Beautiful condo, everything was clean, convenient location. Will definitely stay again if I’m in the area!

The condo is perfect for two people that need a break from work. Very clean. They have thought of everything you will need even down to a curling iron! We didn’t cook anything due to the fact that there are enough restaurants near the condo but the kitchen looks to be fully stocked! Make sure you wake up early enough to watch the dolphins every day! We checked in before christmas eve and spent 8 days in the condo. The condo was exactly as listed. The kitchen and washer and dryer was a huge plus with staying so long. We flew our new airman in from California to spend Christmas with and enjoyed the balcony and views of the beach. The second floor allowed us to have amazing views and be able to see dolphins swimming off the beach area on Christmas. We appreciate the hospitality and would recommend to others.

Listing was just as expected. Look forward to going back.

Beautiful condo, with all amenities that we needed. The big balcony with a gorgeous view was the icing of the cake! We will definitely be coming back to A202 on our next vacation.

Love the proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Nice decor and comfortable beds. The owner responds quickly to any questions we may have and is so nice to work with. Will be staying again here soon.

We have stayed at Majestic Sun before. This is the first time in this unit. I wanted to love this unit as the reviews when we booked were great. When we arrived it was very nicely decorated and the bathrooms were spacious and beautiful. We appreciated the ice maker in the frig and the newer washer and dryer. 2 days into our stay an issue did come up. I'm sure it's the same one mentioned in a review 2 weeks prior to our stay. I contacted the owner and he did respond. There was not much he could do to remedy the situation immediately which we understood but it did cause a sleepless night and some frustration during our stay. We enjoyed our last 2 days however I was surprised we were not contacted with any follow up during the last few days to check on the situation or give an update. If the issue gets completely resolved I would stay here again. As for the property itself, we stay at Majestic Sun for the views, convenience of beach access, and proximity to shopping and restaurants. The A building only had one out of three elevators working on Saturday during check in which was causing a lot of people a lot of frustration. Luckily this unit was on the second floor so we used the stairs. Hopefully the management (obviously not the owner's fault) will fix this soon, as only one elevator was working through our entire stay.

Condo was nice as described. The 2nd beach chair was broken so couldn't use. There were a few issues that i wont mention here but the owner is taking care of it. The view is beautiful from the balcony and it is a very short walk to the beautiful beach. Lots of restaurants and things to do near by.. Will stay here again in the future.

The condo was clean, updated, and provided all the basic necessities for the week. The property is directly across the street from the beach and being on the second level with access to the steps was perfect. Highly recommended and plan to return.

Excellent condo. Very clean and updated. Beautiful view of the gulf from the large patio, a perfect spot to drink my coffee each morning. It’s equipped with everything one would need! Definitely recommend!!

A perfect spot to stay! We spent our Spring Break here and it was everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family of 5 and very well appointed. If your beach people like us I’d recommend bringing you own chairs, umbrella, tent, etc. There were some beach supplies provided which was nice. Overall an awesome spot, we’ll be back!

The process of booking was easy. The overall experience was as advertised, the views from the balconies were great.

Condo is nice but needs a lot of tlc.

The condo was amazing. Very clean and roomy. Kitchen had enough utensils to cook several large meals at once, if you felt the need to. The location was absolutely perfect for quick access to the beach and relaxing views. Host Phillip was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. He even mailed us clothes back we forgot were in the dryer. We’ll definitely be staying again when we return to Florida.

Great experience

We got married on the beach the week we stayed in this condo. It was by far the best condo and accommodations we could have asked for during our wedding week!! Condo was clean and very nicely decorated and had every amenity we needed. We had 2 adults and 4 teenagers with us and we had plenty of room! Would love to rent this condo in the future and highly recommend it to everyone! Thank you!

We booked this stay for a girls trip weekend getaway. We had the best time in here and this location. Property manager communicated well with me leading up to the trip, would certainly stay here again :)

Such a beautiful place and so clean! Great location on the 2nd floor by the steps to easily get in and out and to the amazing beach or parking garage and very quiet. We loved all of the "small" things too, like great water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water and the bed was comfortable. You won't be disappointed, super nice place!

The condo was perfect for our visit: communication with the owner was quick and seamless, the condo was wonderful and just as described -- and we spent many lovely hours on the balcony enjoying the views of the white sand beach and emerald-colored ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay! First trip to Miramar Beach and loved the area. Majestic Sun 202 was a great location. Being on second floor and proximity to stairs eliminates a lot of wasted time waiting on elevators. Well-equipped condo!
