The condo is in a great location, very close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores & 5th Avenue. Michael was quick to answer all of my many questions, as was the property manager, Saul. The condo has a full kitchen and very well equipped for cooking if you choose to say in and cook a night or two. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Michael was a great host from Day 1. He's added a lot of special touches to make your visit wonderful. The private entrance is great, and the location is a 2 min walk to 5th Ave and 5 min. walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Easy process and easy to communicate with staff. Saul even stopped by the property so I could complete a form I forgot. Nice touch to be welcomed with a food basket which my boys enjoyed the popcorn watching TV. The downstairs was perfect for my mother so she didn't have to climb stairs. Perfect size condo which allowed privacy and places to convene. Took advantage of the pool, only wished the hot tub was hotter. On site security guard, location was close proximity to main hwy 307, able to do laundry. Appreciated use of beach chairs. Overall pleased with our stay.

We are a family of four, with two kids 10 and 11 year old and we spent 5 nights at this property. Everything was clean, nice and well taken care of. We would gladly come back again and recommend it to friends.

I travel to playa a few times a year and I usually stay at hotel resorts but I wanted to try something different. The owner Mike made it very easy for us. I voiced how nervous I was as this was my first vrbo attempt but he made it seamless and everything was better than expected. The horror stores I had heard about no toilet paper in the rental were absurd after my experience with this rental. Everything was prepared for us, even sunscreen and beach chairs. Oh and this was just the check in, the condo itself is immaculate and has all of the best amenities as well as privacy for two couples or a whole family as their is plenty of space on both floors to accommodate everyone. If this unit is available when I return, I will certainly be booking it again. Thank you Mike for all your attention to us and our needs while in playa.

Great place to stay. The roof top pool was very fun. We walked to the Coco beach. There are beach chairs at the condo. Perfect for two couples. Two sitting areas. Very comfortable. Condo is at the north end of 5th Avenue. Very secure.

The condo was very nice. Everything seemed to be newer and in great condition. It’s close to be beach and to several restaurants and shops. Easy to walk everywhere. We will definitely stay here again if we come back.

My husband and 14yo son stayed here for a week over my son’s spring break. The place is very clean and well equipped for anything you would need. The outdoor patio was perfect for early morning and evening relaxation. My son loved the rooftop pool. The place is very spacious and a quick walk to 5th Ave, the beach, and other restaurants/stores. We had a rental car and parking in the underground parking was great and we felt very safe.

Great condo in a great location. Just a few blocks from 5th avenue which is where we spent a majority of our time. If you want to go shopping or just for a bite to eat during your vacation this condo is in a great location, no rental car needed. The condo was very clean, comfortable and cozy. It was myself my husband and our 17 year old son, we stayed 12/20-12/26. We felt very safe at all times with security on the property who was very friendly.

We just returned from a 6 night stay while celebrating Christmas in Playa. The condo is a very nice, modern condo with great amenities such as the Sonos system and beach towels/chairs. We stayed with our 2 teenage kids and we had plenty of space for the 4 of us. The location is perfect as it's a 2 block walk to the beach and a few blocks to 38th and 5th!! We used the beach clubs on the beach, in particular Martina and Encanto. 38th street has great restaurants: Piola, Trujillos, the Greek place and wine & tapas grill. We went up to 5th a few nights but preferred 38th. We used the kitchen just for breakfast as I wasn't about to cook on vacation. We walked to a grocery store and stocked up on breakfast and snack foods and the kitchen had everything we needed to do the little cooking we did. We also enjoyed the porch in the mornings and the rooftop pool and hot tub in the late afternoons and evenings after the beach. We would highly recommend staying at this condo. Oh and the owners are great and responsive!!

Since leaving Paradise and coming back home to Missouri, whenever anyone asks me about our trip to Mexico, the first thing I do is tell them how great our accommodations were. That kinda says it all, but I will elaborate because that's what you do in a review, right? The condo is stunning. It is clean as can be and doesn't have that musty smell that you get with so many beach places. The owner is a delight to work with and so is the management company. It is a place where you can feel very, very at home...the owner, Mike, invited us to take advantage of all of the amenities and didn't treat us with suspicion as some hosts do. I knew we were welcome to use the towels, use the beach chairs... I even borrowed one of Mike's hats from the hall closet. I had forgotten mine and knew he wouldn't care one wit. He wanted us to enjoy our stay. The neighborhood is one of the best in Playa and feels safe as can be. There is a 24 hour guard on duty within the complex, but the surrounding area is also unthreatening. You can sit on the lovely terrace, drinking your morning coffee or your evening glass of wine and watch as tourists and locals alike stroll down the street (Calle 44 Norte) and smile. You can walk to the beach or the other direction to 5th Avenue without a care in the world, day or night. The rooftop pool is amazing. There's a generous sized wet bar up there too where you can bring your own refreshments and your phone chargers (there are electrical outlets) and meet people from all over the world. But not too many. It was only crowded on one night. Otherwise, very mellow. And there are even super clean, gender-specific bathrooms, not to mention an elevator to take you there! What else? The Sonos system is very cool and easy to link up to with your smart phone and the Sonos app. If I can figure it out, anyone can. Listen to your play list in the living room, the guest room or the upstairs Master bedroom, separately or all together just with a few clicks on your phone. I loved it! The kitchen is well-equipped and the appliances are to die for. We cooked several meals and didn't lack for anything. Of course we dined out too... on the beach at Mamita's, on 38th street at Piola's, a few other places I don't recall the names and I bought myself a magnifique pastry at Chez Celine (a great place for breakfast too). All within easy walking distance from the condo. Just go there. You will love it. I can hardly wait to go back!!!

