The tri-level design of this house is outstanding for a multi-generational family and the location is ideal. The home is extremely well decorated - like a five star hotel with the added benefit of 3.5 bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen that includes everything you need. The views are stunning. Jennifer is very easy to contact and did what she could to help us during the huge snowstorm. I highly recommend this rental!

The Talmont home was perfect for a family vacation with our adult children. We had the best time! The home was fully equipped with everything we needed to enjoy cooking meals together, hanging out on the deck and patio, playing games, reading, and resting after full days of adventure. The home is in a beautiful, serene location with gorgeous lake views, yet near restaurants and shopping. The warmth and character of the home made it a truly special place for us to make some wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. We miss it already. Thank you!

This property far exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect: close to the Lake, Tahoe City and Squaw Alpine. The views were fantastic and the house itself was so well done. The home is very well built and has fantastic finishes and furnishings. Not your typical rental home, this is clearly a home that was built with love and care by the owner for their own use. It's perfectly spacious and comfortable. I can't wait to return.

The house is absolutely gorgeous! The remodel was nicely done and the house looks great!! It's clean, which is a big factor for me!! Looking clean and actually being clean are 2 different things, and the house was actually clean! The house is beautiful and the owner is very responsive to any questions that may arise while on site. The kids had a great time playing the backyard with the snow and the adults had a good time relaxing and enjoying the view!

This is an impeccably clean and well-designed home. Staying here was like being in a stylish 5 star hotel - so comfortable and beautiful that we wished we could live here. This is NOT a high-turnover rental that cuts corners, as most "4 and 5 star" rentals on VRBO or AirBnB are. These owners have clearly put a lot of thought into special design details, which cannot be captured by photos. The only problem we encountered was that we could not get our 4x4 SUVs up the steep driveway in a snowstorm, but we are in Tahoe where snow is part of life.

We loved our stay here. While there are a lot of rules and guidelines to follow, any homeowner would know, that's how you keep such a nice cabin, NICE. The pictures dont do justice to the perfect little details that give the house a luxurious, yet comfortable feeling. You can tell that Jen put a lot of thought into every decoration and each pinterest-perfect corner of the house.

Beautiful, clean, great interior design. Everything you need and then some. Access to the park was great! The view was amazing and location quiet and peaceful yet close to town. Thank you for an amazing stay.

This Tahoe home is beautiful. The owners have supplied everything for a amazing time in gods country. Lifting my head up from my pillow with a view of Lake Tahoe is awesome. The fire pit was great, the hot tub was appreciated after a fun day of hiking/riding. We will be back, we highly recommend this beautiful Tahoe home. We can’t think of anything they could improved on. Location is perfect if your into outdoor pleasures to fine dining. Thank you

My family of 5 adults and 3 kids really enjoyed staying here over July 4 long weekend. It's everything we hoped for. Oldest grandson loved the nook, he felt very special.

What an amazing place, it really has it all. We have stayed in a ton of vacation rentals and this one has been one of the very best. This is really a special place, spotless, awesome view, close to everything. If you love cooking, the kitchen is FULLY stocked. As in, you will not be want for anything. The beds were super comfy, plenty of towels, and so well decorated. The owner is very thoughtful and has really thought of everything!

I rented the house for my family over the Christmas Holiday. The house is brand new and beautiful. The decor and feel is modern and has a sweetness to it that makes you feel right at home. Jennifer was very responsive and helpful all along the way. We built fires, played games, cooked in the beautiful kitchen. The kitchen was well appointed and a pleasure to cook in. Each of the rooms provided a sanctuary for all of us and the view of Lake Tahoe is beyond gorgeous from the balconies. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Jennifer!

We had a wonderful time at your house. It has all of the amenities you would need to make your vacation perfect. It is decorated beautifully and so well maintained. The homeowner's beach nearby was so much fun for the children. We rented kayaks and paddle boards and walked to the little market for sandwiches at lunch. This was our first VRBO experience and the bar was set HIGH! This home is fantastic. Exactly like the description and pictures. Close to Tahoe City, the lake, and the ski hills. There was more than enough space for our family, it was great to be able to spread out. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen, comfortable beds, a fantastic deck with a great view, beautiful decor, responsive home owners with attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed staying at this cabin so much! It was a beautiful cabin of top quality and greatly furnished. The view of the lake was so wonderful to wake up to every morning! The outside grill was great to cook dinner on. The owner was SO helpful and responded quickly. She checked on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. We would definitely recommend this cabin and would love to come back. There was so much to do in the area. We took a drive south on 89 and went around the lake (beautiful views), we rented bikes and rode along Truckee River and also another day along the west shore of Lake Tahoe. We ate dinner at West Shore Café on the night of a full moon, visited the town of Truckee (recommend Bar of America for dinner/great food), and hiked the Lighthouse-Rubicon loop trail. We also rented a boat from nearby Sunnyside Lodge one day and went to Emerald Bay. The cabin comes with access to Lake Tahoe Park which is close by. It has a private access and there is a beach, 2 piers, picnic tables and grills. We wish we would have reserved a picnic table in advance so we could have grilled out and had dinner there- next time we will! We highly recommend this cabin.

We could not have had a better Vac./fam. reunion. Lk. Tahoe & views are stunning. so much to do. The weather was perfect, only saw a cloud on last day. We all truly fell in love with house & location. having Paige meadows at top of hill to hike thru, private beach right below house, close to every thing [truckee river] It is the perfect spot & house. The house is beatifully finished & furnished, very comfortable We had 3 families/ 10 people & it worked out great. The lay-out is perfect with the 3 floors. The owners are great [wanting us to have best experience ] we can't wait to return
