If you are looking for an oceanfront beach vacation this is the place! Right across the street from the beach and playgrounds. Close enough to walk to all the great restaurants in Oceanside. House is roomy and we really enjoyed the gas fireplace on the chilly mornings and evenings!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving, and the place was perfect for our needs and the communication with the owners was top notch. We will definitely book this again when we need a place in Oceanside.

The location is dynamite, the property was ample for 4 adults and 2 teens. Everything we needed was there. We cook our meals at home, and we had everything we needed at this property. It is very comfortable and clean with a wonderful view of the ocean. Thank you Tim!

This property was perfect for a family gathering over the holidays. The location is great - many places in walking distance, and the beach is right in front of you - no driving needed. The view of the water is relaxing and was so nice for my elderly parents. The home was extremely clean and comfortable, it's actually much nicer than the photos. The kitchen is very well stocked with whatever you need for cooking. When I asked the hosts if the kitchen had a roasting pan, they went out and bought a new one, which I really appreciated. Communication was fast and easy, we'd love to stay here again in the future!

Tim is an amazing host. He makes sure to explain all the details about the property as you arrive. He's very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The property was very clean and it's as great as advertised. We'll be back with a couple of additional family members in the future. Amazing location, the balcony was my favorite place. I spent hours sipping coffee just looking at the ocean, across the street! Plenty of towels and other things to have fun at the beach. Great experience. Love it, loved it!

Walking in and the smell of CLEAN greets you if the owner doesn't make it there first! We decided to bring the kids with us on our business trip to San Diego and stay somewhere with a view on the beach. Tim, the owner, met us there. Showed us where to find everything within the condo. He even told us about a festival within walking distance that had a little bit of something for everyone in my family. It made for a nice first evening for us after traveling 5 hours from Vegas. The property is literally across the street from the beach. The condo also had boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and toys for the Littles while we enjoyed a nice beach day. I would love to stay here again. Very comfortable furniture, enough things you tend to need to purchase like Laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, etc. We came across this rental by chance. My advice to anyone searching....book this rental! Thanks Tim for a lovely home and friendly service. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend as a party of 6 (a family of 4 with a 14 y.o & a 12 y.o & 2 grandparents.). We arrived late Friday evening so Tim had left a lockbox for us since we weren't able to pick up keys. The property was very clean & well-stocked. It had all the beach gear we needed. The beach is right across the street which made everything so convenient. No need to drive or park. There is so much available within walking distance. The underground parking was great as well. We loved spending time on the large patio & enjoying the view. We were really impressed with the property & the location & plan to stay here again.

Perfect place to vacation

We loved this condo. Tim went out his way to provide a wonderful experience. We truly enjoyed our stay. Great view of the ocean and the condo was exceptionally comfortable.

Perfect! The ocean views from the balcony, living room, dining room, and kitchen are absolutely remarkable. The sliding glass doors across the living room and dining room give great ocean breezes and the sunsets are stunning. Everything is newly decorated, super functional, and immaculately cleaned. This is a great space for guests of all ages! It is 132 steps to the stairs down to the beach and boardwalk. There is a playground and restrooms at the bottom of the stairs as well as yoga every morning at 9 on the grassy area. The beach directly out is rocky but down closer to the pier is a great sandy beach area. Lots of activities around to enjoy and have fun!

Very accommodating

Property as described. Convenient access to the beach. Nice to have 2 parking spots under the unit, so no fighting to get a 'close spot' out front. Check in was super easy and property manager was very communicative! The street in front of the unit can get busy, but the front yard has a 'fence/rope barrier' which we used to allow the kids to play safely in the grass when we weren't at the beach.

We had a great 4 day stay. Walked the beach, wharf and strand. Went on a whale watching cruise out of Oceanside Harbor. The unit has a great location and was perfectly set up to enjoy our time. Would love to come back!!!

We had a wonderful experience at this beach house! The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful! The views were beautiful and the house was clean and updated! We would definitely book to come here again!

The pictures are not exaggerated like other listings. The condo was meticulously cleaned and the property manager was always available when we needed him. The view was breathtaking. We will be renting this place anytime we are in Oceanside. Highly recommended!!!

This property is an excellent choice for access to the beach and Oceanside pier. It was well equipped and had beach towells along with boogie boards, beach umbrellas and chairs to use which was a bonus. Nice deck which faces Pacific Street and overlooks the ocean. The master bed was comfortable while the queen and twin beds were hard. Furniture is new in living room and dining room. Two underground parking spots also a bonus and the air conditioning is a must have for our group! The train runs a block behind the property but it did not bother me or my sleep... Tim was helpful and I would rent here again.

The best part of this property is the patio with an expansive ocean view. The kitchen is fully equipped. Plenty of beds for 6 people. Bathrooms sparkling clean. Tim is ALWAYS available and on top of any needs the renter may have. He is overwhelmingly welcoming. There are a couple of sets of stairways to the condo.

This 2 bedroom + den (with sleeping accommodation for 6-8) has a perfect view of surfers & the ocean. Very clean, all appliances work well. Beds were very good. Furniture in living areas definitely needs to be replaced but everything else about this place is perfect. Great location near the pier & beach.

The location is the best part of this property. The condo is a great size. The kitchen is updated with all you need to cook and bake. The low rating is due to the living and dining room furniture. The couch and chair are too old and don’t have any back support. The pillows and cushions are out of shape so don’t help the couch. There is no comfortable place to sit and read or watch tv or just visit with guests. The dining room chairs are so worn you can feel the frame (bars) of the chairs on your legs and bottom. If you use the cushions supplied then your legs do not fit under the table. Only If the owners purchased new furniture would I stay here again. I stayed here for a month which is longer than most short term rentals. In that time the building manager set up 3 appointments to come into the unit. Taking care of unit issues that the renter is not asking for I consider intrusive, others may not.

Had a perfect 6 days at the property with the family. I felt like the description, pics, and reviews were all pretty accurate so I’ll just add a couple more things. As of 10/19, property had 3-4 beach chairs, a half dozen or so beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a couple boogie boards. There are also a couple slow cookers in the kitchen. Minimal toiletries are provided to get you started. There are lots of shops and restaurants within walkable distance. Communication was great and we had all questions answered before and during our stay. We hope to be back!

We stayed at the property recently and had a great time! The property was accurately shown in the pictures. That view from the family room and kitchen is amazing!! Just a short walk to the beach.. The air did sometimes get a little warm but I would turn it back down and it would be fine. The only thing that I need to let you know is you have a lifted truck, it will not fit in their parking garage. Our truck BARELY made it!!! This condo is very close to the train station, pretty convenient if you choose to come that way. Overall, very nice condo! Hope to rent it again!

We had such an incredible stay! We loved the views and location and Tim the property manager made it super easy to check in and out. Comfortable surroundings and clean unit. While the unit is in need of updates (minus kitchen) it was plenty of room for 5 adults and we were very comfortable. Would stay there again!
