Amazing people, room was clean

Nice and clean room few steps from beautiful beach. Ilaria is very friendly and helpful host as well as the rest of the staff. We really enjoyed our stay in Pantanello rooms.

The staff are warm, kind and exceptionally hospitable, the rooms are clean, fresh, well equipped and the bed is one of the most comfortable in which I've ever slept. The breakfast offering is beautifully presented and abundant, diverse and of a very high quality with everything from cold meats and cheese to croissants, and local specialties such as Sicilian almonds blancmange, pistachios and fresh fruits. It overlooks a magnificent swimming beach with gentle waves and ample sand to lay down a towel and enjoy the sun. I very highly recommend Pantanello rooms!

Great place to stay on the eastern coast of Sicily. Place is right next to very nice and clean beach with golden sand. There are free parking spots in close-by park. Good position for visiting Syracuse, Cavagrande canyon and other landmarks by car. Everything is pristine clean and nicely furnished. Air-conditioning works well. Breakfasts were very good on beautiful terrace with sea view. Host was welcoming and helpful and could speak English pretty well which is quite rare on Sicily.

Very nice staff, good check-in - owner sent detailed instructions on how to proceed with self check-in so we could basically arrive even when no staff member was at the property. Room was sufficient, bed was comfy, a/c efficient and quiet. Breakfast was nice, included coffee, water/juice some sweet options and fruit. Location was great, very close to the beach and about 200m to a free parking area. Overall a good stay, would definitely recommend

Only downside was a strange smell in the room, possibly some detergents in not used to.

Modern, new building and room. The view was relly nice at night and in the morning as well. Parking was easy by the road and you don’t have to pay for it at night. The host was flexible, we arrived late and left early morning, so we could not even meet, but everything was prepared so things went well.

The little private sun deck. Salvatore has great tips! Location in front of the beach! Breakfast with freshly baked cakes! Close to nightlife of Avola. Umbrella on deposit.

The second last day the room was not cleaned, because we stayed in the room and we were kinda in need of new towels, this was really the only thing that we can think of...

Bed in the bedroom was broken on the bottom side and not a lot of space around the room we had for storing our suitcases.
