We had a great stay at this property on Kiawah. The location to the beach, pool, and the front gate was perfect. The beds were comfortable and kitchen adequately stocked. The beach chairs were an added bonus. Communication with Susie was great and access to the house was super easy. It was an easy bike ride to the Nest, Night Heron Park and the Sanctuary. On the negative side, the carpets could stand to be cleaned/replaced in the bedrooms and they are on the small side. There were just three of us staying here and we ended up using the third bedroom for our luggage and extra storage. So it might be tight for a larger family. Overall, we would stay here again. Our family of four returned to Kiawah after 8 years away. West Beach has come a long way and continues to improve. The beach as always is amazing and not as crowed as East Beach! Wonderful place to bike ride! The ocean was so warm. The renovation to the family room and kitchen in the cottage is very nice. The kitchen is well equipped, and it was nice to have a gas grill. I recommend a deep cleaning in the drawers and the outside of the cabinets. Although quite comfortable, the mattress in the master bedroom is extremely squeaky. My biggest complaint would be the hall bath, the shower/tub had NOT been cleaned (I cleaned it myself). It was nice to have a full size washer and dryer. The screened porch is cute but I’m not sure if the ceiling fan works. Overall, I do recommend staying in this Sparrow Pond cottage. The issues we had are easy to address. It is a fairly short walk to the beach access and an even easier bike ride.

5 of us stayed during the Pga Championship at Kiawah. The home was immaculate and the location was fantastic. Easy access to bars, shops and a short walked to the beach. The house was next door to Cougar Point golf club a great spot where we ate most nights. We book a lot of houses during the year and I have to say Susie was the easiest we ever had to deal with and everything was in point. Thanks

We had a problem in our initial rental elsewhere on St Johns Island and needed to find a rental last minute. Unbelievably, this cottage was available and the agent responded to our need and got us into the cottage the same day! We were so thankful for Susie's help and when we arrived, we couldn't believe how great the cottage was. it was so comfortable and homey, in a beautiful private quiet setting, only a short walk to the beach along a pathway through a nature area. The cottage cost a little more than our previous choice but there was no comparison: the location was great, the cottage was updated conveniently, it was clean and had absolutely everything we needed! The beach was spectacular! We realized that sometimes things can work out so much better than expected. We were thankful for this lovely cottage and for Susie's handling of our predicament. THANK YOU SUSIE! We would love to return again.

The cottage is adorable and very clean. The kitchen is bright and modern with everything you need. Nice furnishings and comfortable beds. Susie was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. So nice to be around the corner from Cougar point golf. Would highly recommend staying here!

This house has some really great qualities--the location is perfect--in a very quiet neighborhood that is both a very quick bike ride or very quick walk to the beach; the kitchen is terrific--we only cooked in because of C-19, and we are cooks, and we did not wish for anything; the screened in porch is great; the beds are really comfy; the water pressure and hot water are great. The decor is a smidge dated--we don't esp care about that. The TV is a smart TV, but it's not set up for streaming--that is the one update that definitley should be made (it's 2020 and a pandemic is happening, so you can't go out much). We saw a few more palmetto bugs than we would have preferred, but whew, Susie O, the property manager was on it. And Susie is a definite plus--really nice, very and swiftly responsive and helpful--you just know you're in good hands. The place we usually rent was not available. It overlooks one of the lagoons, which we loved and missed very much, so we probably would not stay here again because we want a place over a lagoon. But we would definitely work with Susie to find one.

We love Kiawah and had a great experience here once again. We've been coming for 20 years and it is the first time we've used Susie. We love her! Wish we had known about her before. The property was great and we would definitely stay here again.

The villa was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It was a five minute walk to the beach, a five minute car ride to the grocery stores and island shops, and a 15 minute bike ride to Night Heron Park. We look forward to returning in the future!

Everything in the cottage was just as described. The place was very clean and wonderfully comfortable. The location was terrific (just a short bike ride or walk to the beach). The kitchen was great for preparing meals. Even the wifi was top-notch! It worked just fine for our family of six. Two thumbs way up for this little gem on Kiawah Island. We definitely would stay there again and we highly recommend.

Susi was great to work with and this cottage was perfect for our family as it was so close to the beach that it was easy walk with our baby - the cottage is upatded and has everything you need - we will be staying here again soon !!!

This was the second time we have stayed at this cottage. It is a very well maintained property with all the furnishings one could need. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with anything you could possibly need to cook a feast! It's location is great for both the beach and pool! My family loves coming to this cottage and we cherish all the memories we have made here!

We loved our time at the Sparrow Pond cottage. It was beautifully updated and the location was wonderful. A quick walk to both the beach and pool. We enjoyed coffee and games on the outdoor screened patio and the kitchen had everything we needed on those nights we cooked and ate in. Our family of 6 loved it and would highly recommend.

This lovely beach cottage is fantastic. It's super clean and perfectly decorated. My family loved the screened in porch for dinner and games. The kitchen is awesome for those who enjoy cooking and has every gadget you can think of to make a great meal. Super easy walk to the nearby pool and beach. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed for a great price too!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your excellent cottage. It was very clean, modern, and beautifully appointed with all the necessities. We found it to be very convenient, both in it's layout and in it's proximity to things at the West Beach end of Kiawah. We enjoyed quick and easy access to the beach and pool, to several golf courses, and also to things we wanted to do away from Kiawah, such as the Bohicket Marina, the Angel Oak, and Charleston.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The condition of the cottage was fantastic. This was our 6th trip to Kiawah and was our most enjoyable yet. The property manager Susie was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

We absolutely love the 1057 Sparrow Pond cottage...this is our second visit and it will not be our last.
