Just a wonderful experience all around. The location was amazing - close to everything, and fantastic view. The condo had every comfort you could want. Best of all, welcoming and friendly hosts. Would recommend without hesitation.

Very comfortable accommodations with great view of marina. Excellent hosts who met us at condo & reviewed everything we needed to know. We especially loved the huge shower in primary bath. Kitchen was well stocked. We’ll stay here again if it’s available.

The property was beautiful, clean and the hosts were wonderful to work with. This condo is in walking of distance of bars, eateries and shopping. The view from the living room , balcony and master bedroom overlooks the harbor (which is a stunning view). I can not write enough positive things about this place and the hosts.

Clean, quiet and Location ! Location! Location!

This flat looks over Charlottetown harbour, has parking for one car and is in walking distance of many attractions in downtown Charlottetown. It is well equipped, the owners are friendly and helpful, the flat beautifully decorated and fully equipped. satisfied. This a perfect base for exploring PEI with day trips by car

We had a wonderful stay. Fred and his wife were delightful. They were extremely friendly and their condo was beautiful and extremely clean and well equipped. We look forward to booking again in the future.

Check in was easy. It was great to meet both owners. They were quick to reply to any questions. Love the area...great for walking, dining, and people watching. Condo is very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

If you want a waterfront, downtown Charlottetown experience, this is your spot! We loved watching the cruise ships and it was an easy walk to restaurants in town plus the parks and tourist spots of town! For the two of us, the condo was HUGE but it was a great location and space for the price!

This is truly a gem of a place with spectacular views.

Besides being Delayed at check-in time and a toaster that where placed set off the fire alarm (moved it after the noise), it's a very good facility.

Jean & Fred’s place is gorgeous. Facing the marina in the centre of town. Decor is lovely, rooms are large and everything was amazing. Will recommend and book again

This place is a true gem. The owners, Fred and Jean, are so nice and easy to communicate with and ensure that your stay is perfect! This condo is so nice that it is hard to leave the balcony to start your day! And if you don’t leave, the view is so beautiful and place so comfortable that it is still a great day :)

Perfect for up to 4 adults. The location could not be better. Right on the marina and a short walk to downtown Charlottetown. Indoor and outdoor parking available for the unit.

The condo was in great shape and situated in the perfect spot to tour PEI. The owner made us very comfortable and provided everything we needed. Great experience and would certainly stay there again next time in Charlottetown!

Our family of four (two teen daughters) spent four wonderful nights July 10th - 14th and can comfortably share that this was the best rental property we have ever experienced. Very high end condo incredibly well appointed and about 40 yards from the water offering terrific views! Large balcony with comfy furniture to take in the views. The master ensuite double shower with bench was heavenly. (Wonderful extra touches like After Sunburn Cream were available) The location is literally next door to Peake's Quay / Market and several terrific floating restaurants and a short 10 min walk to Queen Street & the downtown core. Owners are fabulous to deal with including a short meeting-orientation upon arrival. Thanks Fred & Jeannie !!! Turik Family of Burnaby, B.C.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay on the waterfront within walking distance of Downtown. Our host were friendly and wonderful. The condo was perfect. Thank you so much.

From the moment we booked, our interactions with the hosts were pleasant and helpful, especially due to the emerging COVID protocols. Questions were answered within 24-48 hours, which was ideal for planning purposes. Fred and Jeannie have a lovely home with many personal touches. They met us with the keys upon our arrival and gave us great tips on local restaurants. The unit was exceptionally clean and tidy. We enjoyed having the option of opening windows to allow cool crisp breezes in. The view is pleasant and calming overlooking the marina and river. Our hosts were available and accessible through phone and text message. We were immediately informed upon arrival of a listing error. The amenities listing had a jacuzzi and we had packed swimsuits for that purpose, so that was a minor disappointment. Other properties that we've used have had drop boxes for keys, but it doesn't appear that it is available for this type of property. The property is quite safe and secure within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, and Founders Hall, which houses several vendors of food and local crafts. Fred and Jeannie generously accommodated our schedule, even when we arrived later than planned. You couldn't ask for better hosts or a better welcome to Charlottetown and PEI.
