Our family from Ohio had lots of fun both at the complex and up and down the SoCal coast. The beach, cliffs, and Mountain View’s were awesome. We easily traveled down coast to San Diego Zoo, La Jolla, and the Torrey Pines hike, then later on up the coast to Venice Beach, Santa Monica Pier, and all of the LA sites too. We made the most of our first trip to Cali and this Oceanside location helped to make that possible. The condo and complex was very nice too with many amenities. I highly recommend.

After five hectic days, a Disneyland, it was nice to come somewhere and be able to relax. This condo has all the amenities you couldn’t want and the location is second to none within walking distance is the pier the harbor and countless places to eat and drink proximity the beach is unbelievable, thanks for hosting us Diane and George

We loved our stay. The amenities of the property are great and very well maintained. The kids loved the pool and feeding the Koi fish. We enjoyed eating dinner every evening on the top patio watching surfers and the wonderful sunsets. The beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked, the unit had everything we needed. Loved the beach toys. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

This is the second year we have stayed in this complex. We really love the location. The beach is nice and quiet, just how we like it. At least this time of year. The complex has so much to do and is within reasonable driving distance to all the things. Even though the complex is a bit dated, the hosts Diane and George have done a great job of furnishing this condo and it is in great condition. They also provided all the beach stuff so we didn’t have to pack with us. It was great! We can’t complain. It is on the third floor, but there are elevators if needed and the ocean views from the decks were enjoyable!

The location, condo and amenities were outstanding. The complex grounds are beautiful and relaxing. Loved the sounds of the waterfalls and the waves. We were able to watch the surfers from the balcony while drinking our morning coffee. Many things were in walking distance and easy to get to. Great location to stay if visiting San Diego.

We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the condo tremendously. Both decks were lovely to sit out on and the grounds of the property are serene and lovely. Beds and amenities were good too. We have a great time! Thank you!

Property was perfect for our family. All necessities were provided. Owner accessible and answered all our questions. Location, location, location. was awesome.. Pool , jaccuzzi and grounds were wonderful. gated property with parking for two cars. big plus. Cant wait till our next vaca..

This is a wonderfully spacious and beautiful condo. The beach is a short few minute walk away and the pool is a short elevator ride away. The condo is well equipped with kitchen items, beach towels and activities. Would highly recommend!

Super easy checkin process, great communication, love the location and the plenty of space for our family.

This unit, community and location was perfect for us. We are a family of 4 (2 are teens) and the location allowed our teens to walk to the pier or harbor and we felt totally safe. Restaurants were close enough to walk to which was convenient. The community is well kept and has a very tropical feel. Our unit had everything we needed for the beach and stocked kitchen for cooking, though a few extra towels would have been appreciated. The shower surrounds and fireplace were dated, but didn’t bother us! The beach was super clean and beautiful!

We had a fabulous week at this condo. It was so well kept, clean, nice decorated, and the beds were really comfortable. The complex was amazing, with so much for the kids to do - beautiful huge pool and hot tub, ping pong, pool tables, outdoor BBQ and seating area, a really nice gym and sauna, outdoor showers to rinse off after the beach, koi ponds, and gorgeous landscaping. It was gated with excellent security so I felt very safe for the kids to run around and enjoy the facilities. It’s right next the beach, a couple minute walk. We were able to access our favorite beach, Oceanside Harbor (like 5 or 10 minute walk), which has smaller waves and sandy beaches, perfect for even younger children. We loved being able to go to the beach and use the pool and hot tub all in the same day. The pier and lots of cool restaurants and shops were all within walking distance. The view from the two balconies of the condo was incredible. A parking spot in the condo’s parking garage was included with our stay, so it was easy to get all our things unloaded. It was the perfect location for a fun family vacation. The Thursday night market was a great recommendation. So fun and amazing food choices. The communication with the owner was great; she provided quick responses to all my questions. I am planning to make this our new go-to for Spring break, and we would love to stay at this place again! We would highly recommend this condo to future guests. Thanks for an incredible stay!

