Very quiet and beautiful surroundings. The home was very clean and it has everything you need to hideout for a few days. Plan on returning very soon.

What I enjoyed was the simplicity and cleanliness of the accommodations. We had all that we needed to allow us a time of rest and recuperation.

We enjoyed our stay so much. It was just as pictured, clean, comfortable bed, no problems working the tv, ac worked great. It’s off the beaten path and Tessie is a very sweet hostess! We highly recommend this place. I think my husband would’ve stayed if he had had his recliner. Lol! We would definitely stay again!

The Villa Piccolo was a wonderful place to spend my week. It was exactly like the information said it was. Tess, the hostess, was a great person. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Fairhope community. The lack of cable TV or internet is bearly noticeable because of the amount of activity in the area. This is a great little place just on the edge of the hussle and bussle of town or the Bay and a quick drive to the gulf beaches. Really looking forward to my next visit there.

Calm atmosphere
I really enjoy staying here. It's so peaceful and calm. Tessie is an amazing hostess.
The Villa is always clean and cozy. It is our home away from home and we are so thankful that we found this gem.

There are beautiful flowers and shrubs all over. It was quiet and relaxing. I will most certainly stay here on my next visit to Fairhope and would recommend this place to anyway looking for a nice and quiet spot to exhale and just relax. It is close enough to anything you may need yet far enough away from city distractions. This is my new go to place. Would give it ten stars if I could.

We enjoyed our stay. This was our 3rd visit to one of Tessies properties and she is the best hostess. The unit is very clean and very comfy. Thank you again for an incredible stay.

This property was very clean and the ideal place for us to stay. It is close to everything in Fairhope but also ideal if you just need a place to relax.

A quiet, pleasant stay with a very accommendating hostess in an Italian atmosphere. We enjoyed the peace and quiet in the country and yet we were close to everything in town and the Bay. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Villa Piccolo was wonderful. Our cottage was spotless, charming and had every thing we needed.
Our host Tess immediately welcomed us and made us feel comfortable and at home. The location was perfect for us. We were within 10 to 20 mins from every venue in Baldwin County that we wanted to visit. Yet we were in this beautiful, peaceful farming community with Tess ' alluring Villa being right in the mix of it all. You cannot step outside without wanting to spend some time in her beautiful courtyard. The sunrises over the vast peanut field behind our villa and the sunsets beyond the house over the farmland were magnificent. Tess, was born and raised here and she was eager & willing to share her knowledge of the area. Anyone can tell that she has put love and passion into her little slice of heaven. Stay here and not only will you enjoy the accommodations, but you will fall in love with Tess.