The description and photos of the Condo are accurate. The owner, Michael, is quick to respond to your questions and is very accommodating. The condo is in a great location, about 2 blocks to either the beach or 5th Avenue with many restaurants, shops, etc. The condo was very clean and had everything and more than you would require. This is a gated condo building with 24 hour security, so safety was never an issue. The rooftop pool/hot tub was awesome, very clean and had amazing views. We chose to support the local restaurants and therefore didn't cook much but the kitchen had all the utensils, cookware, etc. that you would require. The beds were very comfortable with high quality bedding. There are plenty of towels, extra bedding and pillows available. The bathrooms were very clean with ample toiletries. The washer/dryer in the condo, was was a bonus and they worked well. The A/C would cool a room within 15 minutes, so no need to leave it running when you are away. I would highly recommend reserving Michael's condo to anyone.

Thank you Mike for sharing your beautiful condo with us. It was just a pleasure to wake up in the morning and go downstairs for a cup of coffee and just relax while trying to figure out what to do with the day. The condo is located in a quiet area of Playa only being a couple blocks to the Beach and a couple blocks walking to 5th where the fun begins. We had wonderful Canadian neighbours and found all the local Mexican people in Playa to be very friendly. It was wonderful. The condo has large bedrooms with lots of room for hanging your clothes, TV's in each bedroom and A/C that worked whenever we needed. I would definitely recommend this condo for families or just 2 couples. There was also a 4 foot pool on the top floor with a hot tub that was nice and clean. Great location and easy access to great restaurants. Cheers

When we arrived we were greeted by Jay and shown the property. She was very helpful and told us about The Coco Beach Experience. We had free access to a beach club and discounts on excursions. She was also our contact if we had any concerns. The condo was very nice and had all the amenities we required. We had 24 hour security too. The roof top pool was awesome. WiFi was excellent. We used what's app for all our communications. The condo is only 2 blocks below Fifth Avenue which is the main street for restaurants and shops.

We can not say enough about this property! Very nice! Everything you could need was accounted for! Location was excellent with quick access to the beach, shopping and even a convenience store a block away! You will be hard pressed to find a better deal. We will definitely be back if Michael will have us! Lol! 1st class communication, service and facilities. If you are wanting a relaxing, safe and cozy place - book here, you will be happy you did!

Great, modern condo with new appliances in the central location. Close to everything. The view from the pool was incredible. The host was very responsive. We had no problems communicating and all our concerns and needs were immediately addressed. Highly recommend this place!

The property was amazing

My friend and I came for a weeks trip to Michaels place to mix some golf with some beach time. We loved the apartment. It was a minute walk to the beach and 5th Avenue and really couldn’t be located in a better spot. The checkin process was flawless and all the amenities of the apartment were spot on as described in the information on the website. The upstairs pool also was fantastic. The whole area was exceptionally clean and the views were magnificent. All in all I would highly recommend staying here and personally I’m looking forward to getting back soon. Ricky

We had a great time at Playa. The location is great. The apartment was cleaned and in good condition, coffee maker and one tv didn't work, but the support and help from Geraldine and Coco beach tour was really good. I would come back.

Wonderful experience! Spacious, well equipped condo within close walking distance to everything! We really enjoyed our stay! The owner and property managers where wonderful too! Would love to come back!

We had a great trip to Playa del Carmen and this condo was a great place to stay! We were met on our arrival by Geraldine who gave us the keys and showed us the condo. They have a tablet in the condo with an app that you can communicate directly with Geraldine during your stay. We texted that one of the air conditioner remotes needed new batteries and she had it fixed right away. She gave us tour and restaurant ideas as well. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. It had a very modern, clean feel to it. The beds were also very comfortable. The condo is located about a block away from 5th avenue. The street was very quiet, but the walk was quick to 5th with shops and restaurants. We were given passes to the Martina beach club which is about a 2 minute walk down the street and that was a nice way to spend an afternoon under an umbrella on a lounge chair with a margarita watching the kids build a sandcastle. Every evening we would come home from our excursions and spend an hour or so on the rooftop deck at the pool. The view is amazing from the roof and the kids loved playing in the pool. It was a great way to relax and we met some great people too! We would definitely recommend this condo.

Everything to make a vacation comfortable .... sheets/towels/a bunch of beach chairs/cooler/toilet paper/laundry detergent/pots/pans/ you name it! Who wants to pack all that and fly thousands of miles? Flat screens in both large bedrooms and in both upstairs and downstairs living rooms! And it had great location near a bunch of Oxxo convenience stores, and just at the end of the 5th ave strip which allowed for a quick walk to restaurants and the beach without all the noise and chaos. The property managers were just up the street which was also very convenient. I hope we still get 23 pesos to the dollar when we return - for the Caribbean, mexico is the best! We had a great time, and would definitely return.

Had a great stay with my family. Everything was very clean and ready for us to move in. The condo has two levels and on each level there is a large bedroom with a shower which was supper convenient. We liked that the condo is in a very quit street and yet very close to the main street with all the restaurants and shops as well some of the best beaches at Playa del Carmen. The roof top also has a very nice pool with a hot tub which was perfect for evenings watching the sunset. On top of everything Michael and Gary were supper nice making sure we are happy with our stay. I would definitely go there again! Highly recommend you go and see it yourself!