We love coming to North Coast Village and have stayed at a number of properties here. We were excited about the top floor loft and patio. The owners even went the extra mile to send their friend over when the master bedroom TV remote was missing Much care has been put into preserving and maximizing the useable life of everything here. The few pictures online don't quite paint the whole picture though. Sorry to say, overall we were dissatisfied with our visit. A brief summary: Almost all of the frequently touched surfaces have peeling paint or tacky grime. Doors, cabinets, handrails. Yucky. Some kitchen cabinet doors are coming off of the hinges. One living room wingback chair has a broken arm that is not apparent until you sit in it and use the arm. The chairs at the dining table ALL have loose nuts under the seats making them feel loose and rickety. We finger tightened them for our stay since we didn't have a wrench. There's a painful sharp protrusion where the carpet meets the kitchen tile that I caught my foot on at least once a day. Drop you to your knees sharp. Ants. Many ants. We found the raid under the sink thankfully, because the owners' suggestion to "spray them with Windex" didn't work. The lower portion of the stairway has a loose board on the landing and one of the stairs is quite crooked. An ankle roller if you're not careful. - ask me how I know. Master slider door curtains do not cover the door opening leaving lighting and privacy concerns Master sliding screen door does not stay on the track Both tub/showers up and down are too old outdated: Cracks and gaps at tile joints, loose valve handles, mold, multiple layers of different colored poorly executed caulk, corrosion, hard water buildup. Unpleasant to use New shower heads but rusty old trim rings with rust stains running down the wall Shower heads only 66" high (fine if you're not 72”tall.) Paint coming off Master bath ceiling and skylight. Mold on the skylight Kitchen lights too dim with a note that says to use sparingly due to expense (It's 2022, use LED bulbs.) Paint peeling off the arms of the downstairs exterior patio chairs leaving sharp edges to cut your arms Master bedroom ceiling covered with little dangling dusty cobwebs The updated master vanity layout is only useable by one person at a time The master bed is broken. I mean broken. The right side completely caves in, the left side rolls downhill to the edge Very poor sleep all week Not the quality we expected at NCV

What you see in the listing is pretty much what you get - no surprises here :) The place is a bit older but very comfortable and cozy. Appliances are also older but you have everything you need. It's located in a great spot in Oceanside steps from the beach and everyone we met on the property were very friendly. Diane and George were also very responsive in communicating with them and they resolved a weather related issue right away! We really enjoyed our time here.

This property is a great location for a beach vacation…literally steps from the beach! The condo itself is older but has what we needed, a kitchen (where I was able to make a delicious Thanksgiving meal from scratch!), 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

This is a lovely property with nice pool, hot tub, and location. If you arrive after dark, it is very difficult to find the way to HOA to check in. They require you to check out by 10am, which I find ridiculous. For what we paid to stay there, we should have gotten at least an 11 or 12 check out. Also, they don't open the hot tub or pool until 0900, which makes it almost impossible to take a tub before check out.

This was the perfect little vacation house. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, etc. Access to beach toys and chairs, etc was a huge bonus (didn't have to buy or bring buckets and shovels). We even had a welcome gift of champagne and fish food. (The Koi are huge!) Everyone on the property was super friendly. The condo was quiet, although we did come in October, so it wasn't very busy anyway. The beach was a 5 minute walk away, and you can see the ocean from both balconies. The pool was a good temperature for October. I was expecting it to be colder. I would definitely come back here.

This property was perfect for our family! Plenty of space and condo well kept and very clean! Diane and George were amazing to work with. We would definitely stay here again. Our large group stayed in different condos at The North Coast Village. Nice to have pool and hot tub after going to the beach. It is a great complex that has a tropical feel. The beach was perfect for all ages because the waves do not crash right on the beach, so the littles and the teenagers could enjoy it. We were on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator. I would definitely recommend and would book C309 again with Diane and George!

Great location and a nice condo. Lots of beach equipment available with the condo and the kitchen is stocked with whatever you would need to cook.

Very well stocked condo. We had a few small issues that the owner addressed. Loved the pool, koi ponds & beautiful plants on the property - feels like you're in Hawaii. We have come to Oceanside in October for the last 5 years and really liked this condo.

We’ve been at north coast a few times and this is the best unit we’ve stayed in. Down one elevator and you’re at the pool and go to the next closest elevator and you’re at the sauna. Or take the elevator down to the garage and you basically walk right out to the beach. No train noise at all. Clean unit and had all the needed amenities. Nice big dining table was great.

We had a lovely time. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Will definitely come back.
