Our multigenerational family had a wonderful time. Nice quiet area of south Mission Beach. Beautiful views, right on the beach. Parking was amazing. We enjoyed cooking and grilling our own meals on the patio and in the well stocked kitchen.

We had an awesome time relaxing and going to the beach. It was excellent that the house is right on the waterfront. We also spent a bit of time just chilln on the patio and grilling up some steaks. Everything we needed was within about a 2 block radius.

Overall great stay and great property! Only thing I would say is patio furniture and bbq could use an upgrade but enjoyed our time. Cannot beat this location!

Perfect! While many of the homes along Ocean Beach have been gentrified to soulless gleaming boxes this place retains it classic San Diego charm. Check in was perfect, view was nice, beds are comfortable. Will stay again.

We had 5 adults and 6 kids and fit with room to spare in the house! We couldn't have asked for a better location right on Mission Beach. The steps from the boardwalk down to the Beach were right in front of the house. Our kids LOVED being so close to be able to go back and forth from the Beach to the house.
We loved being on South Mission Beach away from Belmont Park busyness, but also close enough that we could easily walk down to the Park and all the fun there. There were boogie boards, Beach chairs and sand toys for us to use, and a great patio to relax and view the Beach. We had a 12 passenger van and a car with us, which fit great in the outside parking spots. Clark was a great host and had good communication. We had the best time and can't say enough good about this house!

We were a group of 10. The location is beautiful- and the cousins loved having their own space with 4 twin beds, a couch and their own tv. Plus Clark had boogie boards for them to use. Would definitely recommend - this place is a gem

Home is very clean, well spaced out. Beds were comfy shower pressure was amazing. And the view was to die for. Host was easy to communicate with. Have the best time ever.

Our family returned to the wonderful beach house with the amazing ocean view. Our group included five kids ages 2 to 7. The kids had a blast playing in the sand and water which is just steps from the back door. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets on the patio while BBQing each evening. This setting is perfect for gathering your kids and grandkids. So perfect, we have already booked our stay for next year.

Took the family for a long weekend and it was fantastic!!! The kids were able to play on the beach while the grownups sat on the patio and enjoy watching the waves! Close to Belmont park which always such a fun place. We absolutely loved our time here

This property was one of the best yet. For multi families. We had had two families and the back room was perfect for the kids to hangout in. The location was prime. Everything was close by. We will be staying again!!

Clark, the owner, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and comfortable. It is the perfect beach house for children and adults right on the beach with a spectacular view of the ocean. Everything is included so you just need your swimwear and clothes.

This place was awesome. Frequent Mission Beach vacationer and this beach house was awesome. Had everything you need and tons of space. Slept everyone comfortably. 4 parking spaces. Owner was responsive and very friendly. I would highly recommend this place!!

This house was so nice. Right on the beach. Lots of things to play with on the beach. Two places to park which is gold in San Diego. My oldest son even said that the house was big enough so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other and there was 11 of us.
That at ayed there and it was perfect. Will definitely stay there again.

This was our second stay at Clark’s beach house, with our extended family of 6 adults and 4 kids, ages 4,7,10,13.
The house was perfect for our group. The kids loved staying together in what we call the Kids’ Room. The location could not be any better. It’s right on the beach and just a few blocks from Belmont Park. We’ll stay again on our next SD trip!

Great location with beautiful views right on the boardwalk. Major bonus is 3+ parking spots! That’s unheard of in mission beach. Love the bunk bedroom! Beds were comfy. This is not the most upscale place, the kitchen could use a little upgrading of pots and pans. The cleanliness was good but it could use a deep cleaning. However, for the location, parking and beds, it was totally worth it. We will be back!

This property was ideal for our family and extended family with 5 kids ranging from 2-6. The owner has thought of all beach amenities, including chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. Location is a short walk to Belmont park, which is great for kids 5+. Home is very clean and the property manager was readily available if we had questions.

Second year for us staying at this house and we absolutely loved it again. The kids called it an epic weekend. You can’t beat the location and everything is in walking distance. Plus the parking spots are invaluable. Thank you Clark! We will be back.

This is our 2nd consecutive summer renting this house. We love it. It accommodates a lot of people, its all on one floor, its right on the boardwalk, and a real short walk to Belmont. Looking forward to renting this home again next summer.

Fabulous Beach Week
We have stayed at this property twice, and have already booked for next year. It is a perfect location on the ocean, with less traffic than most of Mission Beach, but steps from restaurants, bars, a market and liquor store.
Clark is a very responsive host, and made sure we had everything we needed. The property has plenty of parking, and the home is spacious and very livable.

It was clean & fresh smelling, lots of chairs, boards, toys and towels for the beach!

We have stayed in several homes on Mission Beach!! This is by far our favorite!!! Clark is amazing! View is incredible!! Plenty of parking for visitors! Close to everything! Kids love Belmont Park!!

The property was nothing fancy and could probably use a deep clean, but worked great for a group of friends. Location was absolutely perfect for people watching and walking down the boardwalk for food, drinks, etc. Would definitely rent again!

Outstanding host and property
Clark is an excellent host, and is very welcoming and helpful! The property is spotless, and the location is great. We had the privilege of meeting Clark’s son, sister and brother-in-law. They are such a kind , caring family, and have a genuine interest on their guests. I will stay here anytime I come to Mission Beach!

Awesome Experience
The host, Clark, was great. He responded to every question I had within an hour. Usually within 5 minutes. There was ample parking. The house was a perfect beach house. Not too fancy, but very comfortable and easy to keep clean. Epic location. Couldn’t ask for a better one. All in all it was as good an experience as I could have asked for. I will be back.
