We fully enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale at this great townhome. The unit was comfortable and we felt at home right away. The outside porches have great sunset views and comfortable furniture. The kitchen was very well stocked for any cooking or bbq-ing need. There was plenty of hot water for showers and the pickle ball/tennis area nearby was very well maintained. Check in was super easy and the hosts were very responsive. We loved the location, near hiking, restaurants and shopping. We are looking forward to returning next year!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The grounds were well maintained and having a restaurant on-site is a real plus. The unit was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the views off the patio were just fabulous. Highly recommend!!!

Far exceeded my expectations and my expectations were high. The unit is so expansive I especially loved the outdoor patios and the amazing views. Inside furnishing were very nice and also comfortable. Great location. Would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Hope to have a chance to rent it in the future.

We spent a month at this beautiful golf villa and loved every minute. This home is beautifully decorated and well appointed. It was very fun to see hot air balloons in the distance from the master bedroom as we awoke. The views are beautiful and the location is great too. Wonderful host and wonderful place!

Very pleasant stay. Adjusting to “smart” home was a bit challenging for a couple of 83 year olds.

Our stay at Kristen and Pete's house could not have been nicer. The house is spacious, incredibly clean, beautifully furnished, and well-stocked with everything we needed to make our extended stay comfortable and fun. The views from the decks are wonderful, especially at sunset. Best of all, we found Kristen and Pete to be incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs and any questions we had concerning their property. The area of Troon North is great, with a fabulous pool and hot tub in close proximity to the house, and although we are not golfers, we appreciated that there was a clubhouse with a restaurant also walking distance from where we were. The general location of Troon North was perfect for us since we enjoy hiking and loved that we were only a five minute drive from many of our favorite hikes. We would most definitely rent their property again on a future visit to scottsdale.
