We enjoyed this property. We had three couples and two teenagers. I loved that all the larger rooms had their own bathrooms. We were all very comfortable and would definitely stay here again. Having a little one with us on this trip we appreciated the gated pool.

We stay here once a year and love the location and the property. Manager is great to work with.

we had 2 families on our vacation, the house was perfect with a huge open living area, 2 master bedrooms with their own bathrooms along with another bedroom with its own bathroom. lots of space for a large group! the pool was very large as well, the listing however did not mention there was an additional charge to heat the hot tub. the kitchen had 2 ovens, the first night the oven we tried to use had something on the bottom of it and it filled the house with smoke. the next morning we used the other oven which the buttons are very hard to read as some are worn off others are cracked. we were cooking our breakfast and after turning the temperature up numerous times our food was not cooking (after 2 hours we gave up). the trendle beds did not have wheels making it very difficult to pull out.

Newer, clean property with nice pool. No complaints :)

Great overall stay the home is beautiful.

During my stay, I was sitting at the kitchen bar on a stool and fell backwards injuring my back due to missing screws on the stool. This caused me to miss my planned activities for the day due to pain. When contacting the host I was just told to put the stool in garage and ignored regarding my issues, very unprofessional.

We go on an annual family trip to Havasu and are always looking for spacious homes that can accommodate a lot of people—this was perfect! My family, my parents, and two of my brothers’ families were able to comfortably live here for several days. Plenty of seating for everyone, open kitchen so you could socialize while cooking, plenty of silverware, plenty of plates/bowls (and kid friendly—didn’t have to worry about a toddler dropping a plate), gate around the pool gave peace of mind! A couple of the closets were big enough to put a pack and play in as well! Property manager was very quick to respond each time I reached out to her before our trip! The checkout process was easy and straightforward. Most importantly, everyone had a great time! I would definitely keep this home in our rotation for Havasu homes to rent!
