Five of us (two couples + one) come out to Summit County yearly for a fall early season ski trip; meeting up with others - 10 - 20 people. We needed three bedrooms with private baths each for 11 nights, a decent place to cook and relax in evenings, a grill, and hot tub. This fit our wish list perfectly. Previously we stayed in Keystone area, but much preferred this. Great to walk downtown after skiing as long as roads were ok. Lisa was super to work with and very responsive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were not only within easy walking distance to downtown, but also a park for the grandkids and numerous trails. The home was in great shape with lots of room, a cabinet full of games for the kids & we appreciated knowing that the hot tub is serviced regularly!

This is the best location!!! We had our family with 3 kids with us. Plenty of room! Park just down the street!! Creek just down the street. Everyone in our group just loved it. Its the best in Frisco. Check-in, Check-out is just the best I've seen. Owner was so helpful!! Thanks Lisa

Staying at this property makes for an awesome vacation! The location is perfect - walkable to town, park, marina. The house was spotless and everything was in working order. Lisa is very responsive to any questions/needs. I would highly recommend this property. We will be back!

Our family of skiers enjoyed another stay at this property. We have been staying here during our annual Summit County ski trips for several years, and we hope to back again in the future. The description of the property and amenities are accurate, as are the many positive reviews (several written by me). Lisa is a good communicator, and if something needs attention, she gets on it and and gets it resolved in a timely manner. For example, at the start of our visit there was a problem with the new hot tub. She contacted the service person immediately and the problem was fixed the next day. We would not hesitate to rent this property again!

This property is in the perfect location! We were in between Breckenridge and Copper so we skied both during our stay. We also took a short day trip to Rocky Mountain National Park to snowmobile. The town of Frisco is within walking distance and offers several restaurant choices and shopping locations, all with friendly staff. Communication with the owner was outstanding and all our questions were answered almost immediately. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed for an evening in with the family. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!

This place didn't live up to our hopes given the listing and the previous good ratings. A few noticeable things did not inspire trust in the overall cleanliness....dirty pans when we went to cook, noticeable dust and cobwebs on the walls, and an off smell in the main level bath and laundry room. Generally the unit seems to need some updates and repairs. The windows function very poorly. Upon arrival we found two windows that were unsecured and allowing very cold air into the house. Adding to the concern, we would not have noticed the lack of security if we hadn’t investigated the draftiness. These windows are damaged/warped to the point that it took my husband 20 minutes to actually get them to lock and secure. The hot tub shows a lot of wear with cracked and broken towel hooks and buttons that are completely worn off. There was a lot of ice covering the deck and the steps to the hot tub as well which resulted in our family slipping and falling. The location is great, the number of rooms is nice, but it's generally lacking enough care and attention. The potential is there but left a bit to be desired and ultimately means that we wouldn’t return.

We stayed for a long weekend, and we loved everything about the home. Plenty of space, very proactive and helpful communication, and all-around a great stay. My fellow guests asked for the listing, and we all hope to stay here again soon!

This place was perfect for a family get-together including a 16 month old. There was a booster seat and travel crib and bedding which made it so convenient for our daughter. The kitchen was really nice and hot tub was good. Location from downtown Frisco was easy walk. Lisa was such a responsive host and I know we will be back.

We very much enjoyed our one week stay at this home in Frisco. The location was perfect in that we could walk to a nice variety of restaurants and shops. And the kitchen was fully stocked with all manner of utensils and pots etc, as well as a gas grill on the back deck. My family enjoyed the hot tub more than anything else - a perfect way to end the day of skiing. If I had one suggestion, it would be to add blackout shades in the bedroom windows. There is a street light in the front yard, and the existing shades are sheer, and we had trouble staying asleep through the nights because the bedrooms stay so lit. (But I recongnize this is just preference... we're used to sleeping in darkness.) Overall, it was a great place to stay and i would book it again.

We had a great stay, and enjoyed the easy walk to main street Frisco, private parking, close access to several ski areas, nice hot tub, and comfortable bedrooms.

We had a nice stay here over New Year’s. The extra “add-on” bedroom made a huge difference for a family of 5. The showers have all been renovated, although the first floor shower is quite small. The kitchen has plenty of cookware if needed.

This home worked so well for our family...everybody had their own space and bathroom. The location was perfect...an easy walk to town and quick drives to the ski slopes. The jacuzzi was used every day/night! Communication was excellent and check in/ check out a breeze. I would highly recommend this home.

Loved the location. Loved the hot tub. The mud room space was extremely helpful with all the gear and snow clothes. Very comfortable beds.
