Room to accommodate all having privacy, loved outdoor balconies …. Downtown area is lovely .. we’re we there longer May have rented bikes or done more … my second trip to Amelia & again found sharks teeth ! A map of resort within condo may be handy - quite a maze in there

It is a great location. Management is extremely responsive — they reached out to make sure there were no problems and were able to grant a late checkout.

Place was perfect for the 4 of us. Close to the golf courses we wanted to play as well as a close drive to Jacksonville for the football game. Condo was very clean and everything worked perfectly. Would highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our long weekend stay at the beach. It was a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. The upstairs balcony was perfect at night! There was enough space for all 7 of us and lots of amenities. The place was very clean, comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen/laundry area, the only complaints were the mattress was missing from pull out couch which was a bit inconvenient, but they are aware. Also I wish there were some extra blankets for the beds as the bedrooms ran cold, even when I turned the air up. Definitely enjoyed the stay.

We had a great trip! The property was well stocked with towels, kitchen needs, etc. location is beautiful and the pool/board walk was so nice! It was clean, spacious, and we all loved it! Only complaint is there isn’t a ramp so carrying all the things (food, luggage, etc) was a hassle. Make sure you have strong helpers :)

The view and location were excellent. There were some issues with the unit. Firstly, we were informed that Beach Walker had elevators. Our building did not. That was problematic for us as we are in our mid seventies. The unit was a bit tired, with popcorn ceilings, broken furniture on roof top deck and small kitchen with not enough silverware. The table only had six seats although advertised to house 7-8 people. The laundry room was not clean. However, there was detergent for us and we bought more to leave there for future guests. We did not realize how small the master bath would be. We were disappointed there were no chairs in the bedrooms. The smoke detector started beeping during one of our first nights there and we were unable to turn it off. We lost a night’s sleep. Destination Amelia did come the next day to fix. Destination Amelia were great. They handled everything very well. We just will not rent this unit again.

The Condo was really comfortable and had a fantastic view. Easy access to the beach was a huge plus!

Beautiful view and easy beach / pool access.

With the exception of summer 2020, every summer we always looking forward to our annual family get together at the Amelia island for the past 16 yrs. This year, my son in law said the selection of one of the condos was the best. The island remains the same years after years. Pristine beach and family atmosphere make this our favorite except Hawaii where my daughter was born. We feel safe letting our grandchildren exploring the beach and exercise daily so that was the many reasons for returning to the Amelia Island Thank you for sharing your condo with us .

We love staying here! The unit is clean, well maintained and is family friendly. The proximity to the beach is a quick and easy walk. Check in and check out process is easy and any communication is always very prompt.

Gorgeous views/on the ocean. Master suite upstairs with balcony and separate room that serves wonderfully as a nursery.

Great place! Lots of room

This is the perfect property to vacation with another family. The bedrooms on separate levels provided perfect separation. The unit was clean and comfortable. Most of our time was spent at the beach and pool which was amazing! The property management was very responsive and helpful. We will be back again!

We enjoyed our stay. It would be better for 6 adults rather than 8. The view can’t be beat. Parking is not convenient for loading/ unloading. Sometimes, parking is hard to find. It was a great vacation, and we enjoyed staying at Beachwalker.

Our unit was great! Enjoyed the easy walk to the beach. This was our first experience using vrbo and we have been very pleased.

Overall, this was a great place with a fantastic beach location. The condo was spacious and well appointed, kitchen had plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, etc. The grills are charcoal according to code. It would have been nice to know this in advance as who thinks to buy charcoal. Very close walk to beach which is lovely and spotless. Very close to Omni. For those unfamiliar with Amelia Island, this complex is on south end of island and several minutes drive to restaurants and shopping area if you don't want to use the Omni facilities. The complex pool was large and looked wonderful but it was not heated so did not use. Beach towels included in condo as well as a few chairs and beach toys. We'd definitely stay again if we needed a large place.

Couldn't beat the view. Absolutely amazing! The unit is very comfortable and our family of five had plenty of space.
