Great location. Comfortable condo

This condo is in a great location and has all the amenities needed. The pool is close by and the complex has a nice quiet feel. The owner is very responsive and will meet all your needs! We will definitely return!!

Owner very responsive and professional. Clean property, convenient to parking space, close to several excellent restaurants and shopping. Comfortable condo, quiet pool, and a small and quiet complex. I would stay again.

Good: Spacious, large rooms, good natural light (photos on VRBO taken at night, so hard to tell) First floor condo with easy access to covered, reserved spot Shauna responsive, available and helpful Super convenient location to grocery stores, restaurants and trails (40th St. Trailhead of Phoenix Mountain Preserve) Well stocked kitchen as far as dishes and cookware, regular coffee maker (not Keurig) Not as good: Older property: Master tub does not drain well, so was standing in several inches of water by end of shower Heater very loud - had to turn up TV/Zoom meeting volume when it kicked on (January stay, so did not use AC) At one point, ice machine was very loud. Turned it off then on again, and this noise did not reoccur. Worked fine in making ice. No coffee (we bring our own, so FYI for other guests) Near busy street (Shea) so there is some traffic noise even with all windows closed. Also can hear upstairs neighbors walking around. All minor issues. We enjoyed our stay!

The unit was very clean with amenities such as entertainment when it's too warm to be outside (books, Netflix & Prime access to name a couple). I loved biking on the trail located just outside the unit along the greenbelt so if you enjoy walks or bike rides this is a great spot. The pool and spa were also great amenities with meticulously groomed landscaping giving it a resort type feel. The proximity to great restaurants, grocery stores, or any retail amenities between PV & Scottsdale made shopping and dining out effortless so I loved the location. Lastly the owner Shauna was very responsive and pleasant so I would recommend this property for anyone whether you're looking to relax on your trip or hit the town and explore PV / Scottsdale.

Unit was clean and near so many shopping, dining, and recreation opportunities. Condo was very comfortable and owner was very nice and very responsive to our requests. The first floor unit with the parking right by the unit was very convenient.
