Our stay was perfect, the house and the amenities were exceptional. The house was perfect for our family of four, we had enough room to be very comfortable during our stay. The house had all of the utensils we needed to feel at home. Watercolor is the perfect place for a quick getaway or an extended stay. We will definitely be back!

Our experience was two-fold- the unit was about what we expected as per the interior. A few items that other reviewers mention are still present- these would be air conditioning issues upstairs, dishwasher lower rack not functioning, sporadic weak WiFi and non-responsive management. The unit currently has the exterior siding ripped off all around the entrance and the side of the unit. Not sure if this is from rotten wood or animal problems but the front entrance area smelled kind of bad and seems to be near this area. The bigger issue was that we knew nothing about the condition of the unit or the fact that construction would be going on during our stay. We understand that some noise from construction and/or routine maintenance can be expected in an popular area but that is usually limited to leaf blowing or construction on a neighboring home that you have no control over- not hammering and drilling on the actual unit that you rent. The location is wonderful. Extremely convenient being so close to The beach and watercolor beach club. The unit itself did not meet our expectations. While the decor was very pretty, upon arrival there were a bunch of bugs (dead and alive) everywhere on the first floor and the outdoor screened-in patio was ripped completely on the door and the bottom of the front screen. This was the first thing we saw upon arrival. The Downstairs AC unit is extremely loud (sounds like a jet plane is taking off) and would continuously wake up our 1 year throughout the night when it would come on. Also, the second floor would get extremely warm during the daytime. Seems there may be a problem with keeping the entire unit close to the same temperature. For the money, there are a lot of things that need improvement.

Wonderful home in a perfect location! Steps to the beach and the newly remodeled pool. The home was the perfect size for our small family of 4. The only small issues were the ice maker didn’t work very well and the AC is extremely loud on the first level. 360 Blue was super responsive all week. The bikes were a great addition as well. We will be back!

Absolute perfect location! Never had to use my vehicle once I arrived. Steps away from just about everything including the beach. Fresh, clean, well appointed condo. Had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We will be back!

We had a great stay and the weather. Pilsner have been better. Only complaint we never had bicycles even after communicating to Blue 360.

Great location ,loved Watercolor! Could use some new pillows in master they were a little firm and a fresh coat of paint. Would definitely recommend when the construction next door is completed ! We will back , thanks for a great stay ,

Thanks 360Blue for the over the top hospitality and amazing trip. The condo at Watercolor was perfect - really comfortable bed and master bath. Super clean and top notch attention to detail throughout. Kitchen and upstairs living room was cozy and thanks again to 360Blue for stocking the coffee and thinking of everything a guest would need. Watercolor is a great location and didn't even have time to take advantage of all the activities and amenities that were offered.

What an amazing experience! Everyone at 360 Blue, especially Emily, took incredible care of my family during our stay. We were in walking distance to nearly everything. And the bonfire we attended, held by 360 Blue staff, was incredible! Definitely looking forward to staying at another 360 property in the very near future. Y’all are awesome!

The condo was beautiful & in a great location-a short walk to the beach, the Watercolor Beach Club & shops of Watercolor. The service provided by 360 Blue was awesome! Check in & check out are done electronically & take seconds-much easier than places we've previously stayed. We did have little black ants & a couple of cockroaches on the last day which is why I gave 4 stars for cleanliness.

Our family has been loving Watercolor every summer for the past 10 years and once again we had a fabulous vacation! The location of this condo was terrific. We loved being so close to everything! There were a few issues. The A/C unit cannot cool the upstairs effectively. During the day the upstairs was uncomfortably warm. We reported the issue and were told the unit was cooling appropriately but it absolutely was not. There is an issue and it needs more attention than just checking the thermostat. The biggest problem was the bug infestation of the downstairs. We reported this issue on July 4th and were notified that it would be addressed after the holiday and it was never addressed. We shared our vacation with hundred of ants and will most likely be bringing many of them home as they were all over everything. The ice maker in the freezer does not work but 360 Blue did leave us a couple bags of ice. Despite the issues we still had a wonderful vacation and continue to love Watercolor!

We had a great family vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with gadgets. The screened porch is shaded. The location was close to everything. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We loved watercolor…and the location of this condo was perfect. There were a few hiccups the first 24 hours… Strange smell in the unit, multiple lightbulbs burned out, poor lighting throughout. Most things were resolved but some were not – odd smell, broken kitchen faucet, poor Wi-Fi, unbalanced thermostat. The employees of 360 blue were kind and efficient – but I left still waiting for someone to contact me about these issues. All in all, we loved our vacation – and will return soon.

The location of this beautiful condo was perfect! Loved the king size bed, huge shower & full size washer & dryer. We had a couple of issues but Brad came by & was able to quickly take care of all our issues except the broken ice maker. He took care of the ants in the kitchen & put a new WiFi router downstairs too. I should also mention that the bottom drawer of the dishwasher doesn't roll out & there wasn't any programming information listed for the TV channels when scrolling through the on-screen guide, but these were small issues considering the location to the beach, pools & restaurants! We loved the convenient parking not far from the back patio too. We would stay here again!

Everything was fine wirh exception of broken ice maker, upstairs not cooling adequately and disposal needing attention. The bikes provided were great. Also, we used the concierge service to rent additional bikes and they were there waiting for us upon our arrival. Also, Watercolor Beach Club pool was closed twice during our stay.

Water Color is a great vacation spot. Beach is outstanding! Rental house was nice. 360 Blue (property manager) was somewhat disappointing. First night we had a toilet about to overflow and called the "emergency" number. No call back. We finally found another number after waiting and they sent someone to help. I don't want to go into detail about everything we called about, but they are not very efficient. They are nice when you get someone one the phone however. I'm still waiting on a call back about our WiFi. I've called four times now. The inconveniences of luxury living. LOL
