House was exactly as advertised and more. Everything was clean, beds were nice, location is quiet and private, great kitchen and entertainment space. lots to do in the area. Cant think of a negative thing.

Enjoyable escape, some assembly required.
Nice house, cozy rooms and comfy couches. Kitchen easy to use, well stocked. I don't know if we were one of the first renters of the season, but we had to dig around a lot -- assemble the ping pong table (nontrivial!), dig out cushions for the seating on the porch, etc. I think they had done some renovations and were still working out the kinks, but none of that bothered us, and they were easy to contact when needed. Played tennis and did some hikes, didn't do any water sports, so can't really speak to that. Would rent there again, for sure.

This house was in a great location. Very close to the waterparks and the Lake Naomi amenities were fantastic. Beaches were in great shape and the indoor pool with splash pad was perfect for the kids. Hot tub appeared to be brand new. The only downside to the house was the appliances (dishwasher and stove) could be replaced and a larger microwave. But, we really enjoyed our time here and the home!

Perfect home away from home!
This home was perfect for my family. We have two younger children and the kids felt at home with the toys, board games and art supplies. We had family air hockey and foosball tournaments and played board games as a family. The grill was perfect for our dinners. Out back the hot tub and fire pit were enjoyed and appreciated. The house feels secluded but is only minutes from major stores. Perfect location!!

Great place to go with kids - excellent playroom/gameroom downstairs, and a nice place to hang upstairs too. Outdoor spaces are nice too. Thanks for a great trip!

For my husband and myself, we were grateful for a clean spacious place to rest and enjoy each other’s company. We enjoyed meals on the deck, using lake equipment during the day, and watching the NBA finals at night on the comfy couch. The kitchen was fully stocked the essentials so it was easy to prepare meals. And the amenities were endless. Honestly we couldn’t partake in all that there was in the time we were there! Hopefully we can come back again soon. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! FIVE STARS +

Magical Week at Lake Naomi

Perfect family time
Great property for multigenerational family. House is comfy and clean with great indoor and outdoor living spaces. Lots of game and activity options. Great neighborhood. Close to good hiking - we enjoyed Bear Creek Preserve. Kristine could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Perfect weekend for enjoying time with family.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
This house was perfect for our weekend away. The kids had the first floor area to hang out and my wife and I were able to be upstairs. The house had everything we needed and the host was very accessible to answer questions. Definitely recommend.

House was VERY well equipped, with hot tub, fuss ball, air hockey, all kitchen appliances, fireplaces, etc etc etc. Some of the facilities were a little old and tired, though, esp for price paid. Vacation suffered from being a shoulder season--too late for full winter options or plenty of snow, and too early for access to Lake Naomi facilities, most hiking trails, and use of some of the special features of the house, eg patio.

Kristen and Stephen were fantastic hosts. Prior to our stay, they communicated often and were always available to answer our questions. During our stay, if we had a question or needed clarification on anything, they were quick to get back to us and help with solutions for any small issue that may have arisen.
We loved their home, so cozy and just as pictured. Anything we needed was available and all cleaned immaculately prior to our arrival. We will definitely return on another Poconos trip!

Great mountain house
My friends and I had such a great time at this property. Perfect for a long weekend away. The house is so cozy but spacious. We enjoyed hanging out inside and playing games and outside loved the hot tub and fire pit. The house is in a great location- just off a main road, nearby hikes, breweries and vineyards. Overall such a fun trip!

We stayed around the peak fall of 2020 and had a good time. Plenty of space for a large groups with beds and common areas to hang out. The backyard was quaint with a hot tub and fire pit to relax.
Overall nice time and would recommend it.

Great location and accommodations. Check-in and out was so easy with the no-key entry. The house is on a nice size lot and spaced far enough away from other houses. The upper deck was perfect for outdoor dinner near the grill. On the ground floor out back, the hot tub was really nice to unwind and relax. Just push a button to turn on the bubbles. Push it twice for the full blast! Plenty of games throughout the house kept us busy on the few days it rained.

Great little getaway
This house is full of stuff to do for all ages. Fire pit, fire table, foosball, air hockey and ping pong. Bbq and a lake right nearby. We also took advantage of hiking in the area. This was also toys in the house and baby gear which was great for our family. Host was extremely responsive and reachable for whatever came up.

LOVE.THIS.HOUSE!!
7 adults and one child had a blast! The house is set up beautifully . Just relax and take it easy. There is enough space where everyone can do their own thing without being on top of one another. The homeowners were excellent with communication, and explaining how things worked in the home. We didn't get to use the wood burning stove, but that didn't deter our fun! I highly recommend adding the linen package to your trip, saves time! We will definitely be returning!

The property was exactly as we pictured given the description/pictures on the VRBO site. Stephen and Kristen were helpful and attentive-- answering all our questions in a more than timely manner. The house was in a great location providing our daughters and their friends with so much to do. We would definitely visit this property again!

Great Stay
My family and I (7 adults & 3 kids) had an amazing time. The house was definitely more spacious than we expected. The hot tub was awesome and easy to manage. Although we brought everything we needed such as plates, cups, pans, etc. the house was fully equipped with anything and everything we may have needed. Kristin was easy to communicate with and Very accommodating, she responded to any questions very quickly. The fire pit area and deck were our favorite hangout spot. We definitely look forward to coming back and staying for longer.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway!
We had an awesome time staying in this house with our three kids for a spring break getaway. The house was wonderfully welcoming and accommodating. It was spacious yet homey and the kids loved having the game room on the same level as their bedroom. The deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening grilling and the hot tub was a family favorite. Also, the owners were incredibly attentive, excellent communicators, and made sure everything was perfect in anticipation of our arrival. Can't recommend it enough!

Home is very accommodating for large groups. The hosts are very easy to communicate with as well as friendly and willing to work out anything to make your experience that much better! Would recommend.

Owners Stephen and Kristen were very diligent. Communicating with them was very easy and convenient. Not only its a great property but they went an extra mile to make our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. This house has everything you need and all the entertainments/games and the hot tub is great. I'd definitely book it again and recommend this property to friends and family.

Great weekend getaway with friends!
My friends and I enjoyed a "couples weekend getaway" and had an awesome time. The house was awesome, definitely a lot of space for 10-12 people and Kristen was VERY accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had. The house was fully stocked with everything we could have needed. The firepit in the backyard and the heater on the deck were our favorite hang out spots for the weekend. Would definitely go back!

Great House and Hospitality
We had booked the house for our weekend getaway with family and friends. The house was perfect for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The playroom has tons of toys for the kids of all ages, the ping pong in the backyard kept us engaged and entertained. The house was clean and stocked with everything you need.
We are very happy to have found this place and would definitely consider to go back again.
Kristen was a great host, she took very good care of us and made our fall weekend a memorable one.

Great house & renters
This is a great house for a group of 12 people. We did a couples weekend here and had a great time enjoying the firepit, going to the lake, and had a very relaxing weekend. Would recommend this house to anyone.
The owners were courteous and had clear instructions for the house. They were very accommodating.
