The suite room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good spread with choice of eggs - omelette, scramble or boiled.

The female check in staff's bad defensive attitude spoilt our stay. We booked a deluxe suite and from the photos in booking, there was suppose to be a bathtub and a fireplace. However when we were showed the room there wasn't any so I call the front desk to clarify. Instead of explaining the situation, she kept repeating that it's Booking.com's fault and not the hotel's. She kept saying Booking.com put the wrong photos. When I told her, that's between Booking.com and the hotels issue, not mine, she still insist it's not the hotel's fault. After going on for 30 seconds, I told her it's fine. Forget it. Then she says it's not cause I was not happy(obliviously) and she go on saying that she was about to upgrade us to a king suite but I was being rude. If its not because of my patient husband I would have cancelled the reservation and stay at another place. When we checked out, I spoke to Borak the other checked in staff and suggested to him how the hotel should names their suites differently and attached the correct photos. He admit that it is the hotel's fault because there were 4 different deluxe suites and all have different facilities. Actually all the other staffs were good but that female checked in staff just spoilt the whole experience for us.

our king spa suite was outstanding from the jacuzzi, to the sauna, the shower room the lobby and our bed room. just perfect for a couple retreat.

during our stay a construction was taking place to put the above ground cables for the village under ground and they just arrived in front of the property. could have done without it but that’s not wishing Ninos control. a heads up would have been nice

Awesome hotel. The room was amazing. The staff were very very friendly and happy to assist always. They were really helpful. Also the restaurant of the hotel is truly nice. If you stay here you should try it.

Maybe they should have a gym or a Sauna but still no problem.

The hotel is very cute and is located in a very quite town away from touristic crowds, so you can really enjoy the peacefulness of the region. The hotel staff are very helpful and helped us to arrange a surprise breakfast, book ATV, air balloon and airport shuttle. They communicate effectively and respond very quickly which was super helpful. The bathroom is super big and nice.

Everything i liked and it was very good. Only difficulty was - my room was in 1st floor. It was difficult to climb from 1st floor to 5th floor Everything time.

The food is decent but not "wow." The booking.com marketing pictures give the impression that the hotel has a spa (which was one of the main reasons I booked but actually that is only in one of the rooms which I hadn't booked). Probably it's my fault for not checking carefully but still I think the listing can be improved. The rooms are still cool but the property is quite limited. Overall I still liked my stay there.

Nino suite is one of the best hotels I've ever been so far! The services they provided was perfect! Staffs are all friendly and accommodating. I will definitely come back to this place!

Great hotel and great people. Loved our stay there, wish we had more days in that beautiful town. Everyone was so nice and made us feel so special. Bahar in particular was a great host. Definitely would stay their again

The only problem was the location which is not in close proximity with any main areas of Cappadocia

I like Everything at this place. Love the room. Great staff, especially Mr Burak and Miss Bahar with whom i had conversation before i arrive. Food was great. Even the dog and cats are lovely 🤗

What an amazing cave experience! The rooms are incredible♡ best honeymoon room in all turkey!

Location is not so close to tourist attractions so we were always first to pick up and last to drop off.
