Property is exactly as described. Fit my family of 6. Plenty of beach extras included. The view from the lanai was amazing! Location of property is perfect. Close to everything in Kapalua. Great communication from property owners. Garbage disposal didnt work and they had it fixed the same day. Would definitely stay here again!

Our group had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful place during a friend's wedding. The place is amazing with a great view and all the beach toys you could dream of. We had such an amazing time and the host was extremely gracious working with us on an early check in and late check out that made our lives a million times easier. I would absolutely stay again!

After a minor hiccup with the check-in process, we enjoyed our stay. If you book this property, be sure to check your Gmail spam folder for check-in details, as the owner didn't provide them through the VRBO messaging system. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We've stayed at Kapalua several times before and keep coming back because the grounds are quiet and the kids love the pools. Recommended!

What a lovely, well manicured, quiet property. Our family of four (all adults) were very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee and afternoons on the peaceful lanai looking out over the golf course. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of extras that often aren't available in a rental. There were plenty of beach supplies to choose from (chairs, snorkel equipment, umbrellas, etc.), beach towels (and laundry detergent to wash towels each day). This property is close to several beaches. And there is a shuttle on the property to provide transportation to the beach if parking is an issue. We had an absolute wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Kapalua Golf Villas. Our villa was clean and well maintained. Alan and Kathy (owners) responded in a timely manner to our questions/comments. The property has a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful scenery.

Quiet location on the golf course. Nice (stocked) kitchen pantry, and the layout makes sense with the master and ensuite at opposite ends of the other bedroom/bathroom so kids and us had so much privacy (two doors between us) but also were in the same unit.
Kids loved the four pools, and I loved that we could walk down every night and do romantic walks past Nāpili beach and felt so safe there even late at night.

Alan and Kathy are superb hosts. My family and I had a wonderful time staying at their property. The unit is spacious, beds are comfortable, location is close to the pool for swimming and BBQing. The shuttle service made getting around Kapalua easy.

We had a great time and loved the unit. Alan and Kathy responded very quickly when we had questions. A few concerns…not enough chairs at the big pool, our beach chairs were not great, we rented Tommy Bahama chairs for our 3 weeks. Otherwise there is more then enough beach stuff, snorkel gear and coolers etc. We would stay again.

We had a fantastic time in this home, right on the Kapalua Bay course near the 4th green. The condo is bright, clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Beds were very nice, with thick memory foam on each. Kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed for making meals. Lots of natural light from the large glass sliders facing the golf course fairway. Easy and short walk to pools and grills for swimming and grilling food outdoors. Easy walk or complementary shuttle to Kapalua and Napili beaches, restaurants etc. Loved everything about staying here, and hope to again soon!

What a wonderful place to stay for 2 weeks. This condo is truly a home. Thank you for sharing it! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There is a very well stocked pantry, more than enough cooking utensils and plenty of back up detergents, towels etc.
Our teenagers used the pools and went to the beach. They loved both. We had a lot of rain for our trip so my husband and I did not use the pools or go to the beach.
However there was nothing more pleasant than sitting on the covered patio with our coffees from the local store reading and watching the golfers.
We highly recommend this condo for a very enjoyable stay.

December getaway
My family and I stayed here for a couple of weeks and December and it was so relaxing! The location was wonderful, close enough to a town to be able to get groceries and "urban" amenities but far enough away that we were able to breathe. The home had everything we needed and then some, and the instructions left by the owners were very clear and easy to follow. The only warning I would give to others staying here is to not open the window curtains before you're ready, because the golfers can definitely see directly into the home when they drive by in the carts XD

Beautiful beaches and great condo
We stayed 6 nights in Kapalua at the Golf Villas. The condo was very clean and was supplied with everything we needed for our stay. There was plenty of beach gear for all 5 of us which is a plus. The cool morning breezes were welcomed as we took our daily walks on the trail along the spectacular coastline. There are several beautiful beaches nearby and places to snorkel as well. Alan and Kathy were helpful and just a phone call away if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Maui.

This property is perfect for families. The view is beautiful and it’s just a great place to stay. Having access to beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards and snorkels saves you a lot of money on your stay also. The pools are great and the one we went to most had 2 barbecues with a refrigerator and sink. The whole experience was great I highly recommend

Spectacular Kapalua vacation
We've vacationed many times in Maui, usually the Kaanapali area. This time we vacationed at the Kapalua Golf Villas and truly enjoyed our best Maui vacation. The Condo was spacious and and had all the amenities. The location was beautiful. We enjoyed the comforts of the pool which had comfortable chairs and plenty of shade when needed. The BBQ at the pool was convenient to use. Alan and Kathy made our check in so easy. We fell in love with the Kapalua Golf Villa scenery and will certainly stay here again.

Beautiful, spacious Kapalua condo with fairway & ocean views!
Our 3rd stay in this condo and we love it! Very spacious, beautifully decorated, comfy beds & furniture. The kitchen is well-supplied with new appliances & utensils, and plenty of beach chairs, toys, etc. Lovely location right on the golf fairway with a peekaboo view of the ocean through the trees, perfect spot for relaxing on the lanai. Short walk (15 min. for us, in our 60's) or drive to Kapalua Bay to swim or snorkel. Nice pool with BBQ's close to the unit. We would definitely recommend this unit and look forward to our next stay!

A piece of Paradise!
Beautiful and comfortable accommodations with amazing views! Didn't realize how important the washer and dryer would become making our stay even more convenient. Loved the area surrounding the golf course with restaurants and beach near by. Pleasantly surprised with the little store within the golf course that had great coffee, food and last minute items all at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend for families who like space (5 of us) and room to go off and read outside to a gorgeous view. We will be back!!!

Perfect 10 days in paradise
Had a perfect 10 days at the golf villas in Kapalua. Condo rental went flawlessly and all was as described. A perfect place to sit and relax or within walking distance of multiple great beaches and places to eat. Perfect vacation. Thanks Alan and Kathy!

Kapalua Golf Villa
We just completed a wonderful six week stay at Alan and Kathy's condo. Having a comfortably furnished unit was a high priority and we were not disappointed. The beds were great and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and we put them to good use. We had a few items that needed to be addressed when we arrived and they were fixed the next day. Also a few minor issues (burned out light fixture, etc,) throughout our stay were addressed immediately. Great internet service allowed us to work remotely with ease. The condo was also equipped with lots of beach equipment. No need to purchase anything. It was a great escape from the snowy mid-west winter.
