Came from Phoenix to have a nice birthday weekend getaway for my husband. Came with our three teens, along with an uncle and an aunt. Beautiful property and in an excellent location on Sandy Beach. Highly recommend this stay - more than enough room for me and my guests. The penthouse suite was of course a favorite and the view was chefs kiss. They have a great onsite clubhouse that includes some workout equipment, table tennis, and a comfy seating area with an assortment of books for our avid readers. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a home meal (and help save yourself a little bit of money). The grocery store isn't a far drive, but we did come with some items from home to help reduce what we would need to buy, like spices and drinks. The property is already nice and air conditioned, so walking in on a hot summer day is very refreshing. The check in process was so simple - you get your wrist bands and the security gate entrance and enter your code to access the property. Scott, the host, was very responsive and accommodating. 10/10 would stay again.

The penthouse condo was very nice and provided for a great way to travel with friends with clean and comfy beds, lounging area, and kitchen supplies for cooking. We would definitely stay here again.

First time staying for a week. Our grandchildren enjoy the beached and the pools. They said the condo was just like being at home. We liked the location in the middle of everything by the beach.
Would have liked to take a look at more of the condos that are for sale. Maybe next time. Our Grandkids wanted to stay longer, and suggested making it an annual vacation!

This was our first time going to Rocky Point in the past 10 years and absolutely loved it! Scott is an incredible host. He responded to all questions in just a few minutes and was flexible! This place is beautiful, clean, and has amazing views. The pool and beach are just a short walk away and restaurants are only a 5-10min drive away. We will definitely be coming back!

Our experience was easy and amazing. Scott is/was a delight to work with and answered all of my questions prior to our arrival. The check in directions were clear concise and easy to understand. Zero hiccups when checking in and zero hiccups checking out.
The property was clean and a perfect location to everything we utilized. We had plenty of space and storage. The beds were comfortable, the view was amazing and it was a fantastic experience overall.
I would highly recommend this property and will book through Scott again.

This is a beautiful penthouse and for such a good price! We were thankful to be able to watch some important basketball games during our stay. Scott did an amazing job of communicating information in a timely manner and making himself available during our stay. We truly felt pampered!

My mom, brother and I went for 4 nights to celebrate my mom's 75th birthday. We went early March and it was cooler than anticipated but still really lovely. The ocean was a bit cold but there was a great heated pool and a jacuzzi. The condo was really nice. Two small issues were (1) both my mom and brother have back issues and there weren't any chairs in the condo that they could comfortably sit in (they are all higher than average) and (2) expected the 'fully stocked kitchen' to have a few basic ingredients, but the only food was salt and pepper. That said, the condo, resort and location were great and we would definitely book this condo again!

What an amazing beautiful condo with breathtaking views. Everything was laid out and presented so well, it was the best condo we've rented so far. We will definitely be back soon. You can't go wrong this this diamond! Thanks Scott foe making are stay so enjoyable!

The property was amazing. All three couples sharing an incredible space with amenities for everyone. The property was very clean, stocked well and with a view that was breathtaking. Our property host, Scott, was always available and more than accommodating with our every question! It was a pleasure to work with him.
We are already checking out our calendar, the day after we arrived home, to see when we can go back to the same condo unit.

The property was wonderful. The only thing missing was shampoo, conditioner and lotion in the bathrooms and maybe some sugar for the coffee in the kitchen. Cupboards were bare. You need to bring absolutely everything if you plan on eating in the condo.

The condo was awesome. Very clean with amazing views and everything we needed to have a fantastic birthday/Christmas vacation with friends and family. Scott was great to work with, provided a ton of information up front and was very quick to respond to any questions. The Princesa resort is a favorite, everyone is very nice and the grounds kept up very well with Collins Cantina on site for a quick and easy meal “out”. The location is also wonderful as it is a quick drive to JJs and Wrecked at the Reef while also being just a short drive to the Malecon. We will definitely look toward staying here again in the future.

Great place, great location, great accommodations. A few of us decided on a girls weekend and couldn’t be happier with this rental. It was clean, had everything we needed, and the owner checked in on us to ensure we were good and knew how to get in touch with him if needed. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!
