The best vacation ever. This was a 60th birthday trip with my sisters! It was a great home. This is the 3rd time we have stayed in one of Al’s properties. It makes it hard to stay anywhere else! Location was great beach is beautiful and the home is well appointed. Can’t wait for our next stay at one of Al’s properties!

First and foremost I want to say thanks to BHIP for a well managed and well stocked property. The house was as great as advertised. The supplies made the house a wonderful place to have our family vacation.

Great house - clean - fully stocked, The photo of the oceanfront is deceiving - it looks like seaweed in the pictures and not the coral rocks that are actually there, no actual beach unless you walk down the beach a bit. The steps to get into the pool needs repair immediately. It is not easy get up and down the steps - it pulls up out of the ground. Overall - we loved "heaven can't wait"

Rented this beautiful home for myself and employees for a job. The home was very spacious, clean, they spared no expense in making sure all guests had everything they needed to make there stay awesome. Life jackets, kayaks, bikes, fishing poles and much more. lovely place all around!

The house was fully equipped for a perfect vacation. It had anything from a shower cap to mosquito repellant, fully stocked kitchen with all utensils and condiments. They even had a welcome basket and bathroom kits for each bathroom. If you have dogs they had dog bowl and doggie beds prepped and ready to go. TVs in everyone. Nice jacuzzi over seeing the water and small pool. Lots balconies front and back. Pier with a kayak, fishing poles etc. workout room. Of note, the house has 4 bedrooms 3 upstairs and fully equipped efficiency in the first floor. The house is located behind a rocky beach. There are rocks all along the water and hard to get into. However, there are plenty of beaches nearby along A1A. We had a nice vacation and did different activities each day.

Our trip was over Spring Break - last week of March - 2 families - 6 teenagers and 4 adults. First - we LOVED Stuart Florida and Hutchinson Island. Peaceful, beachy...not tons to do but that's what we wanted out of this beach vacay. There are good restuarants, golf, and a grocery store all within 2 miles...plus the downtown Stuart area is classic beachy cool. The house was amazing -- our communication with the property manager was the best I've had in any VRBO. The house was super clean and stocked with things we didn't even think we needed! Plenty of toys, towels, hygiene items - also the kitchen had everything we needed (except a bottle opener-haha). This was really the best prepped VRBO we've ever been in. The backyard is the beach - literally steps to an almost private Atlantic side beach with great waves, good sand, very little seaweed and no jellyfish for us! The front of the house has a pier where we fished everyday - the kids took out the provided paddleboards and kayaks - and we had little bonfires at night! The bedroom spaces were perfect for all the kids and us - -- especially the downstairs "apartment". The house is NOT super huge, but big enough to accomodate our group. It's quirky - which we loved. Can' t say enough good things about this management group -- they really "get it" and strive to make everything as easy as possible. We'd love to stay there again.

Reviewing this property is both complicated and easy! It’s complicated because I don’t want to leave anything out, but it’s also easy because everything about this property was amazing! We started our day with the sunrise over the ocean, and paddle boarded and kayaked into the sunset over the river every night. The amenities are well thought out…from the gift baskets, to little gifts in each room, plus toiletries if you need. The kitchen has seasonings and condiments for meals, coffee and tea choices galore, more than enough paper and plastic goods. There are towels, and blankets to accommodate an army. I can’t forget the ice machines - a major plus!! The property manager goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. I am so glad I booked this property because the memories will last a lifetime. We spent our days between the ocean, pool and river. We spent our evenings cooking, playing games, and enjoying the hot tub. Every family member loved this property and enjoyed everything it had to offer! This is truely a great house!

this was our first experience with VRBO and Beach Houses in Paradise, but I can guarantee it won’t be the last. Breathtaking views of sunrise and sunset with plenty of space for the family. Every detail was well thought out, even down to them. Having games for the kids to play before bed. Yes they have 2 PlayStation 4’s and an Xbox but somehow my family of 6 made it through without ever turning them on. The beach was beautiful, coral and rocks prohibit surfing or boogy boarding buy can’t change that. The hot tub and pool facing the beach gave us a ton of options. The river said it as well appointed, and they had everything imaginable for the family. From water shoes and life vests, to full Kayaks and paddle boards. Wanna go fishing? The 50 foot dock made it easy, so if you didn’t want to go out on the water, you could sit and kast. We had a big fire and roasted marshmallows out by the river one night, what beach trip would be complete without s’mores? If you’ve made it this far, I promise I don’t work for BHIP or own the property. I am a very detail oriented person, and they hit it out of the park with every opportunity. 5 stars all around.

