Amazing host completely as described easy to find and easy parking so close to Chipping Norton loverly quiet area we had a great stay and hope to stay again thanks so much bed super comfy

Property not actually in Chipping Norton but in Over Norton. Entryway not inviting or swept. Toilet/wash basin combo not easy to use for tooth brushing. Could use another full length mirror.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights, it was the perfect little base for visiting the nearby villages. The annex is small but this is highlighted by the owner on the ad, however, dont be fooled by the size. It is big enough for two, clean and fully functional.
Li the host waa great, welcoming and knowledgable avout the local area. Even provoded us woth a table when we asked.

We spent a wonderful week in this accommodation. The owner is a wonderful lady who is very helpful and friendly.
We received precise information for self-check-in and location.
The accommodation is a small one, but very cozy for one people and comfortable for 2 people.
The area is very quiet and close to Chipping Norton and there are 2 Roundabouts to all "wind directions" of Cotswold, which is a beautiful and pretty Nationalpark. We would definitely come back.

The accommodation was fairly basic and small but good value. I would have appreciated a tv in the room and just a few supplies such as tea bags would have been helpful. On the plus side Linane was a friendly and helpful host, willing to be contacted at any time to answer queries. She was able to supply me with a hairdryer when requested, and was kind enough to let my daughter stay at short notice. The location suited my needs perfectly.

Excellent place to stay for a few days in the Cotswolds area. The owner Li was very welcoming and explained everything relating to the property.

The host was friendly and offered to help if we needed anything including local information. It was really clean and tidy, very comfortable bed. Only down side was a lack of table or drop down flap to eat off of.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in studio, it's only short journey to cotswolds villages and close to Stratford upon avon, which is ideal for us. Studio is clean and got all the basics. Li is a great host and very helpful giving us advice on local shops, petrol station and popular places to visit. We also had a space to park the car on Li's driveway as well. We will definitely come back in the future.

I stay away a lot and this place was the most comfortable I have felt when staying away.
