Pleasant, nice apartment
In one of the rooms there was not an AC and it was really hot at that period. So this can be considered as improvement.

Despite the property is located in the Muslim county there is no designated place for prayer. Also the staff needs to put a smile on their face.

A spacious, well equipped 2 bed apartment in a quiet area. Supermarket, parks and local restaurants nearby.
A bit far from Old Town but not much can be changed about that.. About 1 mile walk (take Nicolaev and Antim)

Bathroom, not shower separate from toilet. A mess when taking a shower.

The booking and check in service was simple and welcoming. The apartment was centrally located and made exploring Plovdiv a joy. High points for cleanliness,the place was spotless and the hosts were very accomodating.

Improve the arrival manual: we had difficulties to figure out how to open the electric door downstairs and opening the metal frame gate was tricky.

The apartment was nicely decorated and has everything you might need for short or long-term stay. It’s located just 20 minutes walking to the center. Alex was a great host. Although we didn’t meet, he was constantly messaging and checking on us and making sure we have everything we need. Would definitely choose this place when we’re back to Plovdiv
