The location could not have been any more perfect for our family vacation. Easy walking access to Beach and town for all ages. The large family home offered everything we needed. We would definitely go back again!!

We had a great week at Seas the Day. Fit everyone comfortably, we had 9 total-8 adults and an 11 y/o.
2 couples, my 84 y/o Mother, 2 daughters, grandson and niece. The rooms were spacious, with closet space and dressers available. Rooms were clean and quiet.
They layout of long table and a game table were perfect for sitting down to a meal and leaving a puzzle or game in progress.
Plenty of space in the kitchen. Enjoyed the deck and the gas grill.
Short walk to the beach access was convenient as was shower and hose access to wash off before going into the house.
It was also a convenient walk into restaurants and stores as parking is at a premium in that area. We did find spots on the street as it was a little far for my mother in the heat.
We enjoyed our week at Seas the Day and would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at the house with our six young adult children and a few significant others. The location is perfection. Convenient to the beach and downtown Folly without being too close to either. We loved it and had a great week! Jessica was very communicative and easy to work with and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. We cooked in almost every night and had plenty of dishes, cookware etc. The only complaint about the property is that there is not much space to “hang out”. There is lots of dining space, but only seating for 5 in the living/TV room. Other than that, it was perfect for our group!

This house is in a great location, it is less than a half mile from town and right across the street from the beach!
The house was very clean, and had plenty of bath and beach towels!
Jessica was the manager and was in contact with us often and very quick with responses! We appreciated her fast responses!
The kitchen had what we needed.
We would stay here again!

Not to compkain but,the ceiling fan in the upstairs back bedroom with the twin beds was loose and made a lot of noise and the epuipment in the closet was loud too. Maybe some noise insulation on the closet doors would help. Also the hallway bathroom upstairs around the tub area could really use some sprucing up. But we really liked the house and were vert happy there.

We loved the house, it was in a great location so close to the beach access and downtown, it was clean and fit our needs perfectly. Jessica was amazing in helping us get checked in and out.

Wonderful, clean house! Across the street from the beach, an easy walk or quick drive to the restaurants and shops on Center Street, supermarket is about 10 minutes away and about a half hour to Charleston. Our family had a great week! Highly recommended!

My 60th birthday gift from my wife. Me and 6 of my friends from NJ stayed for a few days. Block from the beach. Walk to town. Plenty of space and clean. Loved it!

We had a mix of adults staying and the layout offered a lot of privacy. Walking distance to the beach and to the shops and restaurants. The place was clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a stay-cation with some friends and their teenagers. This is a perfect beach house. Spacious bedrooms, open and comfortable living space, large yard, easy access to beach. The owners are laid back and easy to communicate with. We had a great stay and would rent this property again.

We have stayed here before for our annual trip to Folly for March Madness and find the location convenient to walking to all the local eateries and bars. Owner is very responsive to needs. We lost partial power for a couple hours(no fault of the owner), the owner contacted the power company on a Saturday night and they were there to remedy the situation in a couple of hours.

My group traveled to the Charleston area to stay 3 nights before leaving on a cruise. This house was perfect for us and just as described. The location was amazing!! So close to the beach & shops, we pretty much walked everywhere. The home was well stocked and the owners were great to work with. They communicated very well and wanted to make sure the home was to our liking. I hope to get back to the area someday and will definitely stay here again if it's available!!

We have stayed at this property in the past. Several older adults(family, siblings and spouses.) We have always had an enjoyable stay. Communication with property owners great! House very well kept up. Great location just off the beach at Folly and close to town center. Highly recommend.

We’ve been to Folly many times over the last 20 years and this house was definitely a winner for our family. Great location—right across the street from beach access and walkable to town. House was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Stayed here with a group of 9 women for a bachelorette party. The house was perfectly sized for our group, clean and had a great layout. The location was amazing, right across the street from the beach and a short walk from the downtown area. Jessica the house manager was also very kind and communicative. Would definitely book again!!!

We had a great time , house was great close to beach and close to downtown, house was equipped with everything we needed for beach fun. Only wish i would have is a second refrigerator, with 10 people one refrigerator was hard and a electric broom to help keep things tidy. Overall great time great house. Even had someone knock on door to see how we liked the house so gave two ladies a tour they will book for next year!!

Great house for large family. 2 of our 4 children are now married. 3 of the 5 bedrooms works well for couples. Plenty of room. Clean. Right at beach access. Very responsive and wonderful communication with the Hamiltons. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

Our vacation week was wonderful and this house provided all that we needed. The house is directly across from a public beach access point and within walking distance to the center strip. It was an easy drive to and from Charleston as well. There are plenty of markets for any grocery needs and even one in town for anything needed more quickly. The house is setup well for use - we had all adults but I can see how it would be easy to have children in your group as well. There are multiple parking spots for the house, which was a great bonus. Check in and out were smooth and easy - all accomplished through texting. The property manager is quick to respond to any questions as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great from start to finish. The property was clean with everything as described. It was the perfect size for our group and the perfect location, being right across the street from beach access and only a 20 minute drive from downtown Charleston. Foley Beach was so fun, especially at night, and the beach was beautiful. The property manager was very communicative as well. We enjoyed every minute here!

My group and I thought the house was perfect for our annual weekend trip. 8 of us fit perfectly with space and beds for all. The kitchen and open living room were ideal for catching up. Jessica was a great communicator and the check-in process could not have been easier.

We visited Folly Beach for New Years Eve and our stay was wonderful. The house was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The location was awesome with beach access just steps away and a short walk to the shops and restaurants. We would stay here again.

My family and I spent a weekend at the end of November here and loved it! The proximity to the beach is perfect. There is parking in the front and back of the house. The owner was very communicative before our arrival. The house was beautiful and kitchen well stocked with dishes/cookware. Walkable to restaurants. Loved it. If I go back to folly beach with a large group, I would definitely rent again.

For our group of eight older adults this house was not our first choice. We were concerned about possible road noise and bedroom configurations more appropriate for families with children. But once we arrived we came to love it. The beach was literally across the street, the traffic during our November stay was not a problem and this very solid well maintained house was the cleanest I have ever rented, anywhere!

Amazing communication with the hosts who were so gracious as to rebook us after getting sick in the spring. The house was spacious and well-appointed. The best location of multiple places we’ve stayed at in Folly - beach access is so so close, quick walk to town, and a cute little park down the street.

This was a perfectly located home for our annual golf trip to the Charleston area. The home had everything we needed and it was very clean. It was very accommodating and there was more than enough parking. Short walk to the beach was the cherry on top for those who needed a moment to reflect before their round, or a little relaxation afterwards. Definitely recommend this property, 5 stars for sure.
