Enjoyed our stay in this efficiency literally across the street from the ocean. Grocery store is nearby if you need ice or anything else. Rooms were quiet and everything worked correctly. Parking on-site and close to the room. Simple decor.

Everything was great. These owners are very very clean and focused on excellent customer service.

My husband and I stayed here for a short anniversary trip and had an incredible time. Our first impression was that everything was very clean. It was nicely decorated. The kitchen was small and quaint but just what we needed and has most of the necessities for cooking a meal. They provided coffee and a coffee maker and we thoroughly enjoyed having our coffee and breakfast outside on the patio. Our favorite part about our stay was the location. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and another short walk to the pier, a bunch of restaurants, shops, and there was live music nightly. However, it’s far enough away so you’re not hearing a bunch of noise at night. Check in was seamless, and the owners were easy to get in touch with when we had a question. The only complaint I have is the bed is uncomfortable. I slept okay, but my husband decided to move to the couch and was comfortable there. A mattress topper would solve the problem, and I would also suggest a few extra dish towels in the kitchen. Everything else about our stay more than made up for these small inconveniences. All in all, we had an excellent stay and even talked about coming back next year!

The location is great. We enjoyed our stay. The keylock pad on the door did give us several issues trying to get into the room. I just think the batteries were running low. The fridge has a leak and does leak onto the floor. I just placed a towel at the bottom of the fridge so it would stop leaking. However, I really enjoy this location and will definitely recommend this place.

The unit was clean and well proportioned. The small kitchen was perfect for our needs. The outdoor space with table and chairs was ideal for morning coffee and happy hour. Other guests were nice, too.

Just a short walk to the beach and perfect size for two!

The property was a cozy place to crash, surf online, or fix a meal. The bathroom was a little small but do-able for a couple. The main attraction was the beach and the location was great--a short walk to the beach. The beach wasn't crowded. There was hardly anyone there in the late October weekday mornings. It picked up a little during the day but not too much. You can rent equipment from the local Deep Blue Divers shop to see the reefs not too far from the shore. Miami traffic is awful so I recommend flying into Ft. Lauderdale. Lots of deep sea fishing options nearby.
