The apt. Is beautiful with gorgeous views from all rooms. However, the sofa and dining chairs are dirty. Also, I believe one can use better sheets and towels .

Started with finding hair all over the king headboard. Contacted management and never heard back. Went to front desk to ask for some supplies to clean it ourselves and they said they had nothing and would send someone up, never did. There were no pans that could be used in the oven. No cookie sheet, no kitchen dish towels, no dish soap, no can opener, very few dishes, no bath mat, hairdryer did not work in doubles room. The glass on the doors to the balcony were filthy. Looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The carpets needed a deep cleaning as they were covered in stains. The walls needed a fresh coat of paint. The elevator took 30-45 mins each time. We were on the 23rd floor and took the steps multiple times because it was taking too long...made us miss many ubers and reservations. The views were amazing but the cleanliness made it hard to enjoy. The pool and restaurant were great!

We have stayed at the Hyde before and loved it so much decided to rent a couple of nights while visiting from NC with my grandkids. We paid a hefty price per night but that was nit a problem as you get what you pay foe and that is what we were expecting but did not get! The unit we stayed at was worst than that you would expect a some motel. Unpainted walls, scratches and holes everywhere, little roaches crawling all over the kitchen, broken cabinet panels that would fall on your foot every time you opened the freezer door, stained couches I was appalled to have my grandkids sit on, ripped outside chairs, clogged toilet and the list goes on. We couldn’t find anything else last minute as it was spring break and tried to make the most of one bad experience by enjoying the beach as much as possible. Never again! The elevator wait was a nightmare taking from 10 to 20 minutes every you needed to go up or down, in general the Hyde is not what it used to be. We will not be going back, be careful renting unit 3405.
