A very clean, spacious and warm sunny location. Great for dog walking as flat and close to shops. Very comfortable.

The roadworks team conducting the tear up of the road way out front advised home owners are notified in advance???????????

We had an enjoyable stay , convenient and comfortable accommodation, great hosts that made the check in check out seem less . The only change I would recommend would be to remove the kitchen food pantry out of the laundry / toilet and in to the kitchen or dining room . This is a great house for families and can easily accommodate larger groups . Thank you Emma .

1. Unprepared for checking in- bed not made enough for booking people 2 , Linen for both singles bed were old which have worn out 3 ,ceiling on room 1 are mouldy

Found this a great place to stay and very central. The reeds along the driveway were a pain as kept setting my reversing alarm off. Ha ha

It is so good that Emma and Dale offer pet-friendly accommodation. This is the 2nd time I've stayed in one of their houses and would definitely stay again. Bradman House was very clean and tidy. The garden is fenced so dog can be let out safely. The area is a bit industrial so there is a fair bit of noise from trucks but other than that, its a very comfortable home to stay in. Thanks so much guys. Will definitely stay with you again :-)

Very welcoming and convenient to all locations. Especially to those travelling with dogs. All essential requirements were covered, simple and practical. Also enjoyed the Sir Donald Bradman memorabilia.

Ideal for our group, plenty of space and just a short stroll into main streets. The property was well presented and was super easy communicating with owner. The opportunity to hire their mini bus was very helpful for our group to day trip around and at a great price.

The property decor was extremely outdated. A quick trip to Kmart or similar to replace the decor and create a cosy and flowing feel would go far. The place itself did not feel clean with thick layers of dust, dirt and grime on pictures and hairs folded up within the towels. There was very little to do and the battleship board game provided was missing pieces. No bedding or pillows were provided for the single beds, the queen bed mattress was like concrete and the house itself was cold. The location was great, close to the new Riverbend Playground and the CBD.

Over several stays the property has always been immaculately clean, The hosts are keen to continue upgrading the features of the property .. the soundproofing at the front and a lovely new paint job are examples. The hosts are always very welcoming and ready to help guests enjoy their stay.

Great little property to stay 2 nights...bit disappointed there was only 1 bathroom when the it was advertised as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms...there was 2 toilets though which was good...tv remote didn't work as it belonged to another brand of tv...overall nice stay...thank you

I would recommend this property. It was clean, well set out and the Don Bradman memorabilia was interesting.

The house was great. The bedrooms were nice and big. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was neat and tidy. It was a great location. Close enough to be able to walk into the city. Very close to the walking path along the river and also to Riverbend Park playground.

Comfortable home

we visited Launceston for the Tour of Tasmania cycling race and this place was the perfect venue for or team. The house had everything we needed.

I've stayed here several times and always found the property clean, comfortable and convenient. I really like that the hosts are approachable and very responsive to comments from guests, and was impressed this time with the additional sound proofing that has been provided in the front rooms of the property . While the occasional heavy vehicle passing along the street in front has not bothered me, the reduction in sound was actually quite noticeable with the double glazing and sound proofing, particularly in the front bedroom. The exterior of the property has been freshly painted and is most attractive, and the roses in the front garden were just beautiful at this time of year.

This is a really handy location just out of this city. Quiet streets to walk our dog. Absolutely loved the Bradman memorabilia.

A little bit out of town but that was ok as we had trsnsport
