House was clean , great location and homeowner was fantastic

This property is exactly as described and an excellent find. Everything worked which is not the norm for the keys. I give it the best recommendation I can, I’ll be renting it again in the future.

Perfect home for family. Loved the location. The pool was terrific! We caught fish off the dock, saw the manatees each day, kayaked and paddle boarded. Overall an outstanding experience.

The stay at this property was just amazing! Beautiful home that was very clean and had beautiful views. We spent everyday in the pool and it had the perfect setup for the boats. We will definitely stay again! Chausey, is amazing and his homes are perfect for a stay in islamorada!

Beautiful, clean and spacious with 3 master suites plus 2 additional bedrooms! This home easily accommodates our 3 families plus grandkids. Perfect boat dockage for 34 ft and 24 ft boats. Owner has always been very responsive. Love this home away from home!

Everything about this property was convenient from location to accommodations. Property management was especially accommodating and was on top of everything. Have stayed in more that 10 different rentals over the years in the area and this was our favorite by far.

This house was perfect for my family of 9 adults! The location is excellent, walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants. Dock is perfect for boat rental. House is spacious, clean and nicely furnished. Owners were so nice and available to answer questions. I will book again next time in the Keys!

Fantastic location and a house that has everything out large group of 10 needed. We had a blast with the manatees, went to Lorelei’s almost every day and enjoyed some breakfasts at mangrove mikes. Overall a great place to spend a week and hopeful to return.

The manatees were wonderful! Having the kayaks were a great addition. We left some extra pool floats - enjoy. The heated pool was great. Need more beach towels.

The internet was sketchy and not dependable. They sent a guy to fix it but it was not strong. Loved the house and pool and kayaking!

We've been visiting Islamorada for many years, but this is the first time at Manatee Bayside house. The location couldn't be better for us, with Lorelei (our favourite bar) being a little further down the road, but also close proximity to the Publix supermarket, Morada Bay, Chef Michaels and WorldWide Sportsman. The house is cleverly laid out so that most of the bedrooms have an amazing view over the pool and dockside. Bathrooms are spacious, especially the shower areas! The whole place was exceptionally clean, tidy and catered for all our needs. We spent most of our time outside around the pool and dockside where families of Manatees visit daily... which is a rare thing for a lot of places in the Keys. Use of the Kayaks and Paddleboards to go and watch the sunset was really memorable. A huge thank you to our host, Chausey, for a truly awesome holiday (vacation!) and we hope to visit again.

This house is well-appointed and had everything we needed for our week stay. We were 7 adults (3 couples and one solo) and had plenty of room. Lots of wild visitors –manatees, egrets, iguanas, and many curly-tailed geckos – visited every day. We had excellent communication with the owner. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful week of peaceful relaxation The house was lovely and being on the water was a plus. Family used the kayaks and paddle boards daily. The highlight was Mother manatee with baby visited us several days. The house was in walking distance to a few restaurants . The pool was used daily . It was the perfect location. My daughter is planning to go back next year.

Paradise vacation!!

With 6 adults & 4 children- this house is the PERFECT accommodation! 3 master suites & 2 additional bedrooms gives grandkids & parents plenty of space! Chausey (owner) is so gracious & truly cares about the details to ensure a wonderful stay. We look forward to our next memory at Manatee Bayside!!

Wonderful experience overall. Great location and fantastic dock set up for those bringing boats. Only complaint was that Internet was a little slow for those trying to get a little work done between all the fishing and snorkeling.

Very clean and nice location.

This beautiful house fit our needs perfectly. We're 5 mature (sometimes) women traveling for a girls week. It was great to each have a room to ourselves and a well stocked kitchen with a Keurig and drip coffee maker. We had more meals at home than originally planned because it was so convenient and the restaurants are still having staff shortages. A major highlight of our trip was the daily visits from Sammy the manatee and her brother Petey! The parrotfish and snowflake jellyfish are also fun to watch. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was ideal for us as we brought boats and had easy access to everything! The house was amazing and very clean when we arrived. The only downside would be that the kitchen needed some sort of pantry so we did not have to put everything on the counters. We had the best time and plan to rent this house again in the future!

Where to start? How about my iPhone camera roll: I took 300+ pics on our trip to Islamorada, and 70+ were of the amazing view out the windows to the ocean. The pool, the cove, The palm trees, the manatees, and the sailboat moored off shore. Oh, the sunsets too. With three en-suite bedrooms, our three couples were a perfect match. The house is so nice, that two of our couples had plans to go to Key West for a night, and they said: "We just CAN'T leave this place for a hotel room." Being in walking distance to Lorelie's made for perfect sunset dining, and no driving home after a Happy Hour and a few Bushwhackers. The owner is great, the house is clean and fresh. The pool is perfect, and we rented a boat for a week, so we could come & go anytime on a boat ride. I almost booked next year right on the spot, but while we were there for our 30th anniversary, my daughter got engaged, so, now I have to pay for a wedding! Finally, to summarize, we had one of the most perfect week's possible at an amazing house.

We spent a month at this property and never wanted to leave. The few issues we had were taken care of immediately by Chausey and Alex. Thank you, thank you, thank you... it was an absolute treat to stay at this property.

Excellent property and great location!

Our recent visit was our first time to the Florida keys and this house was certainly the best one on the whole island. We loved walking to Lorelei’s at the end of the street and ended up in the pool every night. With the location not having a ton to offer (I think that’s the keys in general) this house made the whole trip and we loved it!

We loved this house and the location! Not only was the house in a great location for us to ride bikes all over, the house was perfectly stocked and cleaned! The pool was also a huge plus for windy days when we weren’t able to use the boat. The owner was very available both prior and during the trip to make sure we had what was needed. We will definitely be back!

This house was perfect for our group of 4 couples. Had our 25' boat at the dock and out on the water every day.

Everything was just as it appears online. Chausey was very attentive and cared about how our stay was going. We fished, watched the manatees, and loved the heated pool. House is nicely located, near things but private. We would highly recommend this property. We are grandparents with our 3 children, their spouses and grandchildren. Plenty of room for all of us.
