We've stayed in multiple units in Pavillion Watch and we always enjoy our stay. The units are close to the beach as well as the action on Center Street. Fireworks for the new year could be seen from our balcony! Would stay here again (and again, and again...)!!

The condo had everything we needed. Great get away with family.

Our stay was great however when leaving we discovered that the mattresses in the first two rooms as you enter the unit were terribly urine stained. Also the bed on the right was uncomfortable because the mattress sags in the middle. The unit was clean and the king bed was very comfortable. The location was great too!

Great location. Furniture needs updating. Dishwasher needs replacing.

Had a great time at 2B pavillion watch this past weekend. Close to everything you need. Everything within walking distance. Did not use my car one time. This condo exceeded our expectations. it is a nice dwelling and it was bigger than I had originally thought. Right next to all of the action on the main strip, but never too loud inside. We were blessed with beautiful weather and because of the condo location we were able to walk to the beach every day and also had convenient access to all of the town vendors. The condo was well prepared for our arrival and we found several items that were convenient for us. We were very comfortable in the unit and found our rooms and all other areas spacious and comfortable.Our only complaint was that someone who had used the condo previously had not cleaned the coffee filter and the old filter and basket were moldy.All together a very enjoyable experience. We stay at pavillion watch every year. This particular condo was very dirty and had roaches in the bedroom. The furniture was used and abused and 2 out of 3 beds had bodily fluid stains on them. The condo looked as if someone had bought thrift store furniture and threw it all together just to have furniture. All the dishes were dirty and i had to reclean them just to use them. I had also asked if this condo was situated over the pool and they said yes. It is not directly over the pool. I messaged my ocean rentals through the text they provided and they never responded. If they had a new cleaning crew and newer furniture this place would be great. The only positive thing i can say is the master bed slept amazing. I had a failed spinal fusion and havent slept all night in 2 years until i slept in that bed. If they would have responded to my concerns i wouldnt have put this review up. I just wish they would have responded. I have pics of everything if someone wants to see them

Great for our grandkids and adults. We cooked in once a day and kitchen was well stocked. Bunk bed was my only concern with small children, would love 2 twins instead. Locked ourselves out and was resolved with a quick phone call to a great employee. Would stay again.

The location is perfect. Super easy to access the beach and the restaurants/shops. Nice view from the patio and plenty of space.

Property was as described. Direct access to the beach and walking distance to Center St. and the Pier. Would stay here again.

This condo was even better that what was advertised. The comfort of this unit enhanced our vacation! We can't wait to stay again!

Lovely, comfortable condo. Very clean and well equipped. Perfect location with short walk to the beach, covered parking space. Easy commute into Charleston .

Very nice place

My family and I had a wonderful week at this room. It was perfect having space to spread out at night and was incredibly convenient. Favorite part about this place is except for a trip to the grocery store, we walked everywhere we needed for the week. Downtown is a short (like 5 minutes or less) walk from the condo and the beach is visible and incredibly close. Easy to run back and grab things during the day. My girls enjoyed having their own rooms and bathrooms.

We spent 4 night here and it was a great location. Easy to get to all the shops and restaurants. And big enough for my family of 3 and my parents to be there too.

We had a wonderful staycation here at Folly Beach. The location couldn’t have been better. Really close to the beach and little town. The condo was well furnished and the kitchen stocked with everything you could need. It was clean and neat. Plenty of seating, beds and towels. Lots of games, sand toys and the tv had many options. Only one complaint. The master bed frame is very squeaky. Nice king size comfortable bed but it squeaked even if you rolled over in the night.

The location couldn't be better. Covered off street parking is a huge bonus. Only complaint is that if you need ice for a cooler you can't rely on the fridge. We stayed an entire week and our ice maker never did fill up. Just enough cubes for your drinks. An ice machine on the property would be nice. Again, this is a minor complaint. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo is as advertised, stayed for a week during Spring Break 2022. Nice location, just across from the beach and downtown Charleston is just 20 mins drive. We readily recommend this condo.

I needed a location at the beach to accommodate 3 adults, 1 teen, and a 1 year old. Plan was to introduce my great granddaughter to the ocean and the sands of Folly Beach. Her Grandma, Mom, & Auntie all had their turns. The online views, descriptions and helpfulness in contacting them made it so easy to choose. The condo was exactly what we needed.
