Apartment is located close to beach and restaurants.No problems with parking.

Creaky bed.

Everything was very nice and clean. On arrival we found wine and bottles of water, as well as some snacks. The garden was calm and had many facilities: tables, slide for the children, etc. The owner supplied us with a cot and an IKEA child seat. The location was also very good, next to many restaurants, beach and a pier.

The bed frame was made of metal and was screeching an awful lot with every move. To the point that turning to the other side was waking up the baby.

Very kind and available owners At walking distance from beautiful sandy beaches (free access) with clear and calm sea, and typical restaurants Very clean and new house, and everything in good conditions and working properly Nice garden with chairs and fruit trees A beach umbrella was available, which was very handy Hand disinfectant gel and cleaning equipment, and an outdoor hanger for wet clothes Comfortable bed and enough closet room Spacious and clean bathroom with towels and washing machine The kitchen has everything for cooking and eating, including coffee machine with capsules, and hot water for doing the dishes Close to supermarkets but car is needed Town centre is about 10 minutes away on foot We went during the low season (May) and we found exactly what we were looking for: a nice and comfortable place near the beach where we could relax, get some sun and swim, away from the crowd and with low covid transmission risk. Great location. 2 minutes to the beach. 20 minutes to Siracusa, 15 minutes to Modica. Absolutely new apartment, new furniture and kitchen staff. Absolutely friendly the owners, Carmelo always in touch. The beach umbrella and chairs waiting for you. The welcome compliment was the bottle of Nero dAvola and a lot of drinks in the refrigerator. The kitchen is very big, has it own big sofa.The bed in the sleeping room is very comfortable. The fish restaurants is 2 minutes by feet. The fish store is 2 minutes by feet. The water is very clear. Completely, this is a paradise. The best in this region.
