Nice quiet location, everyone really enjoyed floating by the deck. Amazing views and the property is impressive when coming in from the main channel on the boat.

Can’t recommend this enough. We really enjoyed this place. We spent most of our time on the dock which is amazing! Firepit at night was great too. Gene was so helpful every step of the way!

This property was very nice and felt like home when we arrived. The neighbors are very polite and helpful and gave us great recommendations. The dock is very large and was a great place to hang out. This place hand all the amenities you would want for a lake house.

This home had a nice waterfront location with a great dock. Walk to the dock from the house was a lil more than ideal but tolerable. The hot water heater did not keep up with multiple showers going at the same time. After 2 showers we had to wait 30min or more for the next shower to have cold water. The master bedroom toilet cracked from normal use. Gene felt foul play was the cause...??? Without discussing further with us he billed us for the repair. I asked Gene to explain how a person can crack a toilet by using it improperly, he said he had no clue but it had never happened before and charged us $189.40. Not by any means the end of the world, but if we were gonna split hairs maybe consideration should be given to the fact that we all decided it was easier to enjoy our vacation taking turns showering every other day.

Gene was awesome to work with. The property water location is amazing. The interior phots on line do not do the home justice. Hands down the best dock I’ve seen. We were all very impressed. Would definitely rent again!!

The property was perfect especially for the grandkids. They loved the water mat which kept them busy all day. The steps from the house to the dock were easy to go up and down. The kitchen was big enough for several people to be in at the same time. Having the washer and dryer there made the stay even simpler. We gathered of snacks for the day and head down to the dock, the bar on the dock was a great place to set everything out. They have plenty of life jackets and noodles. They did have blow up floaties but we had brought our own. We would definitely stay again. If you want to rent a boat Pirates Point is the place to go, we hired a captain and he was able to pick us up at our dock and it made that more enjoyable.

We had nine people stay here, plenty of room & beds. The dock is awesome, big, partial roof coverage for shade, the bar top is handy & fridge / freezer. The only drawback is the steps from the dock to the house for older people, but, highly recommended still.

Beautiful home w plenty of space. Well equipped kitchen. The deck area was spacious and relaxing and the dock was wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay at the lake house. We had a large group (7 adults and 4 kids) and there was plenty of room for us all. The dock was definitely the highlight of the house. There are quite a few steep steps leading from the house to the dock so not the best for elderly or handicapped individuals. The house was situated in a quiet cove which was nice for swimming off the dock. Not very close to a lot of the tourist area so a peaceful area. We would come back again!

Awesome house and dock! There was plenty of room for all of us and the dock was the perfect place to hang out all day. We really enjoyed the lily pad in the water and boated to different restaurants each day. Fantastic place and hope to come again!

My family had a wonderful time swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing, and partying off a dock with a beautiful view of the main lake without the big waves. It was a perfect location to SeaDoo and inner tube although it was so good we had to share with a few other boats. The house was decorated like a hunting/fishing cabin and was so clean with a perfect view. We hope to stay again next year.

The lake house was awesome! Plenty of room, very spacious. The dock area was where we spent all of our time. The water mat, paddle boat and kayaks were all a big plus. The location on the lake was great, in a great, calm cove off the main waterway. Perfect for the pontoon boat and water activities with the kids. The owner was very gracious and made the whole process easy and enjoyable!

Had a great Juky 4th week with the family, house and location were great and the large dock was the perfect spot for all of our gatherings.

The accommodations were perfect. Loved the dock area and lily pad too. Didn’t much care for all the dead wildlife thru out the house. But I saw it on the listing so knew what I was getting into. Thanks for a great time Gene!

Beautiful home with plenty of room for 6 adults and 6 kids. Weather was cloudy and cool, but we still enjoyed the spacious dock. We all had fun with the kayaks and Lily pad, and appreciated the hoist for our 21 ft ski boat. We boated to Bear Bottoms (fun waterslides) and Captain Ron's for lunch. Hope to return in the future!

Our family had an amazing time! Beautiful house, great views, comfy beds and enough space that we were not on top of one another. Our favorite thing to do was to be on this amazing dock. The kids used the swim mat from morning till night. The owner was quick with responses to any of my questions, I emailed his way. The only thing negative was that you might need a new coffee maker. It took 4 hours to make a pot of coffee. Thank you for allowing us to use your home. It was a fabulous week with memories we will not forget!!

Spent the long 4th of July weekend with our family and another family. The house accommodated our group of 10 very well and the dock and location are perfect.

Everything was great and reflected the listing. Hosts reached out several times in advance to ensure we had a great experience. The dock and outdoor areas make this a special place to relax and enjoy the lake.

Terrific family vacation lake house! Plenty of room for my two grown children and spouses and four grandchildren. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was spotless. We skied in the quiet cove right outside the house every day even on Sunday morning! Boat lift was perfect for our 20 foot boat. We used the screened in porch for naps in the afternoon and in the evening for board games. The fire ring was great for making s’mores. We loved the outdoor table on the patio since we could all sit around it for meals. Lots of trees for shade. Thank you, Gene for sharing your lake home with us.
