Perfect condo on the North Shore side of South Haven just over the bridge. Everything was exceptionally clean! Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom with two sinks. Great full kitchen.
Perfect place for a couple or small family get together. Highly recommended!

The condo was very clean and exactly like the pictures. Was a close walk to downtown/beaches. The place has nice some extras if you’re traveling with kids(extra toys/books/beach supplies). Really loved our time here, and would recommend!

I stayed here for 3 nights with my 3 kids (4 people total). This was the perfect size for us. Great location with an easy walk to town and the beach. My kids really appreciated the beach toys and wagon, and also enjoyed all of the toys and games available in the rental (magnatiles, dominos, puzzles, many board games). They also really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. I loved the outdoor decks for sitting and drying swimsuits and towels. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay there again!

We had a great week in South Haven and the condo made it that much sweeter. The condo is well kept and clean! The location couldn’t be better as you can walk to the beach or to downtown. We’ve been vacationing in South Haven several summers now and would be thrilled to stay in this condo again next year.

Property was good but the pool and hot tub were unavailable. Host told me but too late to find another property. Also the master bed needed to be replaced.

Owner was very communicative about what was included/expected. Good recommendations for local favorites too! We enjoyed the area; felt very safe & liked being close to the beach and downtown area. Condo was as expected. Plenty of space for our family. Very clean unit but did seem like an older unit and bedrooms were a little musty being on the main floor level. The Dehumidifier did help but was a little annoying being right outside the bedroom door and the door couldn’t be closed without getting musty. We were disappointed the pool/hot tub area was closed due to maintenance issues. We were informed ahead and given the opportunity for a refund but weren’t able to find another option with a pool. I wouldn’t have paid quite as much since there was no pool option, but the location was nice and walkable to a lot. We enjoyed our stay!

Excellent price, communication and experience all around. The location is perfect, everything downtown South Haven and the Beach are very walkable.
Quiet location with easy access and safe area of town.
Only negative is the dehumidifier downstairs, otherwise super clean and great stay. 10/10 would stay again!

My family (2 adults, 3 children) had a wonderful stay in South Haven. The property was beautifully furnished and had all the amenities we needed along the way. We had some unfortunate rainy weather during our visit but luckily the indoor pool and collection of games kept our kids well entertained.
We finally got some nice weather to visit the beach at the end of our visit and were grateful for all the necessary accessories (wagon, beach chairs, etc.) and great tips in the welcome book. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Very nice condo in a quiet location, yet within walking distance to many shops and restaurants
My husband & I stayed here this past weekend. The condo was clean and was just as pictured. It was in a great location & we enjoyed walking to town for shopping & restaurants. Julie was right on top of everything & made the check in & check out process very easy . It was a perfect weekend celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary & we will definitely stay here again.

Cozy Fall Weekend Stay
We enjoyed our fall getaway with our two sons. The property was spacious and clean. We enjoyed our evenings playing cards and watching college football. It was tricky to regulate the heat between the upstairs and downstairs, so it worked out well that the bedrooms were located downstairs, the cooler of the two floors.

Clean, comfortable condo in great South Haven location!
This condo was a great place to stay with friends for a weekend! It was clean and comfortable and walking distance both to the beach and to shops and restaurants in downtown South Haven. Great river view from the balcony!

The condo was clean and quite lovely.
A few things. It looks like the renter is new and not quite set up for rental. As an example. The bedrooms need dressers. The spare bedroom has a locked closet but no place to put anything. Need side tables by both side of beds; dressers; put more than one extra roll of toilet paper in condo. Kitchen and family room are nice. This condo is not right on the river! back quite a ways and really not a great river view. A little disappointing. Hang the mirrors up in the bedrooms. Needs a little more loving , but a nice place.

SoHa Fall Getaway
The location is excellent and easy walk to bars and restaurants, and a slightly longer but nice walk to the main beach. The condo is very comfortable, upper level kitchen dining living area with the vaulted ceiling and patio is great for a vacation condo.

Family Gathering with Our Adult Children and Our Grandchildren
Two out of three of our adult children, their spouses and our grandchildren, currently live out of state! Since I grew up in West Michigan and now spend my summers here after retiring, we were looking for a convenient location, close to our in extended family’s marina, to have our family together for a week of Family Fun!!

Clean, fully stocked with beach gear
Very clean condo, fully stocked with all the beach gear you would need. The owner was very responsive leading up to, as well as during our trip. Loved the location--walking distance to restaurants as well as the beach. Thanks to owners for keeping such a great condo!

Nice Condo
The condo was nice. It was in a great location. Very quiet area. Walking distance to downtown and beach. The kitchen and living room are located upstairs and the bedrooms and bath are downstairs. The condo was furnished with everything you would need.
There were a few issues. 1) There was white cat or dog hair on the living room furniture and floor. 2) there were small ants in the living room. We think they were coming in from the deck. 3) the sliding door shade in the queen bedroom was broken. This made it a little difficult to sleep in once the sun came up. Overall, it is a nice place and would stay again.

Very clean and good location
The property was good and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. One draw back was the bathroom was poorly ventilated. The bathroom cabinet smelled musty. We didn't store anything in the cabinet. The owners had a dehumidifier there which we used continuously. That helped a lot. The kitchen was well furnished. Washer and dryer worked great. Walking distance to the beach, nice , quiet, and safe neighborhood.

Perfect getaway
This is the second time we've stayed at this home. It's the perfect location to access the beach, fishing, bike trail, basketball court, town shopping/dining and more... all within walking distance. The owners are always responsive. South Haven is such a beautiful getaway and we highly recommend this location to enjoy it all!

Girls getaway weekend. Its in a good location walkble to beach and shops and restaurants.
Our only remark would be that the patio chairs need replaced. They are torn and uncomfortable.

Thoroughly enjoyed are stay in harborside condos.
Very comfortable and modern look and feel.
Sleeper sofa was great for our third party.
Enjoyed beautiful views from the upper deck of the black river channel.
Bedrooms and beds were well organized and comfortable.

Perfect Location!
We loved our stay! The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed and more! We had 4 adults and 1 infant and we were all comfortable with plenty of room! The location of this condo is amazing! It’s in a quiet and relaxing spot but super easy to walk to everything! We walked to get breakfast and the park every morning and to North beach every afternoon! We even walked to the south side in to down town. We had a blast and were sad to leave! Highly recommend this place!!

Loved SoHa
This property was perfect for our family of 6! Big bonus was we could walk to the beach as well as up town for ice cream, food, shopping and even the lighthouse. Nice updates made recently & plenty of room for a few days away! Would definitely stay here again when we make it back!

Cute, Clean and Comfortable
I would highly recommend staying at this wonderful townhouse! It is clean, cozy and comfortable AND close to everything! Our host Julie was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and more! The beach wagon and supplies were a welcome treat. Thanks for making our first-time visit to South Haven extra special. I would highly recommend this property. You won’t be disappointed.

Great place close to everything
We stayed here for the weekend with friends (4 adults in total) and had a great time. The condo is close to the city, the river and the lake as well as the Kal Haven Trail. We didn’t have to use our car all weekend. The place is very clean, the living room has a view of the sunrise, very comfortable seating and plenty of space for all of us. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. All in all a great property to rent for a weekend or longer. Julie was easy to reach and very accommodating. Would love to come back when it is a little warmer 😊�

Great Location
My wife and I and our two young kids enjoyed our stay in South Haven. The location of the condo was perfect for walking to the lake (less than 2 blocks) and easy walk to downtown restaurants (less than 5 minutes). My 4 year-old son loved seeing the boats on the river from the condo. We will be back!
