Great location, great parking, great condo. On the beach, pool, community grills. Condo was clean and updated. Perfect for our family.

We loved it and would stay again! We had 9 women staying and there was bed space for everyone. Make sure you bring your own toiletries including soap and an extra roll of toilet paper and paper towels. There is only parking for 2 cars so you will need to find other lots if you have more than that.

Very clean and super comfortable condo. Front face of property not that appealing but once inside it was great. Views of the gulf were enjoyed from the balcony. Kitchen is VERY lightly supplied, minimal equipment. This could be better. All said, we super enjoyed our stay.

This is such a wonderful condo. The place was impeccably clean and very well equipped with newer furniture and large TVs! The beachfront view from the private balcony was the cherry on top. In the mornings we saw dolphins while enjoying our morning coffee, and at night we loved the beautiful sunsets. As prior reviews mentioned, the condo is supplied with just 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen. We brought extra from home and I’m glad we did. Plenty of towels are provided but be sure to bring your own toiletries. We will definitely be a returning customer.

Great location and very nice renovated condo!

Like other reviews. Property is very nice, great location and very clean. Just need to add some amenities. For ex: Only one roll of TP per bathroom. One roll of paper towels. No plastic cups to use. There are beach chairs in the beach box on the deck. That was nice. Overall, the place is great. Just need to spend some money on the amenities for this to be a 5 star place.

We wanted to treat out of town guests to some amazing views of beautiful Madeira beach. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony, and easy access to the beach and pool! The place was beautiful and comfortable for ourselves and out of town guests.

Newly remodeled and very nice. The owners have put some money into this unit and it shows. I’m going to guess and say it’s probably one of the nicer units on the property. No issues at all.

This is 2 years in a row we have stayed at this property. We love the location and the unit. You really can't find a better unit or view of the beach. We will be back again next year.

The property was very nice and on the beach. Unfortunately we had to leave earlier than planned due to adverse weather conditions.

Really big space to spread out, nice view of ocean, very clean, food near by, beach is nice, water mostly clear. would recommend to anyone.

Expensive property, but worth the price. Beaches in this area are world class and there are countless shops and restaurants all up and down the strip. Minor suggestion for the property managers... add door mats inside and outside the doors to help reduce the amount of sand that gets tracked in from the balcony.

This newly renovated condo on the beach was perfect for our stay. Close to John’s Pass and activities. Highly recommended.

There was no better way to start the day than with a cup of coffee on the balcony listening to the waves crash the beach, and no better way to end the day than sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine listening to the waves again. We listened to a previous guest and rented a cabana the entire time we were there, and that made hanging out on the beach that much more enjoyable. The property had everything we needed, and the desk in the master bedroom made for a good makeshift office to work for a bit. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and would book that unit again.

You should stay here with your family! Wait until you see the updated pictures coming soon I would imagine.This condo was completely updated which is why my online listing rating was low. This unit has everything you could ask for and has the perfect layout for a family. You can watch the ball game on the biggest TV I have ever seen or sit out on the balcony and watch the dolphins swim by. We would definitely stay here again! Be sure to rent the chairs on the beach and make sure to rent a car and check out the area.

Everything was perfect and quiet for a relaxing family vacation! I will be staying here again! We had no issues. Place was clean and just as described. Although the dryer needs repair/cleaning. The lint trap is corroded with many large holes and I am guessing the dryer vent pipe itself needs cleaning since the dryer does not dry clothes. But overall a great stay! Five stars!

Overall the property was OK, but it could definitely use some upgrades. Refrigerator door was slightly damaged as well as a stove lower storage. Oven didn’t heat up to true heat and microwave was very small. Carpets could be cleaner.

Condo was as pictured. Kitchen well equipped. Bedrooms large with plenty of closet space. Great size well-furnished patio. Mattresses in 2nd and 3rd bedroom not very comfortable. Beach chairs and umbrellas were used everyday. Late check in was a bit of a fiasco. Followed instructions and keys not in lock box, etc. Several phone calls and waiting for over an hour before we finally got in. Over all a positive stay.

This was my first time staying in Madeira Beach and it didn’t disappoint. The condo was amazing along with all the things to do. Can’t wait to go back next year.

Had a great stay at 306 Las Brisas. The condo is spacious and fit our needs. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans for all your needs. The laundry room is stocked with more beach supplies than you can carry to the beach. I highly recommend this condo for your 3 bed 2 bath needs.

The condo is wonderful and view is amazing. Location is great to resturants and bars and ocean. Check in process was horrible.

Upon arrival it was dark and it took us a while to find our parking spots as they were not together. The twin sized room Smelled and we emailed the property manager. My children stayed in the larger room until we could get it figured out. Luckily my inlaws were not coming untie the next day. The manager brought carpet deodorizer and changed some lights. I also washed the bedspread and sheets. There are some small maintenance items that need attention. Toilet flappers, re-screen the livingroom slider and a new shower head. The house has things not mentioned in the description like fans, beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers which are very helpful. We also left a couple skim boards. We loved the location and would definitely recommend staying here.

This condo was the perfect location right on the beach! The location is walking distance to restaurants and grocery store too. The condo is very spacious and cozy but needs a bit of updating. It had everything we needed to cook and eat in the kitchen. It was great having 2 bathrooms. One bathroom toilet you have to push REALLY hard to flush it! We thought it was broken but you just have to push all the way down. There are beach chairs and beach toys available but we just rented the chairs and umbrellas on the beach for $15 for the full day. The pool is clean and wasn't crowded. The beds were comfortable and there were no noise issues. We needed a couple more towels and when we called the management company they were very kind and accommodating. It is nice they are a short walk just down the street. Overall, it was a great stay for 4 overtired moms that were needing a getaway and we are planning our next trip back!

We loved this condo and the amenities included. Everything was clean and well cared for, with plenty room! The balcony was large, as well as the rooms and laundry room. It was perfect for our family. We would rent this space again.