The house was in a PERFECT location, views for days and what a sunset we got over the dock every night. House was immaculate and fully stocked with anything we could ever want on our trip. Plenty of additional towels and bedding and a bunch of extra rollaways/pullout couches to accommodate a larger family than ours if needed. Family all enjoyed their stay and were impressed with the house. The kids loved their cool bunk-bed room, the X-box and especially the hot tub! Highlight for me was listening to the waves at night from my comfy king bed. Property owner was very attentive and check-in/out was a breeze. We would definitely return or rent from this company again. Loved the location, was our first time to the island!

Loved the location! Private beach on the back where we saw dolphins. House full with entertainments for the kids and us. Everything was great! Definitely I would recommend!

Best stocked vacation home we’ve ever stayed in. Very thoughtful owners and excellent communication. Rocky beach and the very close road are the only negatives but they are far outweighed by everything else. Would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the stay at this property. Had all of your basic needs provided with a beautiful small private beach on the lake side with so much to do! It was so relaxing eating breakfast on the bedroom balcony facing the ocean after a morning walk on the beach. Our husband's used the membership to play a sun filled 9 hole round of golf and the kids were thrilled to use the kayaks, paddle boards and fishing gear. Honestly have never rented a more fun, welcoming and wonderful beach house.

Well-stocked and easy access to beach/Indian River. We loved hanging out on the dock. Requested adult bikes were promptly delivered.

We had a wonderful time with our children and grandchildren. The house was so well equipped. Our almost 2 year old granddaughter loved the calm water by the river beach and our older grandchildren loved the ocean waves and more.

This was perfect for our large family! Lots of space and easy access to everything. I have never stayed in a vrbo house with so many things provided for us to use and they didn’t expect us to do any cleaning before we left. I hope we can come back again!

We have stayed in several beach homes over the last couple years and this one has been the best so far. With the ocean for a backyard and the river for the front yard you get to enjoy a wonderful sunrise and sunset everyday. Our dogs did not care much for the ocean (the waves scared them a little bit) but loved the river. They loved swimming around the dock and riding on the kayak. We would wade around the docks and watch the fish swim around us! We highly recommend this house to anyone...we enjoyed the entire week and may return next year as well.

The stay at the property was possibly one of our best family vacations to date. The property was as described, perfect location for water lovers. We split our time of playing and fishing between the beach and the river, depending on if we wanted a lot of sun or some shade. The property manager was hands down the best communicator and most helpful property manager I've ever dealt with. We plan on vacationing in the area again and will without a doubt, find a property through the same manager.

Our father passed away last Feb and because of his long illness, our mom was not able to travel or vacation for many years. Her health and mobility are not great, but she really wanted to see the ocean and put her feet in the sand again. This house made those things happen. We 5 siblings and mom enjoyed a quiet week away from our regular lives to reconnect and build new happy memories. The listing was accurate, working with the property manager was enjoyable, check in and out process was easy. We enjoyed as many of the amenities that we could…. We needed more time to get it all in! We are already booked to come back with our spouses and kids and mom next summer! Thank you!

What a great place to get away. We are locals and live nearby but wanted to take a long weekend to enjoy with another family. 10 of us (4 adults and 6 kids) piles into this house with food to grill and a 34 foot boat we needed to dock to explore Stuart! After a small hiccup which was immediately resolved by Al and his team of friendly helpers, we enjoyed every single minute in this unique and perfectly positioned home. The private dock located directly across the street was the perfect space for the boat and we spent tons of time around stuart and up to fort pierce. So much fun boating in this part of florida as it’s wide open and you can just let the boat fly for long stretches. In the house, believe them when they say everything is included. Bring liquor and food and you never have to leave! A million towels, plates, wine glasses, cups, coffee, spices, pots and pans, Sonos system throughout the house, TV everywhere, XBOX and PlayStation in 2 locations, another kitchen in the lower apartment, the garage looks like they invaded a surf shop and took every umbrella, beach chair, bike, water shoe, life jacket, and kayak they could find. Seriously you don’t need to bring anything but your clothes! The house is showing it’s age but you can tell they spend time maintaining it. We called it quirky but enjoyable. Comfortable seating inside and out. Hot tub fits 4-5 adults comfortably. Decks are in good shape, but some sliding screens need some repair. Like I said nothing major and once you see the sunrise over the ocean in the morning and the sunset over the intracoastal at night…who cares about a little repairs here and there. Marriott ocean club is an added bonus if you stay longer which is like having an entire other resort at your fingertips. You can bike up there easily and take the short 5 minute drive to one of three pool and tiki restaurants or bring the boat to their marina. The Host was great to deal with and so was the people that came by to help us with a new grill that wasn’t cooperating on day 1. We are coming back and bringing more friends as they have multiple properties you can rent. Put it in your list for a staycation I’d you are in palm beach or surrounding area or for an awesome getaway during anytime of year from anywhere else!
