A localização é o incrível, super perto da ferroviária, restaurantes e ponto do acquabus. Excelente atendimento tb, pessoal super simpático e atencioso!

Nada me desagradou

Najbardziej podobało nam się, że wszyscy w hotelu byli mili i życzliwi. Ludzie pomocni i uśmiechnięci. Lokalizacja blisko stacji kolejowej s Lucia i dość blisko dworca autobusowego Piazzale Roma. Doskonała bazą wypadową na zwiedzanie Wenecji. Uliczka w której znajduje się hotel jest lekko schowana i spokojna jednak 50m dalej już zaczynają się ruchliwe uliczki z restauracjami.

W łazience była uszkodzona deska sedesowa

Andrebbe leggermente ristrutturato anche solo per migliorare l’aspetto complessivo delle stanze e dei bagni, avere una presa di corrente vicino al letto sarebbe ottimale

There was a beautiful view of Lake Konstanz just out the window.

We arrived in a rain storm and there was no one at the Hotel to let us in. I have no cell phone, so this was a problem as I couldn't call and had to find a neighbor who could contact the owner. So, be sure to call ahead to make sure they are here to let you in. We were provided with a code to get in the door and pick up the key. It was unsettling to have no human contact with anyone at the hotel until the next day I met one person who came to settle accounts.

I did not have breakfast. Location is fantastic between train station and water bus to airport. Everything worked including air conditioning and it is very clean and staff are warm, friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in excellent location, just few min walk on plain road, from the central station, no bridges or stairs along the way so not difficult if you have heavy luggage. Their breakfast is okay, cute :) as it is personally served to you, fresh croissant with jams and some cereals, fruit yogurt and coffee. The room has a good space and storage, with comfortable bed too.

Our room on ground floor has bad odor coming out of the toilet, probably since the area is within canals, sewage and piping management tend to be faulty.
