If you like to be less than 200 ft from the beach this place is for you. Everything you need. Just bring your food and drinks and you won’t need to leave!!

This villa was amazing. Stocked with plenty of beach items. cozy and clean we spent the week with family. owner was great with communication. we can't wait to rent here again.

From the moment we set foot on the property we were in love with it. Immediate response from Ann when we had trouble with the garage code and question on the hot tub. Stunning villa, great views, super clean. Lots of amenities and toys to play with. We didn't use many of them because it was kind of chilly and it was our first time to Puerto Penasco so we were out checking things out, but for sure want to come back and rent this place again. The entire property at Bella Sirena is beautiful, landscaped so nicely, did have a drink at the pool bar which was fun, the bartenders were great to talk to. We enjoyed the private, brand new jacuzzi on the patio every evening. Loved everything about this place. We had friends in another villa and gotta say, this one was better. The furnishings both inside and outside were so nice and comfortable. Lots of seating inside and outside and up on the rooftop deck. They also had many great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area which was also very helpful. Awesome stay - will be back for sure!! Thank you for everything.

We absolutely loved this Villa- it was so well stocked, it had very high quality linens and towels (and plenty of towels), the layout was perfect, the location was perfect- I can’t say enough about how great the place was. And on top of that, the owner was incredibly helpful and kind and has amazing property managers who helped us with a few things during our stay. I cannot wait to go back!

The location of Villa 16 is one of the best in the complex. It is a well stocked unit with everything in working condition. The owner communicated effectively and helped our with a few questions we had about the local area. We will be renting here again. Overall a Great experience!

We had the best time and best experience. The owners are amazing to work with and the villa is beautiful. They have so many extras that make the experience so enjoyable. We stayed with three families for thanksgiving and loved it! Great location for the property, close to the beach, pool and restaurant.

We absolutely loved staying in Villa 16! The location is incredible. The home was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. It's nicely furnished & decorated with a great relaxing vibe. The house was perfect for our 2 families to share and the bunk room is larger than it looks in the photos. Big comfy sectional in the family room with a big ottoman was great. The bathrooms are very spacious. The beds are super comfortable with high quality linens. The roof deck, outdoor shower & spa were great also. Owners were very communicative and helpful, although we had zero problems. We hope to stay here again!

The Villa is located closely to the sea with an amazing view on the roof top. The house was tastefully decorated and updated. We have stayed at Bella Sirena for over 10 years and this was the nicest property. Ann was very responsive to questions and we will come back again.

This property was all we were hoping for and more!! The space was perfect, everything was clean, we had more than enough toys to enjoy in the ocean, we were a couple minutes walk from the beach and a 10 second walk to the pool! The owner was quick to respond when we needed something! Honestly, this was our best vacation ever and we will be back staying at Villa 16!!! Highly, highly recommend!!!!

We loved our stay, there were so many amenities. They had everything you needed to have fun on the beach. Everything you need for the kitchen and bathrooms as well. This villa had the largest yard and was so close to the beach and pool. Would highly recommend for families !

Villa 16's location in Bella Sirena is exceptional! It has a beautiful lawn out front that our children loved to play in and it is the closest Villa to the beach. The Villa was outfitted with everything we needed to make our vacation turnkey. From the kitchen to the beach equipment and toys, the property had everything to make our stay enjoyable and effortless. We only wish we had stayed longer!

We had a fabulous stay at this property and have already recommended it to friends. We’ll be back!

This was the best VRBO property i have ever stayed in. It actually had all the amenities Ann listed, the house was just as beautiful as described. It was fully stocked from kitchen, to bathroom, to garage. The beach chairs and umbrellas were life savers... I would love to stay here again ! The fridge was not working when we got there and she got someone out ASAP to fix it, she was so responsive and just a pleasure to deal with.

Such a great location to the beach and grass area for the kids to play. I loved there were lots of towels available to use, coffee and beach toys and chairs at the property. The mini splits for AC work great. Would definitely stay again

We are regulars Villa renters at Bella Sirena, this is the nicest one, and owners super responsive. Villa is in the best location in the resort, easy to walk back and forward to the beach all day long, awesome grass area for kids to play, and excellent round table for group dinners. Plenty of beach toys, kayaks, chairs and carts, wishing we had not brought all our own gear. The AC is ice cold, as each room has its own AC unit, it can be tricky to set it up right.

Beautiful place and perfect for families. Everything we needed, comfortable beds, perfect location that is close to the beach with lots of privacy. We will stay again!!

Spent 3 nights here with a group of friends on a golf trip. Bella Sirena is the best spot to stay in PP and this villa was the perfect location and space. Everything was comfy, in good shape, and in working order. Would recommend.

We were looking for the perfect location to spend a relaxing beach getaway but with all the amenities of a luxury resort and Villa 16 delivered on all fronts. We enjoyed our trip so much that we extended it by one more day. Ann was responsive and extremely available to all of our questions. When we arrived we had a few questions about how to operate things and Ann responded immediately. We have been coming to RP for years and have always rented a condo on the other end of Sandy Beach. This house, this location, this resort was perfect! We will definitely come back. The house was more stocked than any other home we have ever rented (and we have rented a lot). From beach equipment (chairs, towels, umbrellas, toys) to kitchen supplies, we did not want for anything. The outdoor patios with the hot tub, grill, roof top deck were awesome with great views of the ocean. We had breakfast every day on the lower patio as well as drinks and dinner on the roof top deck. The roof top deck was perfect to watch the sunsets over the water and see the blue moon. Since we were only steps to the beach, we spent the majority of our time there; however, the pools and poolside bar were an afternoon favorite for us as well. Location to town, local bars, ATV's was easy access to all. Definitely will be a repeat customer often. Thank you again Ann for allowing us to feel like your home was ours.
