Excellent property! We were very pleased with our stay. The heated pool was very nice during the cooler January weather. The host checked in with us multiple times to make sure everything was okay. The house had lots of extras including beach and portable chairs for the soccer event we attended.

This was the perfect escape from the cold north for a few days. This house was centrally located for our home base. 12 minutes from the beach. 18 minutes from Sarasota airport. The house was immaculate and the pool was amazing! Chris had several added bonus amenities such as providing beach towels, sunscreen and even shampoo and conditioner! Can't recommend this property enough!!

Everything was clean the pool was warm washer and dryer was a plus. All basic kitchen supplies were provided. Home owner was quick to respond with any questions. Easy access to grocery stores and shopping. Very quiet neighborhood and only 20 min from the island. Garage parks 2 cars easily. Spacious bedrooms with dressers and tv. Spacious bathrooms with plenty of storage. All beach necessities provided in the garage.

The house was clean and beautiful! It had everything we needed. We had a funeral that was close by. It was so nice to come back to a comfortable home. We would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved the house and the location it was only a few minutes from the beach. The house was clean and stocked with everything you would need. My kids enjoyed the back patio and pool. The host had great communication and made sure we enjoyed our stay.

Pretty close to beach, wonderful heated pool, and home very clean. There is no leash law in area so it was difficult to walk dogs.

Chris was very accommodating for our last minute stay. The house was spotless and the pool was a hit with the kids. All the supplies were a great touch too.

Nice house in a residential neighborhood. It was very convenient to IMG Academy where we were attending a tournament. We had 2 families, and the kids had their own room with plenty of room to spread out. The pool is right off the living room and kitchen and was easily accessible and heated.

Thoroughly enjoyed this house and especially the pool which was excellent and well used. The house was well stocked with pretty much everything you need. Very clean and comfortable beds. Close to the beaches and within easy reach of stores and restaurants. We’ll be back.

Nicely remodeled interior with a great pool area! Well stocked with everything you need! The owners are friendly and quick to respond to messages. Located in an older neighborhood, very quiet, maybe 15-20 min drive to the beaches on Anna Maria. Conveniently located for shopping. No grass within the fenced areas.

The owners of this house paid attention to every detail you need for a relaxing vacation. The house was very clean and looked exactly like the listing. The pool area was beautifully landscaped. The house is comfortable and the owners were very nice and helpful. Check in was simple and the owners provided many amenities. Lots of restaurants and shopping are five minutes away. Definitely an excellent house to rent.

This was a cozy, spacious home away from home. Nice decor with a beach vibe. The bedrooms were spacious and accommodating - ample towels and supplies. Pool was amazing - private fenced area with evening lighting. Nearest Beach approximately 20 minutes away. I do have to say, keep in mind this property allows pets. If you're sensitive to odors, you may have to air out the place when you first arrive and maybe light a candle. The sofas had noticeable large stains - I do wish this detail had not been overlooked by the cleaning crew. Overall a great stay!

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood close to Cortez Dr. It is a convenient location for access to Bradenton attractions and an easy drive to Anna Maria Island beach. The house is roomy and clean. We appreciated that kitchen and bath products were provided. The beds were comfy. NIce pool!

We spent over a month at Sherry and Chris’ property. It was perfect for us. The house was very clean, comfortable and had all the extras we needed to make for an amazing stay. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool area.. It felt like you were in your own little oasis, very private and perfect to enjoy Florida’s warm weather.. The house is very close to shopping, the beach and good restaurants. We didn’t want to leave!

In town for a family event. The property was exactly as described. Owner was attentive to our needs and checked in with us during the week to make sure everything was ok. House was very clean and nicely decorated. Check in and out was a breeze. Generous supply of paper products, soaps, beach toys. Would recommend staying here.

This house was the best I have stayed at! It’s stocked well has beach toys for the kids, as well as other supplies! and the pool was fantastic! We would definitely rent this again! Great place! Highly recommend!

The house, yard and pool are very well kept. Supplies such as paper towels, toiletries, cleaning/ laundry supplies were very much appreciated. If you have a larger group of people a few more kitchen utensils, dishes, etc might be helpful. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and appreciated the fenced in yard for our 2 little pooches. The surrounding neighbors have dogs and do bark a bit while you are outside, but their owners do take them in pretty quickly to minimize the noise. The tall privacy fence is nice. The owners of this property are very responsive to any questions you might have and I think they really want you to enjoy your stay. We enjoyed using this well taken care of home as a base to explore the surrounding areas. It's about 7-8 miles to Anna Maria and the same to I-75. Traffic is on the heavier side to I-75. If you need doggie day care there is a PetSuites on Hwy 70 near I-75.

Great place not located on the beach but the pool makes up for not being at the beach. The house is set up with everything which it is a nice touch. The house is very clean and looks like the pictures on VRBO. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Beautiful home, only couple miles from Anna Maria Island where we enjoyed the day Saturday. Home was clean, abundance of towels, sunscreen, pool floats. TVs in bedrooms and living room, very relaxing.

close to everything, super quiet neighborhood. House was super clean and modern. Salt water pool was to die for shallow end for the kids and deep end for the adults. loved every minute and would stay again every chance we get.

Our family had a great week staying at this house! Chris was always quick to respond, and very accommodating to any request. Upon arrival, the house was very clean, and had that fresh clean smell which is always reassuring! This house is very well stocked, and there weren’t any things we were really lacking. Rooms were comfortable, and our three kids were able to spread out and enjoy their own TV during downtime. Close access to beaches, restaurants, and stores! Really anything you could want is nearby. The pool has to be a highlight for us, and the kids absolutely loved it, and all of the pool toys! In short, great owners, everything was as pictured/described, and the house was very clean! I would definitely recommend this property.
