The place was perfect for what I needed. Rosario was excellent with the communication. Would recommend it to anyone.

Beautifully appointed casita with a great view of Indian Head. Close to downtown Borrego shops and restaurants and the State Park. The host is friendly and easy to communicate with. This is our favorite place to stay in Borrego.

The property is beautifully landscaped, neat and clean, fully equipped and the hosts are friendly and helpful. It is at an ideal location- the town is nearby and the park surrounds you as well.

We have been coming to Borrego for several years and have stayed in different places. This one is our new favourite.

This was a perfect place to stay in Borrego. Clean, comfortable interior with everything needed and an excellent little patio deck with views to the mountains in the west. Very quiet and just a couple minutes to downtown. Very nice hosts and easy check in. Had a great time in Borrego!

Been coming to Borrego since 1970's. This VBRO was by far the best stay we've had. Great location, new "casita" type set up, with all the amenities, very clean inside and out, quiet location, great owners, (Rosario and Roy), and more. Definitely would stay there again..

Excellent apartment with desirable location. All the comforts of home and great access to desert area hiking, biking and off roading areas. Quiet neighborhood apartment has comfortable outdoor seating for viewing the stars at night. As stated in other reviews all is correct. Host is accessible if you need any assistance and made sure we enjoyed our stay. We hope to be back and were lucky to be able to stay here.

The property ambience was very nice. Cute decorations in the yard. The king size bed was ultra comfortable. The kitchen had more cooking utensils then I have ever seen at a rental. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner GAVE US A WONDERFUL BOTTLE OF WINE we totally enjoyed.

The guest house was very comfortable. It was immaculate and everything was virtually brand new. The kitchen and house had all the conveniences you would want. The internet worked quite well.The house is located very conveniently on one of the side streets in Borrego Springs within a few minutes driving distance to Christmas Circle at the center of Borrego Springs.. The street is quiet, and you have a view of the mountains from the patio in the house.The king bed is quite comfortable. There is a large walk in closet with ample hangers for clothes as well as two nightstands with drawers in the bedroom.The living room, dining room, kitchen area has a table suitable for four, and a comfortable sofa. All dishes, cooking utensils, plates, pots and pans, microwave, stove are provided.There are two large TV’s one in the living room and one in the bedroom, plus a DVD player in the living room.Lots of hot water and a pleasant shower. The refrigerator is quite new and quite large.The hosts who live in the main house are very helpful if you need them, but will give you your privacy.All in all --an excellent place to stay, far larger, superior, and more comfortable to a motel stay in the same price range.

Very clean, kitchen has everything you need, quiet, and Rosario and Roy are very kind and respectful. They are there to help if needed but otherwise live their lives. They deserve caring renters who will treat their property with respect and be relatively low impact. This is a nice place with excellent owners.

Seldom does a rental property have everything you are looking for exactly where you would expect it to be, but this one does. As noted by others, the bed is super comfortable. The location is just on the village and the state park, so very convenient. We loved sitting on the shaded patio on Cory wicker are chairs watching the tiny Verdin defending her nest. In the desert yard across from the patio and patio doors, we saw Roadrunners and rabbits from the house!! Rosario is cordial as well as efficient and we enjoyed meeting her .

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse. The place was clean, well-stocked, and conveniently located. Communication with Rosario was very easy. Overall, a great experience. Would happily return.

Very good location, clean, comfortable, full kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood. You can walk to town. We came down for Thanksgiving and to cycle with friends. Everything was perfect!

It was all that was advertised and more. The casita (it was more than an apartment) was clean, well located, quiet, and offered a great view of the local terrain, which is a State park.

Rosario was easy to work with and the house was clean and well appointed with all we needed to cook meals. The owners are on the property and were very responsive, lovely people.

This lovely Casita makes us feel like real members of the community during our stay. We felt personally at home with lots of privacy and comfort. Roy and Rosario are gracious hosts.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the property which was comfortable, charming, and very clean. The location is great - close to town and to the BS Resort. Rosario is very nice.

Very clean, kitchen has all the dishes you need, a step in shower and a great patio complete with a BBQ. The bed was super comfortable. Close to downtown, a 5 minute drive or you could even walk it if you wishes. Owners, who live in a separate house on the property, are very helpful if there are any problems.

This wonderful 1BR casita is beautifully appointed with views of the surrounding mountains. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the entire place is clean and new. Would definitely stay here again!

The first thing we noticed was how prepared our hosts were for us - the unit was very well equipped and supplied with products (shampoo, body wash, cleaning agents) that made it easy for us to live in and maintain the apartment ourselves. The location and hospitality of the owners helped us feel like neighborhood residents rather than tourists. Any questions and concerns we had were responded to promptly. Rosario and Roy offer a perfect package to couples seeking the authentic Anza Borrego experience.

This casita is close to downtown Borrego Springs and is well supplied with all the cooking utensils you will need. It is neat and clean. Rosario is a wonderful hostess and lives on the property with her family. We enjoyed our stay very much.
