This place was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and our place was spotless. The owner was amazing. Any questions we had he immediately got back to us. You are close to skiing. The bus stop is a few feet away. Grocery store is 5 minutes and all the shops and great places to eat are about 10 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Don!!

This property and it's hosts are extra special!! The communication was top notch and we felt so taken care of. From the moment we booked, they made sure we had all the information that we needed. We recieved sevearl messages as our stay approached and were check on several times. The place is amazing!! Close to the slopes, comfortable, roomy, and has all the extra things you could ever need. We cooked in a wonderful kitchen, played games, enjoyed the fire, and relaxed. It really was a perfect family vacation in a fabulous place. We would stay there again anytime!!!! 7 adults.. Beds were comfy!! 1 baby... They had a portable crib for us along with a highchair seat for the kitchen chair!! WOW!!!!

This property accommodated 10 people. Six adults and four children. Everything you can possibly want/need is in the house. The pool is a hop, skip and a jump from the back porch. Highly recommend this property.

This was the third year we've stayed at this condo. We lost our son in June of 2020 and he loved Steamboat. We really enjoy getting together as a family to celebrate his life. The condo is very comfortable and can accommodate all of us. We hope to go again next year.

The VRBO was a great place to stay! It was quite spacious and was extremely close to the bus stop to the ski resort. The owner was great with communication and answered all my questions. Would stay again!

We stayed for Presidents’ week last year and this year- top notch condo and hosts- Don and Montie very easy to contact via text or email and always helpful. That said, we had no real issues- just a fun, relaxing week in a spotless cozy condo. Very convenient location for skiing- right on the shuttle line.

The property is really spacious, it's been updated, it's close enough to ski in to and just a short ride up to the mountain base area. Furnishings are nice and the different levels creates a number of different common areas. Really enjoyed our trip and would stay again.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The townhome was beautifully decorated with plenty of room for our group! Just a short drive to drop off the skiers in our group, the shuttle pick up was just a parking lot away as well.

We had a great time in Steamboat. The house was very clean and spacious for 8 of us. The location was perfect! Don was very responsive and answered all of our questions.

This property overall is amazing and the hosts are even better! Everything was as described. Close to mountain and would recommend driving and parking, but took the bus one day and it just takes longer getting back from mountain as you are the last stop. Overall the place and the hosts are great and will definitely be staying here again.

We absolutely loved this property! The hosts were amazing! Everything was at our fingertips and explained before we even got there. The communication was awesome! We were so close to grocery stores, shopping and the mountain. It felt so cozy! I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

This was a beautiful home with several spaces to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The location was perfect as it was across the street from the free bus shuttle so an easy ride to the mountain and downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

The host was extremely helpful and called us as soon as we had we needed his help with the television. He was very good at communicating and made us feel very welcome. The VRBO had a nice layout that gave everyone ample room to spread out and Have privacy. We had 10 for dinner one night The kitchen/dining area was easy to work in. We especially enjoyed the Shady outside seating area where we enjoyed coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening

The property is wonderfully furnished and decorated with lots of kitchen equipment for cooking. The one problem is that this place is HOT especially the upstairs master bedroom. The temps were in the low 80s in Steamboat and the upstairs was like an oven during the day even with the provided evaporative cooler which did not do much. They really need to invest in an AC unit for the top floor at least. In the cooler/cold times of year this would be no problem. Otherwise we liked the place.

The home is warm, inviting and well appointed. Our two daughters are married, each with a 2 year old, and our two sons are single. The girls brought their own Pack & Play beds for the little ones and the rooms were big enough to accommodate everything. We cooked most of our meals at the house and I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the dishwasher! We were able to fit most of our dishes in one load and they came out beautifully clean. The pool is just across the grass from the back patio. It is fenced and requires a key to enter so it is not a danger for younger kids, but the patio sits high enough that you can watch the action in the pool from the condo. I’m not sure who enjoyed it most, the big kids or the little ones! 😁 There are five levels in this home, with a bedroom on the top, middle, and bottom levels. This was a good arrangement for us, and allowed a nice privacy buffer. The two year olds loved playing on the short flight of stairs between the kitchen and the family room. The home has an open concept so even if you are in the kitchen, you can still hear - and participate in - the conversation in the family room. 😁 We had some questions about the parking setup and when I called Don, he answered immediately. We had no issues with this rental and we enjoyed our time immensely. We will stay here again and recommend it to others.

This house was perfectly set up for a group with its different levels and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The host had thought of everything we might need. Very comfortable, even the beds.

Great house for family gathering. Every couple had their own floor and baths. Had a wonderful stay and the town of Steamboat was beautiful and friendly. Can't wait to get back!

This was our second time staying at the condo and we enjoyed it both times.

The condo floor plan was perfect for privacy as well as social gathering. Our son and his family were very comfortable in the downstairs bunk and queen bedroom space. The kids could go to bed early and allow the adults to socialize upstairs. The weather was great so we were also able to use the outdoor space as well. The host was very responsive to all communication. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

We had a great visit to steamboat. Location of condo is excellent. The condo well appointed and well stocked.

Our two families with children ranging from 9-12 had a wonderful stay - the place is very convenient to the mountain and the use of their locker was a big deal - so easy to bet back and forth without lugging everything. The hosts are gracious and pleasant and their home is so nicely decorated and organized - it all makes the stay that much more relaxing. We would definitely stay again!

What a place. Spacious, yet warm and cozy. The condo is clean and updated with everything you need...and just minutes from the gondola. Don is an amazing host that actually cares that you have a great experience. This is the condo that we all want to own. Thanks for a great trip.

Absolutely gorgeous property! Definitely would stay here again

We didn't actually make it to this rental property due to a huge snowstorm that closed the pass into Steamboat (an early January snowstorm). We were an extended family of 6, some of whom had flown in from out--of-state and one niece from out of the country. We had planned a family ski vacation in Steamboat and were very much looking forward to staying in this beautiful townhome. So, of course, we were disappointed in not being able to get to our planned destination. Instead, we had to scramble to find a place to stay near the ski resorts in Summit County that are closer to Denver and were accessible. I have given high ratings for this rental property because of the positive communication with the owners. They were responsive and sympathetic to our predictament of being snowed out (which doesn't happen very often in Colorado) and did refund our rental fee. We hope to rent again from these owners and to be able to finally have our family Steamboat ski vacation! My husband and I have visited Steamboat before and it's a great town to visit!

We had a wonderful stay at this home over Christmas this year - complete with a decorated Christmas tree! Beautiful home with so much attention to detail and everything you could possibly need - we will definitely stay here again! We'll also never go back to hauling our skis on the bus - the use of the ski locker was amazing!
