We had a wide range of people staying with us, from teenagers down to toddlers. Everyone Had somewhere to sleep and hang out without being on top of each other. The location is amazing, Could not have asked for a better place to stay! It was a magical week!

Overall this was a great house for 8 of us, plenty of room for everyone to spread out and we hosted several more people over the week stay. Huge kitchen and open great room was ideal.

Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the vacay experience with the family, and the location and neighborhood are great, however; when we checked in, people were still cleaning the house (which seems to be a pattern that persists every year we have rented) but left it absolutely nasty. Cups of water beside beds with mold floating on them as well as drink cans. Sand everywhere, heavy dust on all the furniture. Throw up behind and under one night stand. Porch didn’t appear to have been touched. Pillows on furniture need replacing. They smell and are just nasty. House needs a deep cleaning and kept that way. We love the house and location, it just appears that there is virtually no investment made into the house other than just necessary maintenance.

Given the price of the rental, we were expecting a classier clientele and not so many people with tattoos.

It’s a spacious home that still feels cozy and well-maintained. All the comforts of home in the kitchen, as we love to cook. Such a convenient location to the beach, shops, pool and boathouse. Definitely recommend!

We had our 8 grandkids with us and they were so comfortable and happy as were all of the adults! The house is in a very nice location. The only drawback was it was dirty when we arrived. There were dirty dishes on the bedsides and the garbage was still in bathrooms. There was no toilet paper in most of the bathrooms. When checking out we met the housekeeper who let us know there had been a problem with the cleaners before our arrival and a dad and his 12 year old son had cleaned. Only bummer. We had to change the sheets on several of the beds because they were dirty in the bunk rooms and lofts since we were using them for the children. This house would take a team to clean because of the size and the lofts....Otherwise a really great house and we had a very good time.....

The "carriage house" will pool table was a plus and was far enough away from the downstairs living area that the children's noises were not bothersome. More than ample parking and just a few steps from the pool and from the beach as well. The house was very clean on arrival and immediately felt like home. Grayson Coast Rentals was very responsive to every concern that we had. We will probably be back next year.

The upstairs clothes dryers need repair, as does the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms. Kitchen could have been cleaner and at least a little organized. We would rent this home again if it gets a facelift.
