The property was great in a great location. Beach was nearby and was in a car area which was great with kids.

My family and I really enjoyed this fabulous beach home during our annual family vacation this year! It’s super clean, in close proximity to the beach, and is stocked with everything needed to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable! We will definitely rent this property again in the future.

Good location, easy beach access, easy convienence store access but away from the crowd. House is very spacious and comfortable and was extremely well equiped with everything everything down to coffee creamer and syrup.

We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend with our daughter and son-in-law at this beautiful vacation home. The house was easy to find along the Galveston Island and is located in a quiet neighborhood. Like most homes in Galveston the main living space is on the second floor with a long stair case to access. There are 2 large porches to spend some time with family and you can be in the shade at all times of the day. The inside of the house is nicely decorated and well stocked with everything we needed for our short stay. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms are large and well equipped and the laundry room was an added bonus! Everything was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Our only drawback of the trip was the mosquitoes so just make sure you put on spray before you take a walk, no matter what time of day/night. The beach is close by and was busy on this weekend but that was certainly due to the holiday. I would imagine it is a pretty quiet place most other times. Although we found a fun beach restaurant (Tipsy Turtle) the first night, access to a variety of restaurants and shopping is not near by so you will need to plan ahead for groceries and be willing to driving into Galveston where there are many good places to eat near the pier downtown. There is a Family Dollar close by for quick supplies. A peaceful, quiet place to relax for the weekend. Thank you to our hosts for sharing your home with us!!

Absolutely love the property. Everything was labeled which made it easier to locate items as needed. Bing and Annie provided detailed and precise instructions on how to access the property and how to turn it over once my stay was finished. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and everyone I know!

Two big decks and views of the ocean was great. The sound og the waves at night help provide a restful sleep

Great location. Could walk to the beach and be there in a few short minutes. Two large deck areas for nice viewing of sunrises, sunsets, and enjoying the outside. Close enough to town to get to all the good restaurants and enjoy the scenery along the way.

Nice place to stay. Would rent again. Everything needed was available. Did not receive the door code before arriving at checkin time, however the owner answered their phone immediately, gave us the code and we were in without delay. Vrbo email with the door code arrived hours later. Otherwise the stay was perfect.

We had 5 adults and two children in our group, and this place was perfect. It was away from the hustle and bustle of Galveston, and just a short walk away from the beach. We had great communication with the owners also! We will book this place again.

Excellent communication with hosts prior to and after rental. Easy check in process. House equipped with some of the things you need if traveling with a toddler (step stool for the bathroom sink, plastic plates/bowls in the kitchen, spare beach toys). Beds were comfortable, linens high quality. Short walk to a great beach. Would stay again!

Good experience

The property was clean but when it rains water was coming through the front door . We were going to grill but someone left food inside the grill and nuggets were inside and was smelling so bad . Beside that everything was good . We had a good time

This beach house was perfect for a quick beach trip this summer! The hosts were quick to respond to all of our questions and made check-in very easy. The location is close enough to the beach to walk and the beach itself is relatively quiet, making for a relaxing trip. The hosts provided coolers and beach toys as well, which was an added bonus. We would be happy to stay here again and would recommend it to our friends and family.

On a nice private beach. Vehicles are not allowed. Family friendly. The cabin was nice and just a shot walk to the beach.

With 8 adults and one kiddo, Annie and Vinh’s beach house has everything we needed. We ate all meals in, or down at the beach, and the fully stocked kitchen worked well. There is enough space to find a quiet deck chair to read your book in peace, and enough kitchen chairs to catch up with family and friends. Great time overall!
