Our family just returned from a wonderful vacation in Frisco. This beautiful and well appointed home was central to our enjoyment of our trip. We spanned from ages 1 to 71. The adults loved having king size beds and the plentiful bathrooms as well as the proximity to town. The children loved the yard as well as all of the toys provided and having a park with a wonderful playscape so close by. It was also very nice to have things like laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, basic toiletries, and basic kitchen provisions such as spices provided. Our host could not have been more responsive to our questions and needs. We hope to stay at this very special home again in the near future.

Our extended family stayed at the Modern Mountain Masterpiece for a week at the end of June. Our stay was terrific. The house is beautiful, spacious and well-appointed. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table. Some of us enjoyed bike rides around Lake Dillon. If you plan on cooking much, be careful how many groceries you purchase at a time as the refrigerator is rather small for such a large house. We would most definitely stay here again. Beds are comfortable, everything is clean and there’s ample room for everyone to spread out. Our group consisted of 8 adults and 8 children ages 3-11.

Great house for family gatherings. Beautiful views, multiple living areas and plenty of beds and bathrooms. Convenient location for day trips and town amenities. Owners were very responsive. Impeccable design, comfort and function.

Very comfortable home, exceptional amenities. We also saw a moose, fox, birds, etc. in the yard. Location central to other fun communities, much good food nearby, easy to get around. Readily would return.

House was immaculate and very comfortably fit our family of 19. Proximity to main street Frisco, Breckinridge, Silverthorne and Copper Mountain was perfect. Our family enjoyed the River below the house and the neighborhood. I highly recommend this home for your family vacation.

It’s getting harder and harder to find a house in Breckenridge to fit a large group, so we decided to check out Frisco instead. This home was perfect for our three families and the location was so convenient, with quick access to shopping, restaurants, downtown Frisco, and 3 ski resorts within 20 minutes. The house itself was on a large private lot, nestled in the trees, with amazing views of the mountains through the floor to ceiling windows. We only had one issue with our stay… the hot tub was heated, but the jets and lights were inoperable and the automatic cover was malfunctioning. After texting the owners, they went out of their way (literally drove two hours) to help resolve the issues for us. Our whole group joked that we were never leaving, but we will definitely keep this home on our short list for our next ski trip.

This house was perfect for our Spring Break getaway. We easily fit 6 adults and 6 teens and had plenty of room to spread out. The floor to ceiling windows were my favorite part of the house. Paula was also very quick to answer any questions that we had. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

This is a great house! Welcoming entry, parking for multiple cars, lots of light, great views, well supplied kitchen with lots of dishes, pots and pans and spices. Near the highway, but very quiet. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The deck was spacious and the fire pit was a nice bonus. The hut tub lid had challenges; the property owner was contacted and personally came to try and fix it. Some TV remotes did not work because of dead batteries. Some lamps had burned out bulbs. The door knob in the bathroom in bedroom # 2 upstairs came off. Needs to be tightened. Better job vacuuming under furniture. Overall a great time. Our family has made this yearly trip for over twenty years, and this property was by far the best!

We had an incredible time. The house is beautiful, spacious (10 adults, 2 kids), and feels remote while being walking distance into town and ~10 minute drive to Copper (~15ish to Breckenridge town and ~25 mins to A-Basin). Couldn’t recommend enough, one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed, a perfect ski house. Host was responsive throughout, and the house came stocked with all the essentials and then some (spices, cooking ware, paper towels, shampoo/body wash, toilet paper, games etc). Like the house guide states, it takes time to cool the house down when it gets hot (no A/C), but opening a window or door did the trick. We traveled with small kids and it was very convenient to have the pack and play, high chair, children’s toys, and baby bath.

We stayed here for New Years and the following week. It was a great stay. House was great and was stocked better than any place we have ever stayed. Paula was great and was very prompt in getting with us when needed. Great time had by all and we are a very large family. Will stay again when we are in Colorado.

This home is FABULOUS! Everything you could possibly image is at this home. Gorgeous views from every window, modern & clean, two levels so family can spread out, games, books, portable crib, infant walker, fully stocked kitchen and much more. We LOVE this Frisco treasure! We are planning our third visit this winter. Only disappointment we did not see a moose!

The perfect location to hold our family reunion to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The hot tub was a preferred hangout space as well as the views from the deck. Very peaceful. Our whole family enjoyed our stay.

We had a group of 10 from 4 different families and this large house and it's location is perfect. We were able to access Copper, Breck, Vail, and other areas easily. Stop looking and book now before someone else does! :)

There were 14 of us ages 7-76 and we all had a wonderful time. We had plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. The home is within walking distance to many activities that kept us all happy.

Impossible to minimize how special this house is. Very modern and perfectly designed for large groups. The house is almost all windows with snow capped Mountain View’s from most rooms. We cooked elaborate meals for 10 people and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Host replied promptly, house clean and well maintained. Large property and walkable to town of Frisco. Would come back in a heartbeat.

This property was everything advertised, and more! Our entire group was taken away by the views both inside and outside of the home. Would 10/10 recommend staying here, and our family can’t wait to return and book this home again.

Great location, spacious, well equipped, great views in all directions. Many activities for all ages. Very clean. We had 8 adults and 9 kids, mostly teens and we had plenty of room. Very modern. Paula and Rob were great hosts and did all they could to make our stay a wonderful week.

Beautiful home, everything a group could need for a great visit to Copper or A Basin. The home is expansive and great for giving kids their own space. It even came with a visiting moose.

We stayed the week with our family of 10. The property was perfect. Conveniently located near town for errands, short walk to Frisco main street, 10 minutes from Copper Mtn. Plenty of room for us to spread out, great common areas for us to congregate for games, meals, watching TV. Large, well stocked kitchen made meal times fun for everyone. The heated 3 car garage was wonderful on the cold morning outings. The kids made great use of the outdoor covered hot tube and we enjoyed sitting around the outdoor gas fire pit on the the back deck during the sunny afternoons, looking out over the gorgeous mountain views. Overall, can't recommend this property enough! Wonderful week!

We have a large family, and the design of the house was just perfect so that everyone had their private space w/ bathroom, with plenty of entertainment downstairs, and great gathering spaces upstairs. The kitchen was to die for, so well stocked with everything you could need to have a grand spread to feed a large group easily, enjoying the views, the hot tub, family game time, and so much storage for everything to be kept organized and out of the way! Lots of luxurious touches as well that just made you want to stay home to enjoy it all! Paula was super flexible and easy to communicate with. Views made you feel like you were remote but yet the location was just minutes to shopping and central to skiing, we enjoyed Vail and Breckenridge the most. It truly was absolutely perfect!

This house was absolutely awesome and the view was spectacular, close to different ski areas and had great amusement park for tubing. Definitely recommend

The house is amazing with incredible views. The owners really thought about every detail to make us comfortable. The location is perfect near the town and trails but felt secluded too. It was exactly what we needed to relax during these stressful times. We were so thankful to find such a wonderful place.

We spent a week in Frisco and we had a wonderful family reunion. The house is beautiful and right in the middle of great outdoor activities. Paula was very supportive and did everything possible to make our stay there very comfortable. We will definitely go back to Frisco in the future!
