Our stay was wonderful, clean, convenient and exactly as described. We could not have asked for more. The owners even called us to warn of a potential issue (that wasn’t ) and solutions for a fix. I didn’t answer my phone, so they sent a text and called the condo. A wonderful trip, thanks for sharing your home with us.

This was our first time on South Padre Island and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was! The condo was amazing and spacious and we loved how close it was to the ocean. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs, toys and wagon. We loved the island and would definitely stay here again when we return.

This condo has everything you need. Steps from the beach. It is stocked and furnished like a home. The owner is attentive and professional. He communicates throughly. He provides information on where to eat and things to do. Virginia is a face to the property. She is local. She cares for the inside of property units and guess. She goes puts in the extra effort to make you stay the best it can be.

This condo was beautiful and very clean. It has security on premise and a lock gate to go through so I felt very safe. Great location away from the busy traffic and hotels. Nice pool and hot tub. Enjoyed playing tennis with my son which the condo furnished the rackets and balls. If you want a relaxing place to say at, this is the condo for relaxing and for young family with kids. Owner Ed always got back to me right away when I had any questions. I would definitely stay here again!!

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT!

My husband and I travel to South Padre Island every year and this is our favorite place to stay when we do. The location is great and the condo feels like home away from home. The condo is well kept and well stocked. with all the basics. The view of the beach is lovely and the beach is just a short walk away. This is our go to place on South Padre Island.

The condo was in a great location to the entrance of the building. Walking from the patio to the beach was easy and short. Everything we needed was there.

Been coming to South Padre for 30 years and this is far and away the best condominium experience I have had. Well worth the money.

This VRBO was awesome. The description and amenities were exactly as described. The distance to the beach, beach umbrella/chairs/wagon were perfect. My husband was able to help us get set up, then would walk back to the porch to read. He was so close if we needed anything on the beach, he could be right there. Our party agreed, when we come back to SPI, we would check this availability again. It was a wonderful stay!!

This was by far the best vacation experience ever. Not just because of the beach, which was awesome. The whole experience in general. It was flawless checking in and communication with the owner. The condo has everything you could think of to make the vacation stress free and therefore more enjoyable. Better than home!! I can’t wait to return.

This property has been the best yet. Very well stocked with everything we needed. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. When we were ready to go to beach, it was straight out the door, across grassy backyard to walkway with the wagon, beach chairs and cooler provided by owner for our use during our stay. We won’t have to search when we come back to South Padre- we will stay here!

Sea Vista 119 is truly a beautiful home away from home. Very clean an extremely beautiful. The view is breathtaking no matter the time of day. Whether wanting to see sunrise from the sandy gulf shore, or right from the master bedroom its truly extraordinary! The pool was great, but the folks who live there was just a plus. Wonderful environment all the way around. The beach in my opinion is one of the nicest one on the island. I sort of saw it as a private beach due to the fact there is nothing in between condo beach access, and Isla Blanca Park. Very quiet. Renting the property was a breeze. Ed, and his family have everything one might forget to pack. They made staying at their place like one wood feel being in their own home.

This was a great location. Truly just steps away to get to the beach. It was on the more quiet end of the island, which is what we were looking for. When you walk south towards the public beach and get to the the large rocks, you can see the dolphins feeding which was fun to see. The condo is well stocked and very clean. The big windows were awesome so you always had a great view. The entire property was very clean.

The property was wonderful!! The condo had everything you needed. Very clean and quiet. Ed was awesome to work with. Weather was not so great while we were there but we will be back and checking to see if the condo is available when we do!

This property is awesome. Clean beyond your expectations. Good quality cookware, everything you need is provided, even shampoo and body wash! Comfortable beds. Having two suites was great. Nice deep tubs. The hot tub was small and usually occupied in the evening. The pool looked nice was heated but it was too cool for swimming. The main picture should be updated as there are significant dunes between the patio and the ocean that aren’t pictured here. However you can still see the waves and hear them. The beach is a very short walk down a boardwalk. Incredible sunrises on this side. The whole complex was very quiet although it is off season. The area didn’t feel off season though. Most Everything was open. The washer broke with my clothes in it. But not only did they find another one for me to use to Finish my clothes, it was fixed about 2 hours later. Great service. Everyone was friendly from the night security that greeted us to the caretaker Virginia to the owner Ed. We plan to stay again!

Great location. Beautiful views of the gulf shore and beach from the living and bedroom. Furnishing are first class and stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub but primarily walking out of the place right onto the beach.

The moment we walked in, we were impressed! The place smelled so clean and fresh! And then we saw the incredible view out the back! WOW And the host thinks of all the little things.... name brand items, a well stocked kitchen and pantry, very comfy beds. The location is great! We highly recommend this host! We really enjoy staying at this location. The condo is well maintained and we feel so at home staying here. The view is beautiful. It is great being able to walk out the patio door and walk out onto the beach. We have had our best beach vacations here.

We made a quick trip to S Padre to make memories with our 2 oldest Grandkids and with my Husband that has Terminal Cancer. This was a gorgeous Condo and the views are stunning. Everything about this place is so worth the money. We will be booking again for next October providing my Husband health allows. Highly recommend this place.

This is the most comfortable rental we have ever stayed at. It was very organized and stocked with all the items you need for a vacation rental. The sunrise views were amazing, and the access to the beach was great. Loved getting to explore South Padre Island and then come back and relax in the condo. Would definitely stay here again.
