Our trip was wonderful. Had a great time and the condo we rented, was the perfect place. We would definitely stay here again. Especially since one of my dad’s favorites places

Condo was great BUT Property Building MGMT complex TERRIBLE which is why lower rating. The elevator did not work entire time. outside water clean off spicket for Sand rinse off didn't work half the time. Very incovenient and hardship for us with senior citizen and infant. It caused hardship for us on doing things because of the impact it had phycially going up and down several flights of stairs. Condo was great though its just too bad Property Building Maintenance didn't have things proprerly working. But Condo itself was Good and clean and met our needs as a family. Location is good and beach area good for families.

We enjoyed our time at this property very much, it was clean, right on the beach as advertised, the beach chair service was great to have especially if you didn't want to carry a ton of stuff down to the beach. The homeowners went out of their way to make sure the condo is stocked with everything. :0)

The condo was clean and modern. They were very attentive when I noticed that the island chairs needed to be tightened. The balcony was nice and right on the beach. Very nice.

Absolutely beautiful and spacious condo in an amazing location. The condo was very clean and tidy. It had all the necessary amenities. The condo looks exactly like the pictures on the site and is as described. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay!

We loved it and would stay again! We had 9 women staying and there was bed space for everyone. Make sure you bring your own toiletries including soap and an extra roll of toilet paper and paper towels. There is only parking for 2 cars so you will need to find other lots if you have more than that.

Very clean and super comfortable condo. Front face of property not that appealing but once inside it was great. Views of the gulf were enjoyed from the balcony. Kitchen is VERY lightly supplied, minimal equipment. This could be better. All said, we super enjoyed our stay.

This is such a wonderful condo. The place was impeccably clean and very well equipped with newer furniture and large TVs! The beachfront view from the private balcony was the cherry on top. In the mornings we saw dolphins while enjoying our morning coffee, and at night we loved the beautiful sunsets. As prior reviews mentioned, the condo is supplied with just 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen. We brought extra from home and I’m glad we did. Plenty of towels are provided but be sure to bring your own toiletries. We will definitely be a returning customer.

Like other reviews. Property is very nice, great location and very clean. Just need to add some amenities. For ex: Only one roll of TP per bathroom. One roll of paper towels. No plastic cups to use.
There are beach chairs in the beach box on the deck. That was nice.
Overall, the place is great. Just need to spend some money on the amenities for this to be a 5 star place.

We wanted to treat out of town guests to some amazing views of beautiful Madeira beach. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony, and easy access to the beach and pool! The place was beautiful and comfortable for ourselves and out of town guests.

Newly remodeled and very nice. The owners have put some money into this unit and it shows. I’m going to guess and say it’s probably one of the nicer units on the property. No issues at all.

We listened to a previous guest and rented a cabana the entire time we were there, and that made hanging out on the beach that much more enjoyable.
The property had everything we needed, and the desk in the master bedroom made for a good makeshift office to work for a bit. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and would book that unit again.

Will be coming back
Everything was perfect and quiet for a relaxing family vacation! I will be staying here again! We had no issues. Place was clean and just as described. Although the dryer needs repair/cleaning. The lint trap is corroded with many large holes and I am guessing the dryer vent pipe itself needs cleaning since the dryer does not dry clothes. But overall a great stay! Five stars!

Had a great stay at 306 Las Brisas. The condo is spacious and fit our needs. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans for all your needs. The laundry room is stocked with more beach supplies than you can carry to the beach. I highly recommend this condo for your 3 bed 2 bath needs.
