We had my mom and dad, my husband and I, and our four kids ages 6-11. Plenty of room for all of us. Very clean and well stocked. One of my kiddos started to get sick while we were still flying. The stomach bug lasted just about a day. It was nice to have a washer and dryer to keep everything clean. Especially when one of the kids lost track of their towel and instead of guessing whose was whose, we were able to wash them and know they wouldn’t be sick also. There were cleaning supplies and that was a huge help. I didn’t want anyone to get sick including the cleaning crew, or people after us. There were plenty of towels, beach towels, extra blankets. A good stock of plates, bowls, silverware, pots, and pans. Everything was well laid out and great instructions on how to deal with garbage, or anything like that. We met the owners and they were so nice. We enjoyed their dog too. It’s great to see how small of a world it truly is when you have overlap with someone you’ve just met. I would absolutely stay here again if we ever go back to San Diego.

The house is ON the beach! The view from the front picture window is the ocean, waves, volleyball players, bikers, sand and beach! We had kids running around but didn't turn the TV on since all their time was spent on the beach or visiting SD. Marta and Ben are GREAT Hosts! They addressed our WiFi problem until resolved the next day. We had 6 adults and 4 kids (3-7) with room and privacy for everyone. We had a great time exploring your city and Mission Beach. Thanks for sharing your house with us. We hope to come back and visit again!

Would HIGHLY recommend this property if you are looking for ocean-front views in San Diego! Super comfortable stay in a beautiful home. Massive comfortable couch overlooking the ocean, well-stocked kitchen, beautiful patio, and clean beach. The hosts had everything you could need for a great vacation!

My husband, our two married sons, their wives, and our daughter all had an amazing time! The bedrooms were spacious and accommodating for three married couples. The location was perfect for enjoying the beach, ocean, restaurants, and shopping. We enjoyed biking on the boardwalk and watching dolphins and a whale from the spacious livingroom couch and window! We definitely plan to stay here again!

We had three generations staying in this wonderful place by the beach and had a fabulous time. Miles of wide sand beach and as the picture show spectacular views and convenient location. Hosts were extremely quick to respond and even got a repair person over the holidays. We hope to be back!

This property is gorgeous! It's in a perfect location, right on the beach and a short walk or bikeride to the bay. There are shops and food and entertainment within walking distance. The unit is clean and incredibly well stocked with everything you could need. Ben and Marta are the best hosts ever and go above and beyond to ensure their guests are comfortable! 4 adult couples and a baby stayed in this unit and we had more than enough space for comfort. We loved riding the bikes and using the boogie boards and other beach toys. We had the most magical stay!!!

There were 10 of us. 6 adults and 4 children ages 5-9. Plenty of room for all. Very comfortable feel and space to spread out. Really well appointed kitchen. The washer/dryer really helped a lot. Bikes, beach toys, volleyball and more supplied with the unit. Close to so much for adults and grandchildren to enjoy. Minutes to the airport, zoo, sea world. Walk to Belmont Park. Couldn’t ask for more. The hosts are a delight to interact with. You are literally on the beach, We enjoyed watching dolphins and volleyball from our front window. Don’t think about it, just book it.

We loved staying at this property. The location is perfect-right on the beach. We loved having coffee in the morning watching the dolphins playing and surfers surfing from our huge picture window. The unit was well equipped and the owners, Marta & Ben, were wonderful. We could walk to restaurants, Belmont Park, coffee shops, and shopping. Would absolutely stay here again when we are in San Diego again.

My idea of an ideal vacation is with family, overlooking a sunset on the beach and a good book. That is exactly what we had at this home. Plus, the host provided us with chocolates, wine and flowers! This home was perfect for our family which included an age range from six to eighty-two. Everyone had lots to do or they could just sit and watch the ocean waves. This was the best equipped rental home I have ever seen. Appliances, kitchen equipment, utensils, towels, sheets, and mattresses were all high quality. The hosts have put a lot of thought into their home and they were charmingly hospitable.

This place was beautiful. Watched the dolphins every morning. Stayed here for a family vaca with 9 of us. Well stocked with all we needed and the beds were exceptional.

Enjoyed every sunset with healthy activities all around. Nice, clean, and accommodating. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a relaxing family vacation with a beautiful ocean view. The property was large enough for all 11 of us and was stocked well with anything you would need. It is in a great location with so much to do within walking or biking distance. The owners were so helpful after an unforeseen event prevented us from getting to the house to park, she found us a place to temporarily park and even helped us carry our luggage to the house in the wind and rain!

The property was perfect for our family! We had three couples and three youngsters in our place upstairs. There was plenty of room to spread put and Marta left us wine and chocolates! Two refrigerators was a bonus! The location was great in that there was always the beach for the kids to play on but also other activities and restaurants nearby. Also many items for entertainment in the garage…bicycles, corn hole, etc. We also rented the two bedroom place on the ground floor for the other family with us. We would definitely recommend!

From the beginning, everything was perfect!! From the nice little ‘extras’ provided to the location and the size of the unit, we could not have asked for a more suitable place for a family vacation!! Definitely would recommend this beach house!! Very pleasant and accommodating owners— everything that we could possibly have needed was provided and then some!!

Stayed 5 days with extended family. The house was clean and well stocked, the property owner was very kind and checked on us frequently. Loved the location and all the toys/bikes in the garage! We had the best time, will definitely be returning.

Annual reunion of our growing family + locals was perfected by hurricane Kay. Lower temp, beautiful clouds, lots of little fish enticing Dolfins, Terns, and CLEAR warm, water made a lovely and roomy space even more perfect. The condo leaves nothing to be desired. Our second time there, and hoping more.

Ben and Marta were very kind hosts and easy to communicate with during our stay. The home is beautiful, spacious, functional and newly remodeled - the pictures dont do it justice. The window overlooking the beach is breathtaking. They also provided bikes, boogie boards, chairs, and umbrellas which made a huge difference in our experience and enjoyment of the beach as a family.
