thought of just about everything, games,DVDs,brochures ,tea and coffee machine ,just needs to maybe put a little bit of milk in apartment and maybe option of a mattress topper .and Jackie was very accommodating in our time of departure so we were able to take our time thank you Jackie I will recommend her to others

The bed I found too firm and suffering with back problems it didn't help so possibly a mattress topper would be a nice option too offer .

From the moment we were met by Jackie who took us to our unit and showed us everthing there is to know about the unit and the area near by was just great. We had a lovely light bright unit which was spacious and had everything we needed. Plenty of kitchen items/ utencils/ crockery even a coffee pod machine. lt is well designed Jackie has added many touches that makes it very homely it,s more like a holiday house than a unit with little touches like packets of biscuits ,mini jams,coffee pods and plenty of tea and coffee as well as 3 rolls of loo paper !! The towels were lovely and fluffy and Jackie had beach towels there as well if you needed them. The units are across the road from Cairns central shopping center and the train station which goes to Karunda and the Sky Rail. Central Cairns is a short walk away and the main bus depot is 3 short blocks away in Lake st so there was no need to hire a car. We wished we had of booked extra days but we will be back there again on our next holiday in Cairns . Thanks Jackie well done on your lovely units Gloria and David

Jackie was great with her communication and on my arrival her husband carried my suitcase up the stairs - Much appreciated. The studio has everything you need including beach towels and a coffee machine. Very clean and tidy space. Bed is firm and comfortable. Felt very secure staying there by myself. Note: Jackie did mention to expect noise in the morning due to the delivery trucks. I spent most of the day away from the studio and did not sit out on the balcony - the view is of the OfficeMax building.

The sauna requires a key to activate the 30 minute heat up time - whilst I was looking forward to using this facility, I didn't want to wait around.

Very good location close to major shopping centre with supermarkets and short walk to restaurants in town. Had an outside pool and spa close to our apartment. Very quite area and very safe as complex locked at night. Plenty of extra complimentary items provided by Jackie for cooking , laundry, breakfast and little treats.

No nice view from the balcony and the stairs to upper floors for older people getting their luggage up. Shared laundry facilities and no dishwasher in the apartment.

- main issue: sorry to say this but the bathroom wasn't clean. a lot of long hairs and some dust (?) on the floor and in the toilet and shower,, one towel was dirty - limited Internet was an issue for me as I needed to talk on cam with my company - the door to the common hall was thin and unluckily there were noisy people in the other apartment which came back late night.

The helpfulnesses of the host when in a number of ways. She and her partner went out of there way in assisting us.

Nothing except our stay was affected by us having to isolate due to succumbing to COVID.

On arrival Jackie met us at an agreed time to show us the apartment and give us the keys. On our last day, as our flight was at the end of the day, we enquired about storing our luggage & Jackie extremely helpfully allowed us to use the apartment until we needed to leave for the airport as her next booking was not until the following day. Had this not been possible we understand we would have been able to store our luggage somewhere anyway. The apartment was tidy and clean with sufficient equipment to do self-catering for breakfast and basic meals. Parking was easy, with under cover available to help keep car bit cooler. Pools were great. Laundry facilities on site were close to the apartment and easy to use (cost $4 for wash and $4 for dryer - using $1 coins). Location was good, very close to Cairns central train station and large shopping centre. About 20 mins walk to the esplanade pool.

As someone else noted, some of the DVDs did not work as expected, but not a major issue as there were plenty to choose from.

This is a lovely, incredibly well-appointed studio in a fantastic apartment complex with multiple pools and all sorts of other amenities. I particularly enjoyed the choice of swimming pools and the not-ridiculously-expensive self serve laundry machines.

It was a little bit farther from the main drag than I'd expected, but the proximity to the mall (and groceries, etc. therein) made up for it.

the property was fantastic the swimming pools were wonderful, the location of the property was awesome it was very clean and the instructions that Jackie gave us about our stay were very informative

mattress on the bed was a little too hard and was a little disappointed with the free wifi and the fact that it was limited so I could enjoy streaming my favourite show on my ipad and when we went to watch one of the dvd provided the audio on the dvd player or dvd itself was a bit weird ( we could hear the background noise but not the audio of the people in the film) however apart from those few things my partner and I throughly enjoyed our stay

Jackie was anazing. We were in Cairns early and were able to check on earlier. The apartment has everything you might need and more. The bed was very comfy.

Great studio apartment full of thoughtful little touches to make your stay super comfortable. It had everything you need and more for a home away from home and the kitchen was very well equipped. 3 pools and laundry in the complex was a great addition and the location is great, right next to a shopping complex. Jackie was really friendly and accommodating. Would happily stay here again.
